I have only had positive connections with this place. I foster dogs and they have fixed our one dog and now this one they did the dental work and the claws the staff there is phenomenal. I will be using them more often on a personal basis.

We adopted a 3-4 year old German Shepherd. He’s a bit anxious and alittle growly with the vet. Dr Ndiaye is incredibly patient. He listens and takes all the time you need! We’ve never waited or had issue getting any appointment, even same day when our Lab(ish) just started limping.My entire life has been at another animal hospital a couple miles north on 83 but they’ve gotten so expensive and just increasingly too busy. The wait for an appointment is week+. We tried another one on Rte 132 during Covid. They missed Diabetes in our dog causing a delay of dx for almost 8 months in which she went blind.I’m absolutely loving Animal Medical Center of Lake Villa! Highly recommend!!

Great Vetnarian ! Dr is real good and the Staff there is very friendly and professional and they really care ! Highly recommend brought my dog there on 2 emergency visits my dog cut his ear in the woods and cut his lip another time and Dr got my joy in right away and handled it in the most professional matter. I appreciate this Dr and the whole staff , glad my friend Tania told Me about her Vet cos I was having a hard time finding a new 1 after my Vet retired finally. Highly recommend

These people are wonderful. Even though they are animals day in and day out, they actually remember my cats name, which I thought was sweet.It's a great team, their prices are very reasonable, and they're great at making sure you have all the information you need.

I Absolutely Love this Office & Staff!! We're newbies. I brought my dog Niqco here due to a prolonged cough & weak hind legs that two other vets failed to properly diagnose or treat over the course of a year, even our primary.Dr. Matar diagnosed him immediately & did x-rays to further give me peace of mind. Gave a thorough explanation, medication & a care plan. Niqco has been doing well & I'm a happy fur mom who's no longer worried & up at night.We've definitely found our new home! Thank you!! 💕

It honestly baffles me this place has 4 star reviews. This medical center claims they are “walk in” even in their website it states they are a walk in clinic. I took my pet today as soon as they opened because he was nearing his final stages in life. The receptionist was extremely rude and showed no sympathy what so ever when I was explaining my situation. I don’t recall her name because I was in shock by her aggressive demeanor but she worked on 12/29 at 9am. I recommend finding another clinic who treats patients with respect. If they don’t treat humans with respect and decency, what makes you think they would for your pet?SIDE NOTE: this place has 2.5 star reviews on other platforms one of them being yelp. Please ensure to review those as well before giving this medical center any business. I am so glad I dodged a bullet and didn’t let them care for my dog.Ps to the medical center: update your website and outdoor signs, they are misleading. That is the least you could do.

don’t recommend taking any animal here. the staff was not responsible and managed to loose my cats shot record. then charged me extra after they had gave me a price for his surgery because they forgot to give him his shots. no offense towards them but it’s just honesty and I did not like how they did him.

Disregards emergencies when the doctors themselves messed up surgeries, then won’t answer your calls. Really flakey. They promise one thing then go back on their word. Better vet services out there. Can’t believe this place has 4 stars.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love the doctor. He is amazing with the animals and has compassion in his work. I used one other vet previously, but ever since I brought one of my dogs here, I never went back to our old vet. Pricing is very affordable compared to our old vet's prices too.I give them 5 stars because I cannot give them 10. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a great doctor. You won't be disappointed, I promise.

I have brought my dog here a few times now and they have been great! The tech is so caring with my dog and everyone who works there is very nice. They are great about explaining what they are going to do and how much that is going to cost. Their pricing is very reasonable. The vet is very knowledgeable in his treatments as well. Terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes on hold for them to tell me they can’t help me. They only offer service in the morning during the week. Impossible for regular Monday-Friday workers to ever be serviced here. Also got attitude by worker.

DO NOT TAKE TOU PET HERE took my cat who was perfectly healthy here to get fixed she and the staff promised me that any additional checkups related to the surgery would be free. she didn’t seem ok as she wasn’t eating much for 2 days straight after the operation didn’t feel well took her back they said everything was ok and give her an extra day or 2 charged me almost 200$ and she then died next day the emergency vet told me that how poorly the surgery was done I hope this place goes out of business

Great care at extremely reasonable prices. Recommended by a friend; they cut me a break because our kitty was a feral find. They spayed her, de-wormed her, and gave her a first round of shots. Just did an annual with Rabies shot for $110. I have used "low cost" animal hospitals before, but never had such great care, nice people or even prices this low. Perhaps if I researched like crazy, I could find a less expensive place, but they treated us so well that I will probably be a lifelong customer.

This place offers afforable, walk in services and the staff is super friendly. I brought two cats here to get neutered; I had to go through a group that helps with the cost because getting two cats done at once would be super expensive. I felt like I was not treated any different than a customer who have had to pay full price and that means a lot to me. The vet on staff seemed knowledgeable and took time to chat with the people sitting in the waiting room as they opened up for the day.

I took in a male Siamese cat, that I had rescued off the street as a tiny kitten, to be neutered. I went through AHA to get a discount on the price. Usually I am very nervous about leaving my cats and worry so much but this place was so warm and welcoming. I felt like my sweet Finn was in good hands. He was fixed and up and about when I picked him up. Everybody there just loved him. I grabbed a regular price listing and the prices really are decent for a full services veterinarian. I am going to bring in my pets and future rescues to this place because I feel comfortable and at ease there.

Month ago my dog got very sick we took her in the results came back were not good, Dr Matar did everything he could to make sure she gets better with the meds and giving her IV. Dr and his team of staff were so helpful and caring cuz of them my dog is doing much better. I’m very grateful to him the staff of ladies, so thank you so much taking care of my Bella.
