Kind and helpful staff. They have gone out of their way to give helpful training advice and tools. Wonderful new facility, and plenty of great products. Definitely recommend their dog training classes. Positive reinforcement training really works!

It's a small downtown store but it has a lot of heart! The staff is kind and helpful and the prices are average. The main downside is how small it is and the fact that it does not carry a whole ton of pet supply items. It does carry small/rodent supplies though!

It's a decent pet store within walking distance of the Knox College campus. It's great if you have a dog or a cat, but the selection of supplies for more exotic animals such as reptiles or tropical fish is limited.

Very helpful staff. I asked if they had any chameleons. They said they did not know. I left sort of upset. But then I realized. There is honestly no way of knowing if you have any chameleons
