Everybody working here was very friendly. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed. It was very clean inside and had a good selection of products. They have showers on the premises. They also have a McDonalds inside. It is also very clean and they have quick service.

This place is horrible! Fellow Truckers Do Not Come here!!! I saw a mouse running around so I pointed it out to what I thought was a supervisor (she was watching someone else work) this woman looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and said "okay". I was hungry but needless to say... I left immediately!

One pump didn't work so they redirected me to another pump. So I backed the semi out and went to the pump they sent me to. I initiated the purchase, which, with a com data card and company rules, it's no small process. I started the first side then went to the other side. The pump doesn't work. The girls said that if one pump doesn't work, then the pump on the other side won't either. So they sent me there KNOWING it wouldn't work! Then the girl who was going to "help" me, got ignorant and said, well, did you need diesel? Ummm, duh. I asked what kind of stupid question that was. Obviously since I came to ask about it, I needed it. Then so accused me of calling her names, so I made an honest girl out of her and called her a few. So she cut off my pump at 48 gallons to make sure I couldn't get a shower or reefer fuel. If half a million dollars worth of frozen food spoils because of her ignorant little power trip, is she paying for it or should we just sue Pilot directly?

I go to eat. There usually at night you might have to wait for awhile they seem slow here food is good after we usually eat we go play slots the have a McDonald's there restrooms are clean I give it a 4 star

Not the easiest to get in and out of for gas (truck with a trailer). They claim to require masks but there were multiple patrons not wearing them and the store clerk didn't enforce the rules.There is a McDonald's attached to the gas station.

They have a McDonald's at this Pilot, CAT scale, showers, small laundry room. T-shirts and souvenirs, great coffee, and friendly employees.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom wasn't clean bit the rest of the building was clean. There is a McDonald's in the building however expect it to be thruway/highway prices like the rest. Always arrive half an hour or more early if you are departing from any greyhound.

Had someone in an rv at the diesel pumps these rv folks need to stay out of the truck area we’re limited on time and don’t have time to sit and wait they seem to not know how to fuel and then pull up and take forever! Park if it’s going to be more than a few minutes to just walk In grab a receipt and go!!!!

I'm a truck driver, so I went in for a shower. I went to the register, and one of the managers on duty rang it up and scanned my rewards card. She tried again, said the system is down and told me quite rudely that I have to pay $18.00. I asked if they could comp it or whatever they need to do to give me a shower for free since they get thousands of dollars for fuel. She said she has been there 5 years and that they have never done that. I've been driving for over 10 years and that is what has always been done if it is just a system issue. As she continued with her snarky attitude, I asked if there was a manager that I could talk to. Of course, she was one, but the other one there, Halle, and another guy worker who just happened to be on the phone with another manager (Ashley) left it up to her. She gave me the shower. Even as the other manager was still having a hissy fit about it. Halle's customer service was exceptional even under the pressure of another extremely rude manager! Even though, I made a point to thank her afterwards, Thank you for treating your customers with respect and kindness!! If I would have left without a shower because of the bad management, I would not have returned to that location and even would have reconsidered my returning business with Pilot.

Pilot I hat to say this, but is usually much bigger then the store I go to “Loves”, I love Love’s but pilot kills them on products, showers, restrooms, coffee. And the Women that work there look like they just came off the cover of Maximum.

I literally felt watched the whole time & not in a safe way. It was weird. Worker was helping a customer but was literally watching me while doing so. Keep your biases home when coming to a place of business.

They want to be petty about Truckers not coming in through the other entrance resulting in us having to drive 7 miles due to a road full of anti semi Truckers not letting us do U-Turns? Well then I'm going to be petty and give 1 star.

Haley (I think) fixed the apple cider machine for me this morning. Thank you thank you thank you. She was very polite, apologized for the wait & even personally bought my large apple cider. She didn’t have to do that, but it certainly sets her above most other Pilot employees. Excellent customer service, friendly demeanor, and down to earth conversation like this is what more Pilot truck stops need. You have a keeper with her, I wouldn’t let her get away. The store overall was cool but I went into the McDonalds and the guy at the register was also the person putting the fries in bags. He went from the register to packing fries with no gloves on at all!!! This happened 11/28 around 8:00 pm.

Nice lil quick stop to eat something hot ...this one has a Wendy's .. You can use the restroom ...Shop for small things like snacks, drinks ect...good for Greyhounds bus travelers, also even if you driving. Oh yeah bathroom was clean. *****

Completely out of creamer of every kind except the powder. While making the coffee there was ANTS on the counter by the coffee machines. I would not use the open powder creamer and open sugar containers as ants could crawl right in. Staff seemed nice but whoever owns the place needs to get an exterminator and teach whatever staff members are not cleaning properly.

It was a very pleasant stop, the store was very clean,your employees were VERY courteous, and the restrooms were clean. On top of that, your coffee is excellent!! Keep up the good work, I know it isn't easy especially on Christmas. I'd give you 10 stars if I could!!!!

Personnel are great but the store is a waste of time. Can't pay at the he pumps (and I mean this has been going on a while since I've been stopping here several runs the last few weeks). I guess corporate doesn't believe in customer service at the pump. I personally don't want to have to keep tabs on my account to make sure I'm charged the proper amount for a fill up. This is my last visit here. And to boot it all the custom coffee makers, both of them, gave me cold coffee
