Took my King Charles to Pet Emporium for 3 years (we moved and I am so bummed we will have to find a new groomer). They did a fantastic job with his grooming and treated him with care and respect. Pet Emporium also does their best to fit in their patients and calls as soon as the pup is ready to be picked up. We miss them already and highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place!!! They are the best and have so much patiences with our dog Dex. I've taken Dex to other groomers before taking him to Pet Emporium and unfortunately because he is a vocal frenchie I had one groomer call me 10mins after dropping him off to pick him up and the other groomer heard him and refused to take him.Dex's coat looks great after his visit, clean, soft and smelling great! I'm always satisfied! Thank You!

Most cat owners will agree that it’s not easy finding a cat groomer! I was on the search for a new groomer for our lovely orange tabby and Pet Emporium was very accommodating. They were able to fit us into their schedule within a few days after requesting an appointment via email. Gizmo’s new haircut looks great. The groomer did a fantastic job, and it was fairly priced. Gizmo will definitely be a regular here. Thank you ladies!

The specialist groomers at Pet Emporium are fantastic. I tried Pet Emporium for the first time 5 years ago while looking for a less chaotic, safe grooming option. They are that but also fantastic at their jobs and committed to positive experiences for the pups. I can't say enough positive things about them. Including a picture fresh from their appointment today.

I took my 2 dogs there after being dismissed from Petco grooming because 1 of them was being a little aggressive. Pet Emporium was not only able to cut both of their hair with ease but also and a great price. They came out looking great.

Our family has taken our dog Duffy to get groomed to Pet Emporium for years. He is always well cared for and comes back smelling so good, soft, and fluffy. Plus, we drop him early in the day to take advantage of Pet Emporium's excellent complimentary day of play (day boarding) that comes with any grooming. That way, we get a tired and clean dog. We love that their open play area connects to the outdoors. We've found the staff to be professional, courteous, and caring in every interaction. Plus, we have used their services for overnight boarding and have been super pleased with the convenience. We highly recommend their services to any local friends.

5 stars so far from just from reading thru the reviews and seeing how and when the groomer chose to respond. I have an appointment next week, and of course I read the reviews (all of them) before booking my appointment and deciding to trust my kids with a new groomer. I just want to say that, so far, Pet Emporium's replies to negative reviews is what made me decide to choose them. Reviews are very one sided and the fact that this establishment took the time to reply to negative reviews with their side of the story honestly makes me happy that decided to make my appointment.

My dog comes here regularly for a nail trim/file. No complaints on my end as they’re good at what they do. They try their best to get you in and out and for a reasonable price! I would recommend this establishment to others.

Jenny I believe her name, is the groomer who said she nipped my dog in the chin because he was wiggly. I get home and look around see no marks on his chin but I see his tongue, much different than what it was before and it looks like the groomer cut his tongue with the Clippers. Very unprofessional for not even bringing it to my attention as this has become an issue.

We took our 2 Scottish folds here for grooming, after picking them up we were happy until we noticed one of our cats couldn’t keep his eye opened. We called the groomer twice to ask if possible anything happened and both times they denied anything happened. We had to take him to the vet to find out he has a scratch on the surface of his eye that he did not have when we arrived. Very upset and sad our cat has to go through this. It’s even more upsetting the attitude that the groomers have when you try to communicate with them. Which you can see in the way they reply to their reviews.

We’ve brought all of our Wheaten Terriers here over the years since the previous location and since the owner was just an employee. Facility seems clean. People and animals seem happy and kind. One time we had to go back because the face was crooked but otherwise no issues. We never request the traditional Wheaten cut, always the lower maintenance shorter more even cut. The dogs are back home now happy and tired.

I got my cat groomed which is hard to find these days. They did a great job on fluff and it was done quickly! I will def be bringing him back at the end of summer to prep for that winter coat!

I always take my cats here for nail trims. They are very reasonably priced at $10 and accept walk-ins for nail trims. I was happy that they took my cats today despite being extra busy because of the upcoming snowstorm and holiday weekend. Thank you Pet Emporium!

We have two long-haired senior cats who don’t particularly enjoy grooming. Absolutely thrilled with how lovely they are after their visit to Pet Emporium. Our groomer was knowledgeable, thorough, and did what was best for our cats- not just what was easiest. Really appreciate her and will be back!

We recently moved to Oak Park from the city. This was the second groomer we tried after a mediocre experience elsewhere. We are SO happy to have found Pet Emporium and this will be our groomer! We have a 90lbs Bernese Mountain Dog. Pet Emporium did a great job following breed standards for grooming and our girl is shiny and soft! Without any special issues, the cost was $85 which is very good too! Great service, great cost!

I love grooming my dog here. They've always been extremely nice and accommodating when I have to get there a little late. Also keep great records of your last grooming so you can get the same or different cut. Definitely recommend this place!!!

They are always accommodating, and very good with my baby. She always smiles when we are done getting her nails clipped.
