I just got into a whole swearing match with a manager, she said she was. black lady with braids. they have pens located in $1 location and they're ringing up for $4.25 I took a picture of it she instantly gets a attitude with me saying she's not changing the price telling me that it could be a overstock which isn't my problem want her fired and I've never wanted anyone fired before but her absolutely yes very unprofessional and to be swearing at a customer is completely unacceptable I need to know who's the store manager cause she ain't heard the last of me

I walked to the counter one customer in front of me had a whole basket of stuff ....I only had like five items...it's about five cashier's right in front of me some laugh other looking like why I'm I here... bout 5min...after the person in front of me was finish then the cashier looked like she slow gonna say next person at the other registersplease....ok.. have a good dayreally...

Manager please note: Your employees are good for closing early at 8:45 pm. When I got there there still 5 cars in the lot! I understand your will to leave early but I'm sure you get paid to work until 9:00pm! Why inconvenience everyone else? After we have made efforts to get there before close? Typical

Bring cash every time u come to this location Apple Pay never works cash back never available and they don’t have atm employees act or say nothing ever works it’s the closes store to my house and I walk in atleast 3 times a week

I purchased some items which rang up at different prices than what was on the shelf. I went back to the shelf to confirm what I thought I saw. I took pictures and brought it back to the cashier. She said she couldn't honor. The price shown on the shelf. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I then stated that I should get the items at advertised price. She stated her boss said she couldn't. I asked to speak to her boss. She texted her and the heifer said to come see her on Thursday and today is Tuesday. Long story short I asked for a refund and the lil girl expected me to go to the end of the line...moral of the story is...if ppl cannot respect you as their customer, SPEND UR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! EVEN IF IT MEANS GOING A FEW BLOCKS FURTHER OUT OF UR WAY. I added pics of my receipt and price on shelf but they chose not to show the receipt. The jars were priced at $3.00 and rang up at $3.20 and $4.25.....THIEVES!!!

They prices don't match the product they had alcohol price on the shelf was 1.00 and when she rang it up it was 2.65 so I got a refund. Poor training. That's 2 stars need more experienced workers

We where told that they had Lysol spray on the trucks by the cashier and to come back the following day because they will be out in the morning. We got there early coming to find out there was none. Turns out the manager which is a fair skinned black women is giving the Lysol spray to the employees and not the customer. We shop for senior so we were excited that there would be Lysol so we could give it to them. So sad how our own community could be so selfish. I Will be filling a complaint with corporate and will have a lot of others follow suit.

I’m not pleased with the cleaning of the store there are are lot of things out and scattered all over and the prices and the customer service. Me and my friend went to get a couple things including a pregnancy test. When the manager proceeds to ring us out she scans the test and says ( OMG y’all don’t know how many of these i had to sell , i see what everyone had been doing on there free time ) we both thought is was rude , unprofessional and degrading especially because it’s didn’t have to be for us it can be for anyone

Family Dollar store #5945 is Price Gouging and the ninja, hooded, no-name tag, stock- boy needs to be reprimanded and terminated; for telling a customer to "Figure it out yourself, who is the manager!" Just for inquiring a price difference on the customer receipt ($7.45) verses the price /UPC code on the shelve ($6.75) regarding Viva paper towels! Therefore, my money and time banned from this store of rude and infidel attitudes towards customers, in the community! Refund, please!
