I just adore this store. I am always greeted by *at least* one person when I walk in. Then, there will be someone who asks me how I am or if I need help with anything while I'm shopping. I normally find great deals.Best of all, they will do their best to accommodate me when I inevitably leave my coupons at home (over 50 miles away). I go to Galesburg for doctor appts and will occasionally stop by the store if I'm up for it. Since it's not a planned shopping trip and more of a spur of the moment thing, I don't think to bring those. Thankfully, the two times I've need one, they had one I could use!The only thing I can think of that is a negative is...I wish it was bigger. 😩 BUT, I am thankful just to have this one.

Tia was great, was just looking at some sweaters when she asked if I needed any help, I was just looked and thanked her for the off, she then told me the sweaters I was looking at were 50% off. What a deal so I picked one out to take home. Got in lane which was a bit long so she ended up jumping on register to help out and I ended up getting her at the register. She even got me signed up for the rewards program so I can start earning Kohl’s cash. Great experience!!!

I enjoy going to our local Kohls. A lot of times it's just to pickup items they have pulled for me. I appreciate this service very much. Every employee I've come in contact with is very nice and a good representation of the store. The younger employees didn't seem to mind teaching the old lady how to do the in-store pickup that was developed during COVID. Again, it's a wonderful service you provide.

The Kohl's in Galesburg is a great place to shop. They have all the top brands in clothing & shoes. They have clothes for all ages & sizes. If you can't find it in the store, they can help you find it online using the Kohl's App. They also have gift cards that you can purchase to give as gifts. They have accessories, luggage, towels & bath rugs. Kitchen appliances big & small, jewelry. The thing I like best is that they have such wonderful salespeople. They'll help you find whatever you need. The store is also very neat & clean.

Got some great deals today! Went in to try on and buy a $100 pair of Skechers and ended up with a 28$ pair of flx shoes on sale 70% off! The gentleman named Brandon helped us at the front, he was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the store he definitely made my shopping experience amazing! I will be returning this weekend it’s my new favorite place to shop in Galesburg!

I went to Kohl's the other day and upon checkout I seen 5 elderly women as the checkers...What a great experience I and my fellow shoppers had.. They folded and bagged the clothes so nicely and commented to the customers on how nice the items they purchased and what a great deal they got and later they reminded us all to make sure to put in our number to get the purchase applied towards Kohl's cash ...It was like I was transported back to Sears in the 70's with all that customer service....Not used to that kind of service anymore...
