Everyone here was awesome and made us feel extremely welcome.Starting from Nicole at the front desk to Dr Jessica Sutkay, we were given ample time to discuss our concerns and our eldest dogs slightly complicated history to dealing with her fussy and anxious sister.Having moved to the area we were a bit apprehensive about finding another vet but all our concerns and anxiety were easily swept away.Look forward to seeing them for many many years!

We have been patients of this practice for more than 10 years. The doctors are fantastic - thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and pet-centric. They take the time to ask and listen. We always feel well cared for and never rushed. The staff is equally amazing and helpful. They are always punctual too!

This was one of two top rated in the area. Initially, I try to schedule with other place, but person who answered the phone did not portrait the professional and care message from its website. So i called lincolnshire, the lady answered the phone was very friendly, even though she told me they dont have any appt time open, she took time find out what was issue. Afterward hear my dog issue, she told me if I don't mind waiting, i can bring my dog in. Off course I did not mine, and met Dr Julie, in additional to be a experienced vet, who just a great person. I found the vet for my dog!

We were in need of a new vet and Lincolnshire Animal Hospital came highly recommended. They were able to schedule an appointment for us that week. When my pup ended up hurting herself, they were able to see her sooner. They were all wonderful took such good care of our dog - Even she left happy ☺️

The level of professionalism and dedication at Lincolnshire AH is outstanding. We've been going here for several years for routine care, but our Golden Retriever recently needed surgery. Dr Emmelot listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and explained what was wrong and the needed tests and procedure very thoroughly. He followed up himself, calling to check on her. The staff is outstanding - personable, warm and knowledgable. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

This place is just amazing, we have never met a group of people who cares so much about animals. This hospital helped us with the passing of our first cat two years ago. Then last month we had an appointment scheduled for our second cat who was sick, but he unfortunately passed on his own at home before the appointment. The animal hospital sent us a card in the mail in condolences - not only did that make us feel wonderful, but we just felt the gesture went above and beyond the call of duty. There is no other place I would take our future pets.

Our family dog developed a tumor last December in her left front leg. Dr Gray and Dr Sutkay acted quickly to treat her and determine what it was. As soon as it was known that it was an aggressive soft tissue sarcoma they referred us to a specialist. But their care didn't stop there. Both doctors have been on the phone with us multiple times helping us decide whether to remove her leg or euthanize her. Removing the leg was the best chance for her to fight the cancer, but hard for us to come to the realization she'd be out of pain and would adapt quickly. Five days out of surgery Chestnut pulled my wife around the block. She was not going to put up with another walk around the back yard. Dr. Gray and Dr. Sutkay went way beyond our expectations with their counsel and candor on her condition, her prospects, and recovery from leg amputation. We greatly appreciate what they did for us and Chestnut. We highly recommend these doctors and this hospital.

This is a hard review to write because the final result was a loss of my kitty but I so appreciate everyone in the office for all of their care and kindness in taking care of Banana Hammock. He was so very sick and it took Dr. Gray and Dr. Fitzgerald a very short amount of time to figure out what the issue was. Once the decision was made to euthanize him, the care that was taken of him and me was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone involved was comforting, caring, loving and patient with both of us. Although I will not be seeing anyone at Lincolnshire Animal Hospital again, you will be fondly remembered for your excellent care. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU

one vet visit. I scrambled trying to figure out what was wrong with my dog for months since i got her with a different vet. we came here and spent time going over every symptom when it happens how it happens got test ran based off the symptoms and now we know what’s wrong and my dog can be happy again.i spent a lot of time going through reviews on every vet within a 20 mile radius and this is the vet i chose. like everyone in the reviews has said and now i’m saying it, they care and will help you and your animal get the care they need. i’m kinda mad i didn’t come here sooner and how much money we wasted at a vet who ignored me telling him somethings wrong and wouldn’t even share lab results. If you have an animal and want a good vet come here. staff is amazing. waiting room is large enough for everyone to have space. special thanks to Dr.Fitzgerald for walking us through what could be going on and helping us understand and creating plans for what to do if we didn’t find anything with the test we did. I’m very happy with the time we spent there and the one vet visit to find out what was wrong. i recommend them 10/10 they did amazing and will take care of your animal and make sure you know what’s going on. All of my animals and my family’s animals will be coming here from now on.

