Had a friend who had the flu. She went to urgent care, obtained a prescription. The pharmacy filled it out but my friend couldn't afford the $21 co-pay. I called in to pay for it with a debit or credit card and was told she refused to process my payment for her meds. So the pharmacy was able to BILL INSURANCE for the meds, but because my friend is too poor to pay for $21 and the pharmacy wouldn't take MY EAGER payment . . . she went without her meds.Way to go walgreens. Good job showing empathy there. I was TRYING to pay for her, and you blocked both of us.

Had a prescription sent there. Went by multiple times to pick it up over the course of two weeks, but there was no pharmacist on duty. Finally when there was. It wasn’t ready. You had two weeks to get my prescription ready. I don’t live close by. I’m not sitting in your parking lot for 45 mins when you already had 14 days.

I cant help but notice the overwhelming number of 1 star reviews about this particular location. And i also cant help but notice Walgreens does nothing to improve the customers' experience. Amazes me that they don't even respond to 1 star reviews containing genuine concerns that need to be addressed for the sake of the community they exist to serve. I now have my own 1 star review to write: The lady with the blue hair at the pharmacy does not possess the mental faculties required to hold her position. She refused to let me pick up my mother's prescription even though the pharmacy had already been paid in advanced. It was explained to my mother by the pharmacist that I could pick up the prescription. The only one preventing me from picking up the prescription was the lady with the weird blue hair and terrible people skills. She tried to yell at me when I told her for the 5th time, with my mother on speaker phone this time, that literally everyone says I can pick up the prescription except for her. The pharmacist even said it should be ok. So when she yelled at me, I immediately addressed it and told her not to speak to me like I'm I'm dog. And somehow in her mind, she thought that meant I called her a dog, so she kicked me out of the line. my mother needs her prescription, it's been paid for. This excuse of a human being does not belong working around people's prescriptions, period. It's lucky for her I didn't get her name. She had no right and no business treating a customer that way. And her coworkers all stood around and backed her up even though she was clearly in the wrong. Terrible experience every time I come to this pharmacy. Walgreens needs to do some serious re-staffing at this location.

the pharmacy sucks. i didn’t really mind waiting in line for 20+ minutes after my appointment time until i was treated with complete disregard when i received the vaccine. the little partition and folding chairs in front of the pharmacy is not a nice place to get stabbed when you have a history of fainting after getting shots. but they apparently don’t read the paperwork or don’t care.it took the person administering the injection about 20 seconds to stab me and walk away. no warning given. i don’t even think she prepped the area with alcohol, but she did wipe it after so i guess that’s good. she didn’t stay with me even one minute afterwards, let alone the 15 they are supposed to. the sad part is that i’m pretty sure this was the manager.i was so shaken i thought they didn’t give me back the vaccine card after and went back in asking for it. embarrassed myself. lol anyway, i’ll never go there for the pharmacy again.these are peoples bodies you’re dealing with. their physical health and emotional well being. you’re supposed to be providing medical *care.* maybe you could care a little more?

I love the fact that they are open late, but no matter how long before you go that your Dr called in your script, they never have it ready. You still are going to have to wait 20 min. The last time i went and picked up one of my scripts i open the bag and the lid isnt even on the bottle and all my pills were spilled into the bag.

Fed up with the issues trying to get my refills. It's an app/corporate issue which causes confusion at the pharmacy due what the system says.I've called the main number for Walgreens, they tell me it's updated but it's still wrong. I blame Walgreens corporate but I don't look for it to get better any time soon. This company is making a ton of money but they can't do right by their staff or their customers.

Here are just a few issues we have had at this pharmacy ....Prescriptions are never ready on time. There have been numerous times we have had to wait hours on scripts and we do not live in town, it’s at least a 20 mile drive. Only a few of the employees are friendly and they are people that I know personally. Phone system is terrible. If you want to speak to someone in the actual pharmacy, not a customer service center that tells you what you just seen on the app, then you have be put on 2 lengthy holds. Jacksonville really needs more 24 hour pharmacies. People that live outside of town & work late, unfortunately do not have many other options.

Pharmacy shows open until 8pm weekdays. Walgreens even sends texts that the pharmacy is open until 8pm. The pharmacy closes at 6pm. Worst part is they’ve been told people are coming in 6-8pm and they haven’t bothered to update the hours.

Called the automated service on a Tuesday evening. It said the pharmacy was open until 8pm. We went up there at 7pm and they were closed..Really disappointed. They need to update their automated system.. And they need to stop changing their hours.

Contacted this store for a refill on a name brand drug. Got an automated response so we asked to speak to a pharmacist because we wanted to ask a question. We were told we were being transferred and put on hold. We waited for some time and someone picked up and did not answer. We were put back on hold for a total of about 30 minutes with no pickup. When we called and asked for the store manager, she told us it was the “call center” who was probably at fault. As we explained the details of the call, we told her we heard comments in the background of the call on hold. We then heard someone laugh in the background of this call! We told her that when we called the other Walgreens, the actual store pharmacist answered. She (the “store manager” of the store near Main and Morton) was rude when I mentioned the other Walgreens and she was not willing to help at all. She could have offered to transfer me directly to the pharmacy but did not. What an abysmal way to do business. If we could give zero stars, we would.

The management are often rude. The actual staff are pleasant but often confused, I expect they have a high turnover. The pbarmacy is always backed up, often lost, usually behind, rarely answer the phone and there is zero confidentiality since they will say every detail of your mesicine in the open. Its still better then walmart, but if that is the bar its little surprise they arent doing better

No matter how long it's been They don't start working on your prescription until you come to the window. Then it's another 20 minutes of waiting. Horrible experience when you have a sick child stuck waiting in the car.

Is ZERO stars an option?!? I’m so over their rude staff at the pharmacy!! I even went in to talk to the pharmacist herself, now I know who trained the rest of the staff in rudeness!! Have tried 4 times to refill my prescription, they got it right ZERO times!! Go ANYWHERE else!!!

The pharmacy is horrible. Everytime I have ever went they never can fill a full prescription. Today I sat in the drive they to pick up medicine for 25 minutes and not one person ever told me they would be right with me. I proceeded to go inside just for them to be standing around then the pharmacist was very rude & I heard her rude remarks about me being rude as I was walking away. I will not be returning to this Walgreens

Customer service here is top rate and extra cashiers are called for 3 or more in line. They have a 24 hour store at Morton and main location and they are open on holidays. There is a Redbox outside and they now have fed ex pre- paid package pick up at this location and 1 hour photo and a photomachine you can put your SD card into to order photos

I'll never use this place again. Every single time they mess my prescription up worse that before. This time they called my doctor and said I was in prison when clearly I'm not. Told me Saturday they would call my doctor and fix it. I call today to find out what they have done to fix this problem only to find out that they refuse to do anything.
