💯% I've loved McDonald's ever since I was a kid. I used to beg my parents to get me the Happy meal so I could have the toy and we used to collect all the Star wars mugs.., all the Disney mugs. Fast food that takes 30min? Drive through takes forever. If you order through for pickup your food will be ready but they won't bring it out to you for 15min. I've actually had to back up to drive thru window several times cuz everyone is to lazy to bring the food out. Faster to go to a farm and start from scratch than it is to order from here. GOOD LUCK!

My visit to the Le Roy McDonald’s was disappointing, with food that seemed carelessly prepared. The fries were soggy, and the burger had a dry patty and stale bun, indicating neglect. We were dropped by the state police after our car slid into the ditch on I-74! The ladies at this location were very nice to us while we waited 2+ hrs for our ride. They deserve recognition...see below how they want out in the cold to help a senior citizen! So amazing.

It's hard to find truly nice people at McDonald's. These people were extremely nice. So much so I had to save it in maps to go back. We visit a different McDonald's almost every day.

This rating is based on my experience at this location, compared to others in small towns around IL.This one is slower, the managers are rude, and the machines are not running well.We have been here 3x in the past few mo nth. It has taken no less than 10 minutes to get a meal for one person from the time of payment.Another time ordered ice cream, don't do it. I was given a melted cone and said sorry our machine sucks. I asked for a refund and they refused. Asked for a different one they said sorry "it's McDonalds"

We have ate here many times. The service has always been pretty good. The only reason we go here instead if Arby's is because they always give us a pup cup which our dog loves! Well today the general manager is there. Service was very slow, ordering and getting food and they no longer can give out pup cups. We will go to Arby's from now on. Food is much better there!

Don't know why this place is so hit or miss but lately it's been all miss due to some either new workers, or people who just don't know what they are doing. Ordered a medium mocha hot coffee....hands me a coffee cup with a normal drink lid on it for a straw. Asked if they were out of lids, told no....thats how they have always done it bc of needing room for topping. First time in 20 years I've ever been handed a coffee like this from McDonald's and definitely the first time they have done it here in the year ive lived here. Smh....the black lid has that room and I can drink from it.... I can't drink from a coffee cup with a straw lid. She said it with such confidence I had to drive away. Can't argue with that low level of brain activity. Get it together.

Even though they were backed up in drive through and it looked like short handed. The individual that took my order inside was very friendly and most noteably polite. It was worth the slight wait because the Quarter Pounder was nice and hot and delicious. Great job handling that late rush.

This McDonald's need to be cleaned. Dirty bathrooms and lobby floor so dirty. Our burgers were terrible. Meat all dry and fries old not hot and fresh. We eat at many McDonald's while traveling and this one is run terrible.

Best chicken nuggets! Have never had better at a McDonald's than here. GREAT STAFF!!! I could not get under the overheads with the antenna on the Sprinter van so had to pull around about 5 ft out to order window and did not trigger sensor. So I pulled around to pay window, explained to the girl, girl apologized (not her fault though) and took my order for me, VERY NICE and polite! Got my Big Mac and nuggets, sat there and ate in the van. Just awesome staff and GREAT PERFECT Chicken Nuggets. Thank You!
