Went there today while I visited Jacksonville’s downtown area. I had to walk a few blocks but I am so happy I did. It was the best ice cream I’ve had in a while. We got a couple of cones, a lemonade, and a free puppy ice cream. My little corgi was so happy for the gift. If you are around the area, I recommend you stop by. Great value!

Not much wait, sizeable portions, they have my fav.....butterscotch sundae. A little skimpy on the butterscotch and pecans but yummy. Prices are great.

Nothing to complain about here. They've got great ice cream and even the nonzfrozen food is decent if ice cream isnt your thing. Reasoable prices and friendly staff.Getting in and out of the parking lot can be dodgey at times but poor traffic control is on the city, not these guys.

Waited in line over 5 minutes to place order. Two customers ahead of us. When we got to the place to order the voice said "Sorry, we're closed." Kid's managing a business can make mistakes but it rubbed me wrong. We were hungry.

Office just ordered their lunch catering and there was nothing to complain about. There was such a great selection of choices and everything was made perfect to order. I didn't even realize they did this and now I do I will keep in mind for future needs and so should you.

With the exception of homemade ice cream that I make myself, this place makes the best ice cream I have had in a long time. I would suggest you be brave, and maybe even order whatever their ice cream special is, I was pleasantly surprised that I liked their lemon ice cream.

this place sucks. need to hire some help. i waited 10 minutes in the druve thru. ran out $10.00 worth of gas waiting to order a $2.00 ice cream cone.

Great little place to eat.BUT they don't seem to have any bags to put your orders it???? They just hand you the foam containers with food in them???
