I love these ladies! I have a very old poodle who hates being groomed and an old cat that hates it as well. They have worked with me and my pets to make the experience easier and better. I have a young puppy as well, and they are getting him used to the grooming process. I can't say enough good things about these ladies.

Today I had an appointment for one of my female golden retrievers and a lil Shih tzu. I am so thankful for the referral to this location. The groomer I had was Emily And she did such a wonderful job with both dogs. Emily is very kind and professional she took care of both dogs and made them look just incredible! My golden Reba actually smells good. Thank you Emily

I gave them a diamond in the rough and got back a pure shining diamond!!! I thought I was doing a good job of keeping our doodle brushed but that was not the case. Thank you ladies for spending the entire day working on her. She looks awesome

I took my cat to Dog’s n Suds to get groomed. Carol is the one who I have always dealt with as she grooms the cats. This was my third time going to her. My cat always gets the same; her nails trimmed, a dry shampoo bath and the fur around her butt trimmed. NONE OF THIS WAS DONE!! When I called Carol seemed to remember us. When I brought Kitty in, she seemed to remember us. I left Kitty and waited for Carol’s call to come pick her up as usual. Instead, an hour or so later I received a text saying, “Kitty needed a break, I will finish when you returned to pick her up.” This was very odd. Was she putting us off for another client even though I had an appointment? I decided to go pick Kitty up. Upon getting there I had to wait about 15 minutes for Carol to finish helping with a large dog. Carol then invited me back. Upon looking into Kitty’s crate, I saw that she was SHAVED!! I was flabbergasted to say the least! Well, she was half shaved. So, this is why she needed “a break.” Kitty has never gotten shaved! Who shaves a cat?! How many cats does Carol have and how many get shaved?! Something you would think would be easy to remember. In autumn none the less! Cat’s use their fur the regulate their temperature and protect their very thin skin. I never got a complete answer as to how SUCH A HUGE MISTAKE could have possibly happened! If you don’t know your clients why would you not check appointment notes or ask, “what are we doing to Kitty today?”So now Kitty has a ridiculous haircut and we have to wait 3-6 months for her beautiful long coat to grow back. She exhibited skittish behavior for about a week and was aggressive a few different times. So how much distress was Kitty in before she needed that “break?” Not only that but now she is constantly cold. ALL PREVENTABLE!!Upon getting invited back I also noticed how gross this place was. Fur and clippings everywhere! Also, they have several of their own little dogs running around chirping away and wonder why their client’s animals are not comfortable while there. Lastly, there was a poop on the floor. Obviously, I will never go back here and am not sure Kitty will be able to tolerate a groomer again. So unprofessional and impersonal. Disgusted.

Absolutely incredible! Charlie went in very apprehensive... Barking like i have never seen him do. He was cool, calm and collected when i stopped to get him. He looked like a different dog. Had been a long time since a good grooming but Kim was able to get him looking show ready and identify a possible ear infection as well as get a tick off his ear. Great advice and very caring groomer. Will definitely be back again!

I absolutely loved the car my dogs got. They were so soft, had great hair cuts, and bandanas, heck, my female Yorkie cane home with stick on earrings. She did amazing. My dogs were happy when they got home. Thank you!
