Great place and they are renovating to go to having all birds and bird rescue in the store instead of fish. It will be a great store when they get done. Word of warning: parents if you bring your children there please take care of your children and dont let them run free. It is your job to supervise your children not the owners.

The owner is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without being pushy. I purchased a bird here and supplies for the bird and I will definitely be coming back for my ongoing pet needs. Anything fish or bird related, plus some other stuff, this is the place to get it.

Went in just to browse. Was really impressed. Owner was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Loves to share his information if you ask a question. Has salt water and fresh water. Some birds as well.

Drove out of my way to see store and they were closed during open hours. As well as they need to update their google page because the space is now south central illinois bird rescue.