For four years since moving into the area, we took all three of our dogs to Lincolnshire Animal Hospital. From emergencies to standard visits, they were the best pet doctors and staff I have ever met. Every doctor we've worked with (all of them) have genuinly cared about the well-being of our dogs and got to know them very well. We were always impressed at how much they remembered specific behavoirs and history of each of them. We recently moved out-of-state and will be forever grateful for the care and compassion everybody here shared with us and our pets. Thank you to all of you! :)

My 1 year old Labrador, Hoosier, loves coming to the vet! He looks forward to all the pets and treats. Everyone that works there is very kind and professional. Visits are not rushed and all questions/concerns are thoroughly addressed. Billing can be pricey but similar to what other locations are charging. It's important to get pet insurance to help with the costs and ensure your loved one gets the proper care they need.

Love the bigger parking lot. Excellent protocols in place to keep everyone safe. We love our doctor there. She is very calm. My dog is getting older and this doctor went over information and made me feel better. Highly recommend.

Fast, friendly, and helpful. I take my puppy here and we are always in and out quickly. The waiting area is pretty large so if you have a nervous pet you can avoid direct interaction with other pets. The prices seem fair for immunizations and general puppy wellness visits. The techs at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Rausch is great and offered helpful advice when my puppy refused to eat regularly.

We can't thank enough Lincolnshire Animal Hospital doctors and staff for providing excellent care for our beloved pet Cinnamon and for being with Cinnamon and us during the most difficult part of Cinnamon's life. Cinnamon battled cancer and neurological deficiency for 3.5 month at the age of 13 years. The whole time we had great support from Dr. Jennifer Sutkay. She is an excellent doctor, who lended us not only her professional guidance, but also her kindness and care. We also would like to thank Dr. Kelly Rasch,  Dr. DiFuccia, CVT Amanda and Stacey, office manager Kelly, and the entire staff for being very patient and understanding with us.I would recommend this clinic to every pet owner.Thanks again!Shakhnazaryan family.

I just can't say enough about how wonderful our experience with Lincolnshire Animal Hospital has been. We are first time puppy parents. Our puppy is an anxious little guy, but also has lots of energy and tons of love to give. He's still only 10.5 months and can be a little challenging at times. We brought him here for his neuter, and I was certainly worried myself about how he was going to handle everything with his anxiety. Every single individual we have interacted with at Lincolnshire Animal Hospital has been so incredibly kind and genuine. Although the pandemic has posed unique challenges as far as being able to go inside with your pet, the staff at Lincolnshire Animal Hospital goes out of their way to ensure they effectively communicate with their clients regarding their pet's visit, provide clear instructions for any post visit needs, and really take the time to answer any questions in great detail. There really aren't any words to express just how much it means to me when businesses, such as Lincolnshire Animal Hospital, display the incredible level of kindness and empathy, especially in times like these. Dr. Difuccia and Dr. Fitzgerald are great and caring doctors. Dr. Fitzgerald even followed up with me on how my dog Poco was doing after he saw an orthopedic specialist (and of course for her guidance after Poco fractured his leg). And staff has always been great here. Glad that my pup comes here.

First, I will tell you I'm extremely picky about vets as I had a really terrible experience at a different vet, so I may be more critical as my pet's health is important to me. So far everything has been going well, they are friendly and knowledgeable. They speak in manner so that you can understand options and conditions. If you ask, they can recommend one of their vets that may have a deeper knowledge about skin conditions/etc. We've met a few of the vets and they have been down to earth, not pushy to run lots of tests.The front desk is quick (5× faster than the last place).The only strange thing is we did order a normal blood test and paid for 2 additional values to be tested. It only came back with 1 of the 2 results and when I emailed and asked, I didn't really get a response as to why. I haven't had a chance to follow-up again yet.Most vets I've been to have been up front about costs before running them and I'm surprised they have not proactively done this. They will if you remember to ask. They are slightly more expensive (maybe 5% more than previous places), so not bad.

Lincolnshire Animal Hospital has the best vets ever. I used to take my dog to another vet. He has tummy problems and wasn’t getting better. Since I changed vets, my dog is a happy pain free dog who loves to play. The change in treatment gave my dog a new life without pain.
