If you look back through the reviews, years ago people gave good reviews. Not any more! Staff is rude, WAY over priced. It's funny, I found a used doll, Barbie style but not, priced at $1.99. The doll originally came from Dollar Tree, for $1.25. Is it worth more used and naked? Ha! There are many reasons I don't recommend shopping here; over pricing, many items are broken and/or filthy dirty, out dated clothes... You should be embarrassed at your behavior. You say you want to help people, try that! Stop being greedy and hire some people who actually know what things are worth!

Goodwill in Lincoln is a great place to find affordable clothing, furniture, and other household goods. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized. However, the prices can be a bit high for some items and the selection can be limited. Overall, it's a good place to shop for secondhand goods, but you may have to do some digging to find the best deals. :-)

This Goodwill never has much, and ranks at the bottom of my Goodwill experiences. Basic, with next to no high end items. What they do get, is usually well used/outdated, and/or overpriced.The furniture section is small, and has what I consider, mostly curb side stuff.Ok to check out, if you're local. Definitely not worth a drive.My biggest complaint is checkout!...The 50% off daily deals, are too often overlooked by cashier!!The last two times I purchased here, the cashier charged me full price.

Decent book selection ,DVD and blue ray. Limited shoes. Interesting and unique pieces of clothes. Sparse clothing selection for adults, especially men and boys.

Clean and organized store. The girl working the register was extremely rude. They also seem to be double taxing items. First they add tax on your items and then again on your total. That doesn’t make any sense.

Nice clean store. Good quality items. Rude employees. These employees leave you standing in lines for 20 minutes or more. Only to then open a new register and wait on the people BEHIND you..because they happen to know them. Really? Then when you finally get to check out, they charge you the wrong prices and when you bring it to their attention, they argue with you and never correct the mistake. I have been going to Lincoln for the Goodwill store for years. But the last 2 times I have gone. I have left there disgusted with your employees. Hey Goodwill..If you want a top rated store, get new employees that are customer oriented.

This store is massive and has a lot of great and unique finds. It is very well organized and has an incredibly large variety of anything you could possibly be looking for. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Donation drop off is also very easy and quick!

Lots of name brands, clothing and other items are not nasty. Friendly staff. No dressing room use, but you can return the next day with your receipt. Masks are a must 👍

Great local Goodwill which is part of a great national success story - they take anything (unlike many thrift shops) and employ people in their processing centers to sift through it all and clean up what someone else may want. This is done with employees who might otherwise have a hard time getting a job (for various reasons), and provide a sense of self-esteem and ability to contribute. All of this is done as a for-profit and is self-sustaining rather than taking government handouts. People may complain that they are making money off of "free stuff" they are given - but think it through, they are providing a great community service to Lincoln, and to the people they employ...

The cleanest most organized Goodwill I have ever been in. So easy to find the sizes I'm looking for instead of having to search an entire rack of jeans or mens t shirts.

This is not a non profit company like the whole world seems to think. All Goodwill's Nationwide are a for profit company that reaps the rewards of free donations and poor employee pay!!!!!
