I have been to this Dollar Tree before but I paid attention and went again beginning of the day. This place is extremely unorganized boxes ready to stock up shelves but no one was working in. I took pic of each and every isle and there stack of boxes. Not safe with kids. Hit or miss with things depending on what you are looking for.

This one is always messy from the employees, not the shoppers! Carts everywhere. And the manager has the audacity to put up these signs everywhere in a dollar store. But the have good socks so semi redeeming points.

The store was an absolute disaster. Boxes lined all up and down the aisles making it hard to get around and shelves that were absolute chaos which made it hard to find things. Signs up everywhere on the shelves basically telling customers what to do. The only positive thing about my experience was the cashier who was very nice. Besides all of it, I would recommend steering clear of this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. While I completely understand the staffing crisis (I'm an HR Manager), there is absolutely no excuse for the horrible attitudes and lack of customer service in this store. I went on Sunday morning around 10:30 and noticed the line backed up. As I approached the register I saw a lady at the end of the register apologizing, the cashier all scattered and another employee making rude remarks. Apparently the lady waiting had requested cash back and the register didn't have enough to accommodate it. The employee loudly says, "I can't believe you didn't even ask if it's OK to get cash back". The poor woman tried to explain that she just needed cash after giving hers at church that morning, and the employee rudely states, "Well this isn't a bank!". I was absolutely disgusted and felt horrible for this poor woman who literally did nothing wrong.The employees continued on complaining about how the manager didn't show up, they had to do their job and someone else's, etc. I understand the frustration, but how inappropriate and unprofessional can you be?And let's not even start on the state of the actual store. I will not be patronizing this location any longer, even though it's closest. I'd rather go to Bloomingdale or Wheaton where the employees are kind to everyone.

I have no idea how this can be called a store. I was looking for a shower curtain and for 30 minutes I was not able to find it and what was worse, I couldn't find a human being to ask about it. .... I felt like being in a lonley planet... Left and I will never put my foot in there anymore. I read about Dollar Tree workers are not motivated because of their pay rate... At this place..... they all, had deserted their jobs already

The prices are good and so is the variety. The store is a complete disaster. There's so much stuff left in the aisles unattended that people can barely go down the aisle. The checkout line was super long and despite someone politely asking if they could get another register open, one cashier was the only option. Later someone offered to help, but it took forever. The one cashier that had been working from the start was very rude to all the customers. I saw a couple people tried to use the item divider and she would yell at them that she was using it to stop the belt so everyone had to hold their items so that they didn't get all mixed up. I want to grab my bag to put it in the cart and she started yelling at me because she said she wasn't done putting stuff in there even though she loaded it so full it crushed all my snacks. And even though there was a long line, she sat there looking at her phone after I had already put in my card information and I was waiting for her to push the button so the receipt would print out. I definitely won't be going to this location again.

Well, first let me say..that some of the customers are total slobs, ingurant and rude. You people that right bad things about this store have nothing better to do but complain ..don't come there then I'm sure they don't want your business. . May be the store wouldn't have to put notes around the store if people weren't SLOBS and put things back where they belong. The store is a mess because the customers don't want to pick up after themselves, or put things back on the hooks where the found them, instead just place it on the nearest shelf because they are to lazy to put it back and it's to their convince not thinking of the employee's that have to clean up after you. People let their kids trash the store, and the parents do not care the dt is a daycare for their kids. So don't shop there if it isn't up to your standard. Don't blame the store employee's.. blame yourself. Here's a thought.. go in fill out an application and show them how you can make it better instead of you running your mouths.

The lady today has very bad customer service. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged like the other customers. She looked away from me if I was a secret shopper I would’ve failed her customer service should be a must to everyone not just who looks like you.

I was here yesterday. I tripped serval times over boxes with items they sell. Very little room to walk. It's a very small store. Everywhere I walked, it was messy, customers gave me uncomfortable looks, the cashier had an attitude. A lot of overstock that could be avoided for customer safety.

I work right next door to Dollar Tree. I was going to buy energy drinks because I'm working a long shift. I stood in line. the girl behind the counter helped the customer in front of me and once it was my time to get ringed up she walked away without saying anything. 6 minutes of me standing at the register while she keep staring at me time to time looking at me when she walks away.. WHY??? then another customer comes up and then she Rings me up finally .. Really... that's very unacceptable. I've worked in retail for 18 years and that's not how you treat your customers... I work right next door and I'll never go back there again... Thanks..

