looked up an item on line and it said it was on sale for a certain amount and was told it was not that price at this store and would not honor the price I was ok with that but Kirby the manager when I said I would call corporate smarted off and said oh I will Tell them Hi and called customer service and was told someone would call me and still 2 weeks later I am still waiting for that call 🤙

I love my Hometown Kroger!! I had the nicest experience last night with Rayanna the customer representative, Elijah in produce and George who greeted me at the door with a smile!! Rayanna & Elijah went above and beyond to get me a sale item I needed!! George was just as kind and helpful! Thank You for stepping up and taking pride in what you all do!! It clearly shows!! Thanks again!!

This review is strictly for Kroger pickup.Every single order we have done here is worse than your messed up order at McDonald’s. They can’t even get the coffee you order right. We got Decaf coffee, not regular. Then they make you come inside, bring in the receipt, return the item then go find it yourself. 6 items were “out of stock” so this time we decided to go in and see for ourselves. 1 out of the 6 items were legitimately out of stock. We found the other 5 and there was plenty of stock. If you are going to offer a service, You should give it 100%. People mess up sure. But when you can’t find a watermelon, you’re being plain lazy.

We check out our own groceries yet they refuse to type in a 16 digit EBT number if your magnetic strip fail. This is the managers choice because they do it at other stores.

Love the fact that this grocery store has markdowns when others don't. When products are close to expiration date, they are discounted and I have bought many great misc items that were marked down also. Friendly grocery and floral department staff, however the new Pharmacy staff do not meet the professional level of previous Pharmacist or staff, in my opinion.

Love the store and the employees in general but I feel it would help if your managerial people understood the app, how it works, and would take responsibility for it. Harry Truman a past president had a sign on his desk that said the buck stops here. Enough said.

Decent prices some things way over priced! Friendly staff clean store. No long waits in line. Jennifer the cashier and Glenn was very nice as they always are. I've requested several times to have the bourbon pepercon brought back kroger brand for over a year now has yet to happen along with a couple other things. Very disappointing and i no longer get the coupons in the mail we was receiving very disappointing!

Called ahead because to have them put some Dr pepper aside for me since I was coming for about an hour away and wanted to make sure they were there when I arrived. When I arrived they were suppose to of put me name on 4 pks. And when I arrived they only had one set aside for me. This wasn't the first time this happened. I guess I won't be making the trip again. So sad because I would have loved to make this store mine.

Had an awesome experience going there last night. Was recommended to go to the trail Stone Face by a cute little cashier boy and had a blast hiking it with a friend today with our kroger supplies haha!

Best selection in town for Ribeye steaks. They package individual steaks - Walmart's smalled package is two steaks. Great for single meals or folks who don't want a lot of cooking waste.Love the "Oops We Baked Too Much" Rack in the back of the store by dairy.

I shop at Kroger often. I prefer to go here rather than Walmart because at the Kroger in Harrisburg, IL you get friendly customer service. An example of their good customer service is this: I have asthma, and one day it was acting up, which causes me to cough a lot, and I was coughing that day when an employee approached me to ask if I was okay. I informed him I was, and he offered me a water.Unlike Walmart, Kroger keeps more checkout lanes open, and on many occasions while I've been there, if lines were long, they'd call a cashier to the front and open up another lane.The store and restrooms are always clean.The only thing I wish they would do at this Kroger location is offer free grocery pickup. That would be really nice!

I got gas there today and was charged a "hold fee" for $125.50. I was informed by a store employee when I called to ask, that if you run your card as debit at the pump that is what they charge you. And it takes 24-48 for it to fall off. Listen, I don't have overdraft protection SO if I don't have $ in my account to cover that it denys it! Like any reasonable adult who knows that overdraft just costs you more in the long run. No need to just take your hand,reach into my wallet and take whatever amount you feel like KROGER !!AND FURTHERMORE... HOW ABOUT YOU POST THAT POLICY IN BIG BOLD LETTERS AT EVERY PUMP SO THE GENERAL PUBLIC THAT SHOPS YOUR STATIONS WILL KNOW THIS INFORMATION.No it's posted "somewhere down there, but I can't tell you where" as I was told by a store employee.Lessoned learned: Just don't get gas at Kroger.

Staff is overworked but remain friendly and helpful. Prices are high on most things. You have to look for the deals. (they are there to be had if you can find them) They carry some things not available at other stores in the area.

Beautiful poisetta peach color.fernhawaiian christmas tree. Buttercrem frosted cakes give them a 10. The whole store is my favorite shopping experience.yum roasted chicken meats beautiful produce great sales. Candles smell and last. Employees w onderful. Save on gas. Great variety of all their groceries.always well stocked!!5 🌟

Harrisburg Kroger is way behind the times. Other Kroger stores have sushi, Starbucks, fresh seafood counters, and butcher shop quality meats.The produce section looks good at first glance, but I have found several moldy items. Shelves often go unstocked, and advertised items are often out of stock. Employees are generally unhelpful. It is almost worth the drive to Mt. Vernon to get a better selection of higher quality, fresher food.
