I custom ordered my trailer and to my surprise it arrived right on the date that it was promised and Every thing was as ordered. The salesman Brent was top notch ! He went the extra mile, he answered all my questions and what he didn't know he looked up and got back to me right away. I would give Chad and Bauman Trailers 6 stars if I could. I purchased a high-end trailer sight unseen from out of state. Chad was extremely helpful, patient, and honest. He was clear and quick in his communications and answered my questions thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable with the long-distance purchase. Well to start, I'm loving the new trailer!! Excellent piece of equipment!! I'm actually impressed how well it is built!! And as far as the sales staff Brent Salisbury was awesome!
