usually order a pizza from here before i leave work. although i’m a little confused as to why ordering online is an option when they don’t ever check their printers seeing as i’ve waited several times for them to start my pizza after i arrive. will be going elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

I ordered a large pizza, tenderloin, and cheese bread.. the app said my order would be ready in 30 minutes.I go to pick up my order- three employees are working behind the counter; they look up at me and go right back to working. After a couple minutes, someone approaches me and says, “name.” They go to check for my order and talk to the cook- it looked like my food was never even started.The issue is nobody came back and I had to flag down a worker to ask if there was a wait on my order - I’m not bothered by my food not being ready, but I would’ve appreciated some communication. How hard would it have been to say “I’m sorry, we’re running a little behind tonight, do you mind coming back in about 15 minutes?”Your product isn’t worth a dime if it isn’t backed up by great customer service - Management needs to offer some training on how to do this.

We were traveling so we ordered our pizza 40 miles out, to ensure it would be ready when we got there. When we arrived 3 employees (no other customers at that time) were standing around, asked if we had an order. They said let me check then said they hadn't even started our order yet. We had to sit and wait 30 minutes for our food 2 large pizzas, 2 breadsticks. When we had placed the order 40+ minutes prior to arriving. Very disappointing and put our trip behind schedule.

I called Casey's on Seminary st and I thot you was suppose to get a free pizza after you order 10 thru the app. So she tells me, she doesn't have any control over it and hung up on me when I tried to ask her a simple question. Plus the 10th one I got was in 2 pieces. I don't think you are being a responsible pizza place.

What is going on with this location? The store, especially the drink area, is rarely clean. The guy who works evenings during the week is always talking to the food employees while there's no cups and a dirty bathroom. There's a lady in the afternoon who is absolutely hateful.I'm going to find another location, this isn't worth the money I'm spending.

Placed an order online. Show up to get it and it hadn’t even been started. So we go back out to the car and wait another 20 minutes. Finally get home with the $40 worth of pizza and it is literally not even cooked all the way. The dough was still wet! Now if it was a busy Friday night during football season then maybe I could understand even a little, but 1 a.m. on a Thursday?!?! Ridiculous. Okay

12/9/2022 second Friday in a row that I’ve ordered a taco or brisket pizza and there is something they don’t have to make it . One or the other. I’m standing here at 6:06om watching what is going on with in the store and there is inventory/delivery laying all over the store. One cashier, two in the kitchen three ppl putting inventory away phones ringing and not being answered.. just now a employee walks into kitchen as says answer phone. But he doesn’t answer it. Walks out and goes to back of store. I’m assuming the truck delivery.. And for the volume of pizza orders this unit has , the Lincoln conveyor oven of its size is totally inadequate. That’s a company issue.

Pretty rude guy working the register... Seemed more interested in talking to his coworkers. He truly acted like I was an interruption...He never said hello, never offered a bag, never said thank you or have a nice day or anything...

Every time I order something On the app or online it seems to be a nightmare. Not prepared correctly or not done at all. The last time I was here I made an on-line order for 1am and when I got to the store at my pickup time they hadn’t even started making my food. To top it off the third shift employees frequently argue with one another and swear in front of the customer. Totally unreal and unprofessional!

I ordered a large taco Pizza. They did not put on the dorito chips. When I called, they said that I could not return the pizza, they said that they could not deliver me the correct pizza. I asked what they were planning to do about the wrong order and got no response. I finally said make me a new pizza I will come and get it in 1/2 hour and I will return the wrong one. What a rip off.

It’s nice to walk in and be greeted by someone who is genuinely nice and happy. Nicki helped me this morning put in a somewhat confusing donut order. She made sure everything was correct and made sure they could do it. All with a smile on her face. I will definitely be back because of her.

This is a pretty good Caseys with good customer service with my experience s there. Always busy when I stop. The pizza is good but lots of time there isn’t any or hardly any. The facility is clean on my visits and plenty of pumps. Kind of far of the interstate but easy to get in and out. Beer cave!

Ordered a taco pizza. They did not put a single chip. Called back and asked if that was something you need to specify now. Got told no they are busy. Offered to make a new pizza or want a free pizza for later. Definitely never going again.

This is by far my absolute favorite Casey's location!!! ALL of the staff are extremely nice, helpful and always have a smile on their faces!! The pizza is always perfect and the monster cookies, well they could always make more of those!!👍❤ Keep up the good work y'all!!

Pizza and donuts are good. I generally avoid purchase of fuel since they won't allow to pay inside. I refuse to pre pay as I don't know how much I need. I used to get a donut and coffee with fuel, so they lost sales there too. No issues with the stores, but with corporate policy.

Grabbed a bite to eat - no ketchup but kitchen associate provided as much. Food was ok, granted it was around 2 pm so guessing it had been in the warmer for a bit. Bathroom could have used a bit more cleaning/maintaining.

I love Casey s however, it takes 4 people on a lotto machine, waited in line 1 person to make a purchase. Not once did anyone acknowledge or greet while waiting patiently..The customer service needs some serious revamping. Very rude and disrespectful was the manager. All she wanted to do was argue.. Have a great day!

Ordered a pizza with free breadsticks and the pizza had hardly no sauce so the cheese tasted tough and the breadsticks came with one thing of marinara that wasn't even 3/4 full. Could of been made better and could of gave us at least two marinara if they were barely going to give us the one.

Am from Davenport Iowa I wanted something to hold me over til dinner around 6pm I ordered a pizza and breadsticks I was so disappointed if it wasn't so cold out there and I would had taken my breadsticks back they were cook to high and fast bottom dark and when you pull the cheese off the dough was not cooked but it had a good taste ..TAKE YOUR TIME AND COOK THINGS RIGHT I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN PEOPLE @ HOME BRAGGED ABOUT YOU pizza was good and food hot.

Need to service pump keypads. It's very difficult to enter information when keys don't always work! I've missed out on reward points from gas purchases from not being able to enter my information

The last few times I have ordered pizza it was wrong. I got 2 pizzas today one was taco and they didn’t put any chips on it. They couldn’t just give me chips to add instead it was either wait again or get a free pizza next time.
