I’ve never left them a review, but I’ve been coming here since 2015. I have never NOT been able to get an appointment. Alyssa always takes me whenever I ask. My schedule is all over the place because I don’t get my schedule until the day before so this works great for me. After reading some of the other reviews, most of them were great, Which is my experience. I read one About somebody claiming she drugged their dogs. In five years, Never once have I ever suspected that. My dogs act completely fine when I pick them up, And I have four Chihuahuas and a mixed breed. My dogs are literally nuts and very hard to deal with, And I have never seen any evidence of anything like that. I adore Alyssa, and I trust her completely with my dogs. I moved out of Frankfort in 2019, Fast-forward to 2024, and I still bring my dogs all the way from Homer Glen to be groomed by her. Always will. Thanks for the awesome service over the years, and for caring about my dogs as much as I do. I love y’all! See you at 2:30!

My Yorkie Peaches first time here and she came home looking amazing! Her second haircut ever! The first time we went to petsmart and she came home looking exactly the same! So I was very relieved to find a new amazing place!! Thank you Alyssa!!

They are completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for my 2 dogs to be groomed at 4:30 about 30 days ago. I get to the groomer and no one is there. The groomer stated she left me a message saying she wasn’t going to be there because I was her only appointment for the day but I never got that message. My question was why would you have to reschedule my dogs appointment because they were your only appointments for the day? Being unprofessional would make you think that was ok. She offered to groom my dogs the next day after I spoke to her. After she groomed my dogs, I made another appointment in good faith. Hoping the next time would be better. Yesterday was their scheduled appointment for 4:30. When I got there…again no one was there. I received no call of early closure. This groomer is so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Took my pet here for the first time since I am new to the Frankfort area. She spent 45 mins chit chatting with me when I dropped my dog off. I thought it was great because she was so friendly and talking herself up. My fiance picked my pet up when he was ready and all she did was trim his face and paws, not his body at all, and then told my fiance that my pet made her late for her other appts. Maybe she shouldn't have been going on and on about herself when I dropped him off. On top of it all his face was cut sloppily. Never going here again. She only got 3 stars because his paws were cut nice.

Amazing place to get your cat or dog groomed. Although I will be speaking from a cat-owners perspective. I have taken both my cats here in the past, and I have never had any problems with them before. They do a great good washing and trimming down my cats for when hair becomes too much for me to manage. Usually you can choose the lion cut, which is super adorable, or have them shave their entire coat. I really like that they listen to everything you tell them in advance about your pets behavior, allergies, temperaments, etc. I also love how they call you when they're done with you pet to let you know when you can head over to pick them up! The staff is super incredible at what they do.

This is going back a few years but one I will never forget. When I picked up my dogs they were lethargic. They refused to eat or drink or go outside. Once they hot home they laid down and wouldn't get up. They raised their heads a few times but that was it. The following day my boy did get up but was acting like he was drunk. My girl still laid there. I was told later that some dog groomers drug the dogs to keep them docile. I believe that was the case here. It was too late to get a blood test to confirm but I do not not ever would recommend this business. EVER...NEVER. I called to complain and Jennifer said that her father was an lawyer... Wow, where did that come from and where was she going with that I wonder. After talking with other groomers, they told me I should have sued and filed a complaint with the attorney general's office.I wonder if it's too late. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. and as a note, my two babies were not hyper, excited, jumpers or biters. Very loving and passive.

They do a great job on my dogs. I like that in most cases they dont use cages which keep my dogs happier. The also get you an appointment in a timely manner. The ladies working are so helpful.

These guys were very willing to work with my very large and rather difficult dog. I was thrilled. They invited me to help get the dog settled down and to help show them how to handle the beast. They also asked if we could do a second visit to further get the dog used to them and the place. They were very concerned that the dog have good assosiations/experience with their shop.

Been going here before the new owners. First time after new owners was fine. But second time they didn't call me to tell me my dogs were ready. I walked in there 5hrs later and they were behind counter and didn't call me. Disappointed.

I’m sorry but it should not take 4.5 hours to groom two small dogs when you have an appointment and are paying what they charge. 2/2.5 hours max.
