UPDATE :12/21/2023 SO I go in here today since they said they made updates😂😂😂 WHAT A JOKE!!! The store still reeks of cigarettes, still has large dogs running loose in it hello some people are afraid and/or allergic to dogs) The old lady is a huge B——ch and extremely RUDE! I was not greeted and she refused to take my package because she claims the label is not attached and she doesn’t have time to tape it!It was fully taped with the label taped to it!LORD GET EFFINGHAM A CLEAN PACKAGE STORE!!Filthy, smoke filled, many large dogs of which they come out and say, “Don’t let your kids down I don’t trust my dog(s)” , rude and have very little services to ship your items.Do not stop here!

I can’t say enough good things about this UPS packing store! First, let me start by saying how much I enjoy the lovely ladies who greet you when you walk in the door. They are so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I feel safe sending my packages through this store. Secondly, my favorite thing about this store is the 3 beautiful puppies that greet you when you walk through the door! It makes my day every time! I may just keep online shopping and returning packages just so I can see those adorable puppies!

Only been there one time, but if I EVER need to rent a truck again, this is where I will go. I didn't notice any nasty smells, and the dogs were in a separate room. What I DID notice, were 2 very helpful people who were providing a much needed service. The owner of this business went way beyong her job description to help me.

The name says it all! The ladies inside were are so kind and I always love and appreciate walking into a store and being greeted by a dog. They're very knowledgeable and we all know returning Amazon products can be a headache. Thank you Barb, April & Bunny!

If there was a way to give negative stars I would!!! Husband walked in there to send me a package. He is a truck driver and when asked his address he gave it to the lady then he was asked the address he was sending it to be gave the same address as it's his and my address the lady behind the counter looked at him funny and said in a snotty tone "so you're sending it to yourself?" He answered yes, see the truck oh out there I'm sending it to the house. Her reply was "don't get smart with me you can go somewhere else!" He told her to have a nice day and left with her berating him as he left. The company he leased to is out of this area and he sends me stuff when he isn't going to be home for a few months but I can guarantee he won't be going back to this store after that conversation! If you're a trucker and need to send something in don't bother very very rude people!!!

If there was an option to give a 10 star review, I would! I made the mistake of ordering my bridesmaid dress in a bigger size in fear of it running small! I left my order at the UPS packaging store and the lady that assisted me was very kind! I was in there for about 2 minutes and she had everything ready to go. She was great! After I got home and tried to order the dress in the correct size, I found out that the dress was discontinued. I obviously went into panic mode due to the wedding being 2 months away! I called the UPS packaging store hoping that they wouldn’t make fun of me and would try to help me out, and they did! The gentleman who answered was very calm while I was freaking out about the box being sent off. He was able to track it down and cancel the return. He saved my life! A huge THANK YOU for reassuring me it was going to be okay during this stressful wedding season!

The website states a 9:30am opening but arrived at 9:45am and not open. My husband dropped my package and he said he felt like he just smoked a pack of cigarettes without stopping. Effingham needs a UPS Store offering smoke free environment with and full services. I would goanywhere else for if

When you drive up you can't tell if they're open or not. No hours posted and they told me that they weren't interested in posting their hours. They dont open until after most other businesses open so that always throws me. But I did see hours listed online. They ship the packages, and I guess that's all that counts, which is good cause it's like walking into a dirty garage.

Bad customer service talked to me like I was dumb plus they have two big dogs off the chains just walking up to people and it smells like cigarettes and wet dogs I will never come here again

Rented a Budget truck and towing trailer from them. Long story short they gave us a faulty trailer to begin with. It cause us problems on our trip resulting in me having to spend money to make the repairs. Do Not Rent From these people