I call ahead to this location because I just wanna see if they had any new hot wheels come in because I’m a collector and I’ve gotten hung up on and practically yelled at and I confronted them about the situation and they said the call got “disconnected”. But I clearly hear the phone get slammed down and hung up and they refuse to help me.

... So far, this store is to a terrible start.This location is new, yet messy all the time. If the employees can’t keep up, hire extra help or allocate dedicated times in a day to clean and face.First time there, two employees were putting out thanksgiving items, and swearing like they’re at the bar. Not even quietly/ discretely. Yelling obscenities at each other down the isle and laughing loudly. Unprofessional, is a polite term for what happened. No one should be subjected to this, especially little children that were present.Last time there, employees not wearing uniform shirts, no idea who worked there, or not. If it was cold, I’d understand- but it wasn’t.Employee with 2 inch finger nails (some missing) couldn’t even press the register keys, or bag items. What grossed me out was; the employee picking some nastiness from underneath nails and wiping on her pants. Just imagine all the items touched afterwards. With a germ pandemic, too. Unsanitary!Shelves are empty often. Order more inventory.Not sure why they have such a high employee turnover at a brand new store, but hire more friendly and steady neighborhood people. Don’t think anyone working here, actually lives in the area.My biggest complaint, is we live right behind. When inventory trucks come in, they rip boxes and plastic off items and just throw it in the “alley“ at times. Then the wind blows it into our yards. Needless to say, this store is making our neighborhood dirty. Our subdivision residents each pay $7000 to $10000 between property taxes and association fees. I don’t want your business, if your store is going to affect my property value

This store used to be on North Ave by the Freddy's NOW it moved next to Valli Produce in Glendale Heights, IL. Mr. Chet, the manager is a really hard worker and has made this store the best since it moved here. Very clean, very organized, nice customer service---- also prices are now $1.25+ tax---- but dont be upset its still a dollar store!!!!!!!!!

Went to the ballon section today for Mother’s Day and asked for heart balloons. I asked for 3 balloons but the lady there said she only had 2 left. And I took those 2 balloons she said she had. I was being nice to this lady keep that in mind. When I went to go pay for my stuff she was giving other people 3 of the same balloons that she said she didn’t have. I just don’t get why she just didn’t tell the truth.

This dollar tree is neat and organized. Workers are barely around just in front by the cash registers, they help if you need them. They have all the things you need from dishwashing soaps, Small toys, party items to personal hygiene products. I usually go to purchase all my kitchen stuff and party balloons! Nothing can beat a dollar!

Just left there about 5 minutes ago , walked up to the register spoke to the cashier , he ignored me I SPOKE AGAIN THINKING HE DIDNT HEAR ME and he ignored me again, after I bought my things I said thank you and have a good day and he threw the receipt at me… SO RUDE !

Ok, dont get me wrong I love the dollar tree but this location is always low staff and not as willing to assist. And most of the time when I go in there is a long line with only one cashier. I went in on Thursday 06-14-18 and there was a line that was wrapping around the front. At least 10 or more customers waiting in line. The cashier didn't call for back up for a good 15 mins after an elderly lady couldn't stand in line any more. This is the closest location to my home but i will go farther and recommend others do so too, so to get better service.

The best dollar store in the area. This one has the most comprehensive selection of various items and gets more different things than any other Dollar Trees. If you need something, check here first! They even get good bread! Why pay more if you don't have to?

The location by car dealership is closed. New location is 75 North Ave which is Bloomingdale Rd. It is in same area as Valli's grocery store and Salvation Army

Great value on almost all items -- I can always find something to buy here -- it has everything from electronic such as earbuds and chargers and adaptors -- to food items like snacks or pasta dinners.

I don't like that dollar store at all because of customer service if u spend your money u expect go service that black girl that looks like a man always have a bad attitude with black people I think she thinks she white because she only speaks to white people and her own kind she has a bad attitude and don't speak and Chrissy the hillbilly white girl takes up for her when you say something about it birds of the same kind go together u will never get far in life with bad attitudes .....u will stay right where u are at the dollar store and u might not be there long !!!
