My corgi and senior dog can be a handful but they loved Alayna and the other groomers! They look great and were taken of very timely, prices are awesome. We’ve been to other salons and I even used to worked for one around this area, but I definitely recommend this place above others. We’ll be back to see Alayna for sure.

Muddy Paws did such a great great job with my clients dog. She's a whippet and they were excited to see her come in because they had never seen one before in there. She's black so her nails are also black for the most part and I was most concerned about them. She needed to have them trimmed and they use a Dremel type device that grinds it down and as soon as they see the quick they quit. And her coat was absolutely softer than the proverbial "baby's bottom"! What a wonderful experience for her! I definitely reccommend them!

Went to Muddy Paws after a very bad visit to another groomer in town. As a first time client they made sure to call to clarify on what I had requested, which was greatly appreciated! My dog came back clean, shedd free and most importantly, happy! Will be returning for her regular grooming from now on 😊🐶

Very, very disappointed with my golden retriever’s latest grooming. My golden is an avid dog park enthusiast. Therefore, he tends to get pretty dirty. I generally have my dog’s long hair trimmed on the back of his legs and butt area. The rest of his body goes uncut. When I picked him up, they went crazy chopping his hair off everywhere. They must have chopped it with scissors because it was uneven all over. The mane under his chest was totally cut off, and his genital area was shaved to his chest area. I could have done a better job blindfolded. The list of groomers all looked new, and obviously inexperienced. Needless to say, I brought in a golden retriever and left with a Labrador retriever. If the person grooming my dog had read his chart, they would have seen that what they did was totally excessive.

Alayna was great! She got down to our dog's level to introduce herself to him and love on him, which made our nervous boy feel much more comfortable. She did a great job with his grooming, and he looked and smelled great afterwards! Will go again!

My first visit today I was not impressed. The place is dirty, I don't think the windows have ever been cleaned. As far as their groomers we are following our groomer to this place. I do think they need some people for maintenance. As far as a place to go to the potty it is just behind the building in the weeds. Grrrr

Took my 7 week old puppy for a nail trim. I called to set up an appointment and discovered that this is done on a walk-in bases. The staff member was very kind and gentle so my puppy will have no fear with getting this done again. Will definitely be back!

Awesome grooming of our Persian cat. Was hoping we could save some fluff since it’s cold out and they did a great job getting her tangles out and keeping a manageable coat to keep her warm. Thanks again.

David did an amazing job with our Danny-Jo!! He came home so handsome and soft!! He was awesome with him too!! We found a great groomer right here in Freeport!! He is really reasonable in price as well. I would absolutely recommend Muddy Paws for any grooming needs you have.

My pooch Lana was extremely anxious when she first showed up since the fear of the vet is instilled in her BUT when they worked thier magic she was so relaxed being there. My other baby Archer looked so happy and full of energy. I highly recommend this place. Very welcoming and your furry babies will love it. :)

My boyfriend has a 16 year old Jack Russell. They did a very nice job on his nails. He has a sore paw and they were delicate and taking care of it.

Always friendly and kind, Cory takes excellent care of our sweet baby, pupcake, Papillon, "Holly" She always looks like a gorgeous babe when she is done, from the tip of pointed ears to the tip of her buffed nails! Muddy Paws does us a great service for I have not the strength of spine to do it myself.

We just got a puppy two weeks ago and took her for the first time to get groomed. This was a wonderful experience, at Muddy Paws, for our little puppy. She’s a Morkie (yorkie and Maltese mix). He was very friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. A warm welcoming to us and our puppy and we will be seeing him again in a month!

Very nice grooming service, I've taken my dog here since they used to work in a garage 😂. They do well with my sister's anxious poodle chihuahua mix as well. Definitely recommend and they also have daycare services!

Took my 12 yr old special needs dog in today, without a doubt he looks better than he ever has in 12 yrs of grooming but more importantly he was not anxious or stressed at all. Just curled up for a nap in the car like he had been on vacation. This was our first visit to muddy paws but Nikko will not be going anywhere else in the future.

I have taken my dog ​​4 or 5 times to cut his hair and always very well but this time it has been horrible. When we picked up the dog, his hair was fatally cut, they had not brushed him and he filled the car with hair, he had not cut his front nails or washed his face.
