Place is a joke. Bought a fridge there after three weeks it quit working wouldn’t give me my money back. Samsung had already “scrapped” that fridge out knowing it wasn’t going to work but the warehouse got it and still broke it off in someone… just happened to be me. Only wanted to give me in store credit to get another junk fridge. Don’t recommend at all!

Usually, they have good deals, but they wouldn't come down on the price of a damaged beachcruiser that costs 35$ more than the same exact bike brand new in a box.

Prices are good but not great. A little high on new items, & especially high for their broken, seemingly used items. Although cheaper than big box stores. I've gotta ask: Is it worth the 10-20% discount with no warranty, ability to return, & limited quantity?

We were in the market for some new flooring. Checked several places, Menards, Lowes, ect and we decided to drive out to Galesburg as we keep seeing advertising for the warehouse. HUGE selection and I found exactly what I was wanting for my flooring choice! They were busy so it took a bit to get some help but once they were free, they were so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be back for other things as we had such a wonderful experience!

Lots of scratch and dent items. If you're looking to do a cheap, and I'm referring to quality and price, this is the place to go. On the plus side the employees were friendly and helpful answering questions.

Went in to just "take a peek". Long story short, we found a refrigerator in our price range. They wrapped it and boxed it and helped us load it up. Even made it right when we got it home and realized it was missing a part. The staff was friendly and helpful even when they were clearly short staffed and running around trying to help everyone. Will for sure be going back for everything else we may need!

Excellent bargains on quality flooring. I've seen the same flooring for more than a dollar per square foot more than I got it for. Same with our bathroom vanity. I will definitely be back!

Place has plenty of parking, even for trailer! Has good selection, if you are looking for flooring, doors, appliances, tiles. Would recommend it, but check over all you buy.

This was a pretty nice store in a kind community! It is mostly flooring/furniture. There are clothes, some toys, and crafts here. There was also an odd monkey statue outside (eating its own toe? 😂)

Lots of good deals on just about anything you might need for remodeling your house or keeping up a rental. It can be a bit un-organized in there, but the staff is very helpful and will point you right towards what you are looking for.

Me and my fiance bought a sectional from them on Saturday. The manager was rude to my fiance. We couldn't fit in our house. We tried for hours and hours and had 5 people trying out every angle. We loaded it back up in the truck and took it back as soon as they opened the next morning. The manager said it wasn't their problem and admitted there isn't a return policy. Said it was because of the bed bug problem. Making me feel like my house isn't clean which set my anxiety up. Now we are stuck with a couch and no one seems to want. Still brand new plastic still on it. Couldn't even exchange it for something else. Will NEVER go here again

They will not return flooring even for instore credit due to them being on probation with their flooring company. They also don't have posted return policy for flooring. Business etiquette for return policy is not instilled into each employee. Lack of communication of policy at sale. Return policy is on a sheet of computer paper.

Not a bad place; we got a couch and two oversized chairs at pretty good price with no damage. It is worth a visit to browse through and see what they got. Customer service was a wee and fast.

Customers service was great! Bought a 6pc dining table set and when we went to set the table up a corner was broken. When we went back they were very quick and helpful with getting the table top replaced with a new one.

I've never been there before. Associate was not helpful. Didn't know anything on questions we asked. We were there 2 hrs and left empty handed. I will not go back!

As a truck driver and making a delivery, was nice to have a place to park and easy in and out dock. They let me use the restroom not a outhouse which is a bit of a nutty thing to say. Also walked around and saw some really great things, wishing I lived closer. Doing total remodeling of my home.
