Good prices and decent service. customer service of the register ladies was awesome. Food is always readily available not a lot of times will you go there and the food is out unless it was bought out. But when you do go there expect to be able to spend some money. They have a lot of good deals and sales every week

It's not the cheapest but you can find some good sales here, and they have a great wine selection with a good amount of options. Also they have hands down the best doughnuts along with the best hot food self serv. compared to every other store in town.

The ONLY STORE in Freeport Illinois with "Seeded" watermelon 🍉 😋 They also have herbs and spices; pre-packaged 😊 will have to do. Their fresh produce is ok also

Sullivan's Foods in Freeport has decent prices and selection. My only complaint is how warm it is in the store, but that's probably just me. I hurry in and hurry out.

I think they are more expensive then some other stores. But it's a nice, quiet place to go shopping. There's not a lot of people talking and screaming. They weigh on you, they bag your stuff. The deli has excellent food. It's an all around decent good old fashioned grocery store..

I only go here when necessary due to amount of people and poor service. The prices have doubled, so I find my items at other stores

Staff was kind and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. Reasonable prices. I used a gift card I received through work, which had some issues scanning, but staff knew what to do and the transaction proceeded without a hitch.

A employee told me the new owners ( Coburn, out of the Twin cities, MN) haven't changed a thing, yet. I didn't see any changes either. Still a great grocer!

I would've givin 5 stars if it wasn't for the very unpleasant smell every time I go in here 🤢 I personally don't like how everything is laid out but it's manageable. The cashier's I have personally had were very kind & friendly! 😃

I always enjoy Sullivan's deli food, and bakery. The pot pies are awesome, and the donuts are the best around. The prices are somewhat higher than other stores in the area, but the sales are usually really good.

Sullivan's is a grocery store in town that I go to if I am looking for some different options or for their sales. They order in different items that you don't always see at other stores. Check out their meat sales they do like 2 times a year.... it's a great deal and the Will even cut the meat for you how you want it. They have awesome fresh made donuts too which is nice..... no freezer junk!!!! They make great cakes. Their weekly sales are usually pretty good too. I rated this a 4 only because some of their regular prices are higher than other stores in town..... so sale shop or look for something new. Oh! They have good deli and lunch options..... though I miss that corn bread salad they had.... so good!!!!!

First and last time ill ever go in there. Ive never written a review like this before. MOLD on a lot of the produce, specifically saw it on the grapes, in every bag. Very Dirty shelves. We got these cinnimon toast crunch things and they expired in OCTOBER 2021. Is that even legal to sell food from 8 MONTHS AGO? So nasty.

Did a quick stop to pick up steaks to cook on the grill. I was able to pick up a fantastic ribeye for less than $8.00. it was on sale and it was well marbled. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get a streak that tasted that good for a bargain price.

Their prices on some regular items may be a little higher on non-sale items, but the sales they do have are good. Especially their meat sales. Sullivan's has the best meat department, deli and bakery of all the grocery stores. Produce is usually very good. I REALLY like that items close to expiring are marked down for quick sale, including meat, produce, dairy and other grocery items. Most employees are friendly and helpful.

Sullivan's has awesome meats there, but I have noticed that the deli salad isn't clean like it use to be. Their hot case windows are nasty and the chicken always looks dried out. Hot bar isn't any better. Maybe if they paid their help better maybe then they wouldn't work long enough for a paycheck and walk away.

Typical grocery store experience nothing amazing but not terrible the place is clean and has most everything you want. Typical grocery store pricing but does have a dollar section which is nice and decent specials on meat. We prefer their Bakery deals over going to Walmart for cupcakes or things of that nature.

Sorry Sullivan's. I am from Texas and costs are nothing like your store. I shopped for my mother while visiting her and would strongly suggest that people shop at the dollar store for household products in particular. The prices are exceptionally high.

I'm partially handicap, and there were no workers around to accommodate people like me to shop and the workers that saw me didn't ask if I needed assistance, there price are high, but you can find some good deals in the dollar isles. If your new to the store you would miss the isle, over all there meat is pretty good.
