Great deals. They've got all the items we've been buying online since the beginning of the pandemic, but much cheaper. Outstanding selections & variety of fruits, meats & liquor. The staff keeps the store well organized & the aisles clean.

We bought a big Watermelon for Thanksgiving, when we cut it it was very watery, smells and was extremely soft inside, I called the store and Customer service said I have to come to the store with the watermelon in order to get a Credit for it 😬😬😡.

I am very disappointed with this store. They told me to bring a receipt in and they would give me the difference because they did not give me the sales price. When I get there they tell me they are not giving me the difference because they said it was not the one they had on sale. I spoke to one of their customer service people when I call and they assured me after they seen what I brought that I would get the difference. I live quite a distance away from Sam's and i don't always have time to get there. I will not be renewing my membership and I will be shopping at Costco from now on. I felt like all they did was waste my time.

I really enjoyed shopping at this location they have real size displays of the majority of summer items, like inflatables pools, toys, and water games they also have a wide selection of grills that you can shop for and are on display to demonstrate all the features, you can shop for camping tents, patio lamps, griddles. They also have several beautiful pergolas on display and lawn furniture. Basically lots of summer items on display to get us ready and in thr mood for the outdoors. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I had to pick up an online order and it came out very fast.

This Sam's has a very friendly staff. Sam's has many house brand products that I really enjoy. Costco usually has a lower price for gas and they also have some brands that I like better than Sam's. I live almost halfway between both of them so I use them equally. What out for the robot inventory scanner while shopping.

This store is great with the exception of the Snack/Pizza/Hotdogs counter. Lunch time and one person serving customers while two people are in back prepping future pizzas.And does the sole person serving moonlight as a Heart Surgeon? Because she's going to the sink and scrubbing her hands like a surgeon before EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER!For your customers, do better!!

Clean store always have everything in stock that we need and come for. Always use the mobile app as this helps with not having to stand in line and wait to be checked out which makes things very easy and fast. If you aren't utilizing the app to checkout then you are actually wasting unnecessary time.

Would like Sam's a lot more if they had a consistently working coffee grinder. We really like the Caribou whole bean coffee and we would buy a bag pretty much every visit. The grinder has been "Out of Order" for a least 3-4 months so we are forced to go elsewhere to buy our coffee. Very frustrating & disappointing that a company of this size can't keep a grinder working. I can only imagine how many others aren't purchasing coffee because of this.Update: well over a year with no working coffee grinder at a place that sells large bags of WHOLE BEAN COFFEE. Recently noticed that the grinder has been removed completely.

Sam's club only have this lump charcoal and reasonable price and i love it 🖖Updates: prices r still to high on wings and meats, chickens and among other things not happy with wings here get between 30 to 60 bucks for 10lbs wings that alot its used to be 10 to 15 bucks

Very nice unloading lanes and enough room is provided to turn the tractor and trailer around if needed. 17 pallets delivered and the Elgin, IL, community will have a restocked sams club with bags of morton salt. 43850lbs.

I was looking at women's pants. I had 2 pair, 2 different sizes. The "folder" employee came over and took one of the pair that was on the table and told me to put them back where I found them! I had been there less than a minute. She said it only helps me to look. I told her I am not stupid but not even done looking and comparing the sizes. I was pretty angry for her to yell at me when I wasn't done looking. I refuse to be like these crazy people that think other people are stupid. What a Karen.

The store looks pretty neat and organized! It's still a pain to wait before leaving to get the receipt scanned! Sometimes, the wait here is longer than the wait at the register.

It's good to look at the sales and plan your trip. Nonetheless, that may not stop you from an impulse buy, like a ten person two minutes set-up tent, or SmartPop popcorn in a limited edition cool ranch flavor for your teenager. The reason for not giving five stars is they never have anything larger than XXL which is needed by some in our family.

It's the place to go for a nice rotisserie chicken. Getting sams plus has paid off for us with rewards we get back. For those who do shop here regularly or is more than worth the extra money.

I should not have to stand in line for 30 minutes to get a singular piece of pizza. I have not moved in 20 minutes and I watched customers walk away because of the wait time.Your store is losing business because of how slow your food workers are working.

I like going to Sam's Club if Costco doesn't have it. Although, my best friend and I both agree that Sam's Club has more Junk food and Sweets than Costco. However, they both have a great selection of products.

It's inclined towards small businesses. I prefer Costco for most items but Sam's club has a couple things that are cheaper.
