I recently worked with Job on selecting two new rugs for my home; one rug was for the primary bedroom, and the other for the living room. His inventory, expertise, and customer service all went far above and beyond in every possible way. While visiting my home he was kind enough to look into, and educate me on, the rug which I have in the dining room. Without a doubt the two rugs which I have purchased from Job are my favorites in the home, and the quality is top rate!

I turned to Job Youshaei when I had an unusual challenge: No other cleaner would touch our cat pee-soaked (non-Oriental) rug because it was under a king-sized air mattress bed, plugged into electric wall outlet--supposedly too hard to remove and then replace the cleaned rug without unplugging. Job and his crew figured it out, replacing the cleaned rug in under 15 minutes. They also worked extra hard to clean the rug completely--looks great, no odor! Have always been more than pleased with their careful, thorough cleaning and repair of my Oriental rugs. Challenge now will be to improve the cat's peeing manners!

Our white wool family room rug was completely covered with two years worth of yellow pee stains from our dog. I could not believe the end result after the cleaning - absolutely remarkable. We have purchased 3 beautiful rugs from Job Youshaie in the past nine years. He allowed us to see the rugs in our home prior to purchase. If you are fortunate to live near his store I highly recommend visiting the store and work with Job. His knowledge of rugs is tremendous. His staff is excellent. Just had a small rug repaired and cleaned. Beautifully done. He does not provide sale prices or discounts as prices are accurate and fair for services provided. We compared similar rugs in New York at ABC and Job’s prices were way better. That was in 2010 but still…. He has great patience and you will enjoy working with him.

Job Youshaei Rug Company is the BEST!We've had a treasured woven rug for decades, but alas it was worn in spots and coming apart in others. We've moved out of State and local oriental rug companies in our area suggested we buy a new rug as the damage was too extensive to repair.Job to the rescue! Job and store manager Sara are excellent ! Not only do they have beautiful rugs, but if you have any issues with your rug, they are very helpful and miracle workers ! We have a light colored rug that had an untrained puppy houseguest urinate on it and the stains dried bright orange . Very strange and very scary. They got it all out and our rug is better than ever. Sara even had the rug sides rebound at their cost because she said they should have been done before we had was purchased the rug 2 years ago. Great service and I highly recommend them !

Their sales and service departments are excellent . We now own 5 of their rugs. Even though cleaning takes awhile to get back, the rugs are returned impeccably clean. We were given ample time to sort through their extensive inventory, and were allowed to bring the final 3 choices home before making our final selections on our new rugs. My wife and I have done business with the Job Youshaei Rug company for over 40 years. We were fortunate enough to have three fine, large Persian rugs left to us, and Job and his company have been looking over, cleaning and moving them multiple times during that time.We appreciate the fact that while Job and his company sell many fine rugs, they have never pressured us to buy one. They have just taken very good care of the ones that we have, at what we feel have been reasonable prices.Job is always willing to come over and discuss any rug situation that we may have. I recently had a 9x11 natural fiber rug cleaned and repaired. I had a great experience with Job Yousheai. I was called back quickly after inquiring about the process. They picked up my rug. I received a call shortly after with what needed to be done. They just returned it to me. It looks better than brand new. The team brought it into my room and put it down for me. This required moving furniture around. I was so impressed! I will recommend them to friends and use them again for sure. They were kind, courteous and very professional!!
