My favorite place to bring Renzo and let him run off some energy while having fun. He loves the pool and running around in and out of the water. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Hands down the BEST boarding facility. We’ve left our two boys (lab mix and Rottweiler) there on multiple occasions, and the staff was excellent about sending pictures and making sure my babies were well taken care of. This facility is immaculate. Spacious suites, clean potty pens. Dogs go out every two hours. The dogs are out for daycare upon request multiple times per day for increments as to make sure they don’t get over exhilarated! There’s also a pool!! Us lab owners know how much they love the water!! Will always be taking my boys here. No breed discrimination and always doing what is in the best interest of the pooch.

We had our red lab Ryder there for a week while on vacation. The whole process/service from beginning to end was fantastic! They made us feel that he would be in good hands, which helped ease the anxiety of leaving him for an extended period. Other places remind me of doggie jail, this place more like doggie country club. We appreciate very much all the care that was given, and the updated pictures and messages on their app were a big plus as well. Highly recommend!

I took my dogs there for the pool. My dogs were scared to go in all the way but they enjoyed running around and getting their feet wet. They provide you with toys and towels too. I would definitely recommend this place!

There is no place in the world that my dog would rather be (when not with me:) than at Club K9 at the Ranch. After swimming, running, and playing with her friends, she comes home tired and happy. Every time. Daniele and staff have taken care of my dog, who is my first dog, since we were blessed with her 2 years ago. We recently had to bring her to the K9 club for a week long stay. My only concern was that she wouldn't want to come home with me after her extended splendid stay.

This is the second time we have used them for our fur babies. We always rent the large suite so they can stay together. We like the fact they are let out every two hours and get day care included to run around a bit. Very clean facility, great customer service and very easy to book. They don’t discriminate if you have and older dog which is nice too🐾

We have 3 dogs, 10 years, 9 years and 5 years old. Each dog has their own special need and quirky traits and the staff at Club K-9 is awesome with each of them and all their unique needs. It’s only because of how great they are with the dogs that we can even get away because we don’t trust anyone else to go thru all the steps or have the patience. All 3 dogs absolutely love going here, they love the staff, their furry friends that they have met there and of course the pool. Thank you everyone for caring for our dogs like they were your own and giving us peace of mind. We all appreciate it. You are number 1 to us.

I love this place! My older dog wasn't doing so well during her stay and they didn't hesitate to call. I had to arrange for someone to get her (and left my other 2 there) and they were so kind and understanding.My dog is fine also, I think she just got home sick at her old age.

They did not give my pet the pills I told them to give her. Our dog is 14 years old and has been going to Club K9 for a bit now. She recently had to go to the ER and get some new pain pills. When I showed up to drop her off I told the representative that she had enough of the new pills until the day we picked her up. When we showed up she was barely even wanting to get up off her own back legs. I paid and when I got home and discovered that basically none of the pills that we brought for had been given to her that’s when I knew that they had not given her any of the medication that I told her and this was the reason she was walking the way she was. I addressed it with the owner telling them that they did not give her the medication and she told me that I was accusing her staff of neglect which I am because she was not given her medicine. When I was talking with her there I did not know at the time that they had not given her her medication until I got home. This is at the time I sent the email expressing my concerns and disappointment. We will not be going back and will be moving to another place to take care of our pet.

We were nervous leaving our girl for 8 days but she had a great time swimming, playing with other dogs and going for walks on the farm. She definitely didn't have time to be lonely. We look forward to our next trip knowing she will be taken care of so well. The staff truly treat your dog as one of their own....Thanks for the care....

We have been taking our three pups here for two years. Amazing facility and hands down they have the best interest at heart. Your dogs are truly taken care of and loved while you are away. Doggie daycare is also incredible-we rescued a GSD pup who is full of energy. One day at daycare and he is knocked out and exhausted. If I could give six stars I would. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. Danielle has called me on her own time to talk about training issues and provide advice -something other owners would not do.

I recently boarded my two dogs at club k9. Our German pointer ended up having a bad foot infection that we didn't know about prior to dropping him off. The staff at club k9 alerted us immediately and monitored his foot. We had a family member take him to the vet and Danielle at club k9 cared for his foot and gave him medications until we came back in town. Danielle and the staff truly seem to care about your dogs. We were very grateful for the staff and were very satisfied with our club k9 experience.

Made an appointment to tour the facility with the owner and she no-showed. One of the staff members was kind enough to give me a tour. Thank you Taylor. Left many voicemail messages to schedule daycare because I wanted to board my dog there and to date no call backs. I took it as a sign. Will be going somewhere else.

You know it's a great place when your dogs don't want to leave!!! I've always been afraid to board my dogs because of all the horror stories I've heard over the years, but not Club K9! The facility is great, the staff even better! I was hesitant to leave a review because I don't want to compete with new customers for accommodations for our dogs!!! But since they are so awesome, I feel I have to let other dog lovers know about Club K9 at the Ranch!!!

Boarded my 2 dogs here for 5 nights. I picked them up and they were very happy. ALL the dogs there are happy. That's why I chose this place. MASSIVE indoor play areas, an indoor doggie pool, suites, and big outdoor play area. The place is also a horse club. We booked our dogs a suite, which are awesome. But I did tour the kennels too, and they are nicer than every place I went to.The place is very clean, not like other places that smell like dirty dog. My dogs came home smelling like they did when I left them.One of my dogs had stitches from an incident a few days before I boarded them. The stitches were just as clean and intact as when I dropped them off.Yes, this place is a bit more expensive, BUT WORTH IT. The staff are adults, dog people, they had the dog's best interest in mind. They are certified in animal first aid and cpr too.Will be boarding my dogs here from now on.I'm not going to post pictures, the 2 I took are blegh. Go to their website, they have plenty. Also, call for a tour appointment if you're unsure. They also have a Facebook page.

We've tried several places, but these guys are the tops. Good balance of staff to pets. Good separation of pets based on temperament. Very friendly staff. And our pup *loves* the pool!

New staffing changes minus a key person who was a trainer there means we will no longer use them. That trainer was the reason we used them. Unfortunately she is now gone. My wife and a family friend who referred us there originally wrote critical reviews on Yelp only to have them removed surely by the new staff. Is that how you deal with criticism? There are other choices in the area.

If I could give six stars I would. We have been taking our three here for four years. If you're in the Southwest suburbs, don't look anywhere else for boarding and daycare.
