Tried pulling a bait switch on me. I placed an order for a chapin 8620B for $250 shipped to the store. When i placed the order it said 1 ready to ship to Galesburg store location, i placed the order, 5 minutes later it was auto cancelled and went through the manager and was directed to the chapin 8622B which is the same one as 8620b but black for $380 total.

Maybe they were having a bad day, but of the 3 dudes standing up front only the youngest looking one was polite. The older gentleman didn't say one single word to me while I picked up an online order and decided to purchase something else there. It felt super uncomfortable, and this was my first time here after driving an hour from the QC for the product I needed. Probably won't be back unless absolutely necessary.

Small, close to home and easy to navigate. Tractor supply has a good selection of random stuff you may need.Plus, they carry all the bean pole sizes of jeans that other stores just don't have.

It’s not a bad store for hardware and stuff like I experienced. They have your typical farm store stuff, friendly customer service, clean and location is good. Parking lot isn’t to bad.

Very disappointed with cashier Rose, at this store.If wasn't for the manager I would never return. Rang up wrong price and didn't want to be bothered with taking time to make it right, poor lady in front of me didn't want to by a warranty plan, and she just kept pushing it. Gosh. .

Agriculture & country store, very helpful, clean customer friendly. A great place to shop if you are in gardening, farming, live stock feed of all kinds. If you are into poultry you can purchase babies chicks, ducks.when in season.

Easy to park and get in to. People are very helpful. We have farm animals and if i, as a woman have heavy things to purchase they even help me load them which I appreciate.

You can find about anything you need for a project here. Prices are decent, the only thing is the workers are always too busy to assist you. I still shop here tho, I just make sure I know exactly what I need in my mind.

Outside is such a mess, merchandise and trash everywhere. There's pallets that have fallen over with no effort to clean them up. Bales of cardboard just sitting out back. Items in the parking lot, items in the grass. There's no organization to any of it.
