The store manager helped me , patiently , for hours. I was setting up a new phone I had purchased from the web site. The store made 20 dollars from me, so she wasn't kind and patient for a commission. I was very satisfied with this trip, believe me, the Edwardsville Verizon store is certainly not this helpful. If you aren't buying the ten, you can hit the bricks as far as they are concerned.

Replaced my phone today. Everything went well. Only reason I put 4 star instead of 5 star was I had a 30 minute wait before I was helped. Otherwise the store workers were very knowledgeable.

Dawn Did A Great Job With Switching Me From Apple To Android And Getting Me My New Phone. There Was Some Trouble Getting It At First Due To Their Computers Acting Up At Another Store, But She Did A Perfect Job At The Highland Location. I Love My New Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Felt like they tried a "bait and switch" on us. We called about a phone special Verizon was offering, "oh yeah, we can get those phones." We get to the store, talk with them to verify what real price and billing will be. Only to find out that, they cannot get the phones, but they do have the next model up.
