TEN STARS!!!This Love's isreally really amazing ( not all loves are the same, to be certain).The people here really are amazing and engaging and excellent listeners and keep the place in Tip-Top shape 24/7.The showers are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the parking lot is clean, and the staff are just positively bubbly and effervescent!Highly recommended if you're in the area or if you're waiting to deliver in chicago.

Having driven tractor-trailer over-the-road for 25 years, I have hundreds, and probably closer to a thousand truck stops to compare to. Even though I no longer drive a truck for a living, old habits die hard, so I still primarily patronize truck stops for gas and food purchases when traveling in my personal vehicle. This Love's was as good as any and better than most I've been in. It was clean and fully stocked and the staff were all friendly and helpful, and that's all you can ask for when stopping for gas and munchies.

The cashiers are really nice and the Operations Manager Magenta Jager is a sweet young lady. She helped me find a few things that I just couldn't find on my own. She didn't make me fel like an idiot!She also told me that loves has good sweet tea. And she was right. Hope all the Loves has great employees like her!

Been driving for years been to a lot of service centers this was by far the worst service I ever experienced. It took 4 hours to change 2 trailer tires that I provided one guy was on his phone with his girlfriend the whole 4 hours one guy was cleaning the floor. I was the only truck in the service center. I wouldn't go there again even if parts were flying off my truck. Horrible customer service laziest I ever seen

Probably the worst Loves I've ever stopped at. Everyone is unprofessional looking and acting. The guy with the pink hair must think he is a gangster with the way he talks and acts. Shower #1 was disgusting, probably been more sanitary to take a shower in the fuel island. The shower was also inoperable for the hot and cold water selection. I brought this to the managements attention, but obviously they didn't care as I heard that shower be announced as I left from eating Arby's. The parking is bigger for a Loves, I didn't visit the bathroom. If it's anything like the shower, one would have to get an AIDS test afterwards. It didn't used to be like this either. This once was a nice place to stop, I dont blame loves, I put the blame on piss poor management. However I will avoid this location like the plague from here on out, and let others know the same.

This is my second time here getting tires first time it was during the winter. It's pretty hot now... It feels like a hundred degrees... These guys went out of their way and gave me a bunch of love..... Lol...gave me a phone charger so I can charge my phone well I wait, gave me a fan , bought me a soda, and gave me a bar stool.... talk about customer service..... A+ rating. These guys are really friendly and make you feel no pain as they take the $700 for two brand new tires.... Lol.... If you want to save money get into a different bussiness.... very satisfied.....

Your tire tech Tom H was very rude and unprofessional. Getting mad at people who barely speak english. Steals jackets from you guys without paying. He has told me and I am only a customer. Hes not helpful unless you speak fluent english. Hes a racist in my opinion

1 * because the people were very nice. It should not take 5 hours to plug a tire when there are only two other trucks in front of you getting also a flat fixed. After waiting 3 hours for them to fix 2 flats on other trucks it took them two hours to fix my flat. You can't make drivers wait that long we have places to go and time schedules unbelievable. This place is a joke I will never return again. Can't even maintain the tires on their service trucks correctly.

Open 24 hours and so is the Arby's attached. Success! Lol. Drove five states today, exhausted and it's so nice to find an Arby's that's 24 hours!! Bonus, I can get gluten-free food there. Turkey and Swiss sandwich (no bread) make sure to put on new gloves, to grab from the bottom of the pile, and we're good to go! Clean restroom, 24-hour gas station, PLUS Arby's. I am a happy lady!

The employees at this love's are among some of the laziest I've seen. They're even too lazy to replace the windshield washing water for the trucks or even take out their own trash. Someone should be ashamed to own this place!

The shop guys were great. Helpful. We got PM, two new steers, reflective tape to mud flaps, coolant, and right hub seal done. Fast. The most guys I’ve ever seen in a Loves shop.

Not the nicest outside but ppl are super friendly. Great greeting at the door, which is getting scarce at other locations. Great coffee. Lots of parking which a breathe of fresh air compared to most JUNKYARD stops with abandoned trucks or free personal parking, so no spots for paying customers..Definitely return!!

Stop here often and I am always greeted with kindness and made to feel welcome. It's always clean and well stocked. Showers are pretty small however. I'm not an overly large guy and I found it difficult to shower without banging the wall or shower control and forget getting under the shower head if you're over 5' tall.

Has great parking spots, as long as other drivers give you a chance to get backed into your spot, Arby's is fast and really good! Staff is friendly restrooms are very clean.

Huge shout out and kudos to the shop guy Curtis. He was extremely helpful, super polite, highly professional and very knowledgeable. If more businesses had employees that displayed his level of greatness and awesomeness, the world would be a good place! Great job Curtis! You being efficient, helpful and over the top amazing made this truckers day. Now I know how to install a quick connect union all by myself too :)
