I adore this place. They take such good care of their animals and their customers. This will be the only place we go for anything pet related. Sunny is such a good boss to everyone as well. He knows how to keep my kiddo entertained while we shop!

We were first time pet owners when we bought our guinea pig, Butterscotch. They were so helpful, letting my daughter play with the piggies to make sure she found just the right pet, told us exactly what we would need for her to live happily in our home. This family run pet store has the cleanest fish aquariums I have ever seen. The entire family is very knowledgeable and helpful. I really like shopping for new fish here because they have a wide variety of healthy-looking tropical fish. It is a pleasant shopping experience every time.

Such a lovely part of our community. This location is way better located than the one in Hensons plaza. Love stopping in with the kids to see the rodents and fancy fish. We love picking up bones for our pups here. Enjoy the fact they are selling product from other Harvard businesses like Pound Bakery.

They've got great stuff, support local craftsmen, have very helpful staff, and you can bring your pup, except if you want to meet Sunny, the beautiful ginger tabby store cat. His affection is worth coming in without your pup!And did I mention the staff? Patient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly faces to greet customers when they walk in the door.

We left with a guinea pig and a hamster I didn't anticipate. I will be back time and time again! you can tell all the animals are very well taken care of and socialized as well!

Love this place and the people there are wonderful and very helpful! I bought a hamster and cage there and they helped me put extra tubes on the cage! I highly recommend going there for pet supplies and small animals.

I come here all the time with my dog Princess...I'm so greatful to live close to such a stand out local pet store. The staff here are AMAZING. They are knowledgeable, as well as very friendly. Great product selection- I cant find quality bones and food like they have anywhere else. I use a wheelchair and they have always been more than very accommodating to me, and are always happy to help, therefore making my life a little easier...Expecially when I show up with extreamly excited dog.
