We bought a new bedroom suit from Bob's. The dresser was busted up when we got it home. They ordered a new one and took the old one back without hesitation. We are pleased with the furniture and especially with the service.

Do not recommend! Sold us a cheap Catnapper that broke after one week.Leg rest would not open. One of the employees told us it was made out of cheap steel during Covid. Took it back to get it fixed, waited a month and brought it home and it still wasn't fixed properly. This time the leg rest would not close plus had 3 bolts fall out the bottom. Called and requested a full refund and was told over the phone that if we brought it back, a full refund would be issued. Take it back and they lied and said a full refund was never mentioned and said a 15 percent restock fee is always part of a return even though we loaded it up twice and drove 45 minutes with a chair that worked for a total of one week over 6 months. Cheap products, HORRIBLE customer service. More concerned with their 20 percent profit that they also mentioned over the phone than proper customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!***UPDATED***Our purchase was under my girlfriend's name (Nicole Morrison) and Phil is the employee we were dealing with. I will not be calling Phil unless he is giving us our $150 back that he lied about on the phone.

I just bought some furniture(couch,love seat) last Saturday & I'm loving it. I really like this place because they have a little bit of everything for the home. The workers or owners idk were very helpful & nice & I would definitely recommend this place 😊

Beware of financing at Bobs. I purchased furniture a year ago and paid off with the 12 month no interest. Now I get a notice that I will be charged $49 for using the financing service at Bob's. Pay off and close account quickly. I will stay away from Bob's now!

This place was. Interesting. Found all kinds of things I will need/want in the future. But this trip was to look for a door. They do not have doors here. Lots of cabinets and counters. Gorgeous butcher block too. But no doors. 🤷‍♂️

We have bought home improvement things from Bob's for the last 25 years. The staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you are needing items for your home. The prices and quality are very competitive.

Love shopping at Bob’s. The staff are always very nice and willing to help. I had bought cabinets from Bob’s a few years ago and recently decided to change the layout and needed a pantry cabinet. Even though they weren’t carrying it anymore, they called to builder and got one for me!

We have bought many things through Bob's Discount and ALL have been great quality at a very fair cost! I highly recommend this store if you are on a budget BUT want the latest and greatest styles in furniture and cabinets.

I was looking for a lift chair for a very large person. They not only had a knowledgeable employee who was very helpful, but also had chairs in stock ready to go. No other furniture store in the area had a bariatric chairs available on the same day. And the price was half of the others!! Highly pleased with the availability, help and price!

The guy running the place is a good guy. I bought my bathroom and kitchen cabinets here. I had bought a recliner here some time ago that wasn't an arm and a leg. If you have any home projects check out bob's salv oh its discount. Great place!

Nice selection but I wouldn't call these discount prices. Menard's has better prices on the stuff we were looking for. Also, it felt like it was 100 degrees in there.
