Went in to make a return due to an item being faulty. The person behind the counter, Hallie, was by far one of the rudest individuals I've ever met. Rolling her eyes, sighing out loud, and scoffing that she had to scan a receipt and grab the one that printed. I'm always very cheery and generally review places well, but this customer service was abysmal.

I would definitely recommend target the company, however, not the Edwardsville store. This store never has enough help and the target dollar spot is never ever stocked. The checkout line was crazy long and I don’t even remember it being that bad at Christmas. heard several other customers say the same thing when waiting in line. Most of the time I drive out of my way just to go to the Shiloh location which always has a better selection and sufficient staff. Edwardsville has so many bare spots it looks like they’re on the verge of closing.

Purchased a maternity sweater and other baby items, drove 30+ minutes home and discovered the cashier double scanned the $30 sweater. I called customer service and they stated I had to return to this store to “return” a sweater I don’t have.

So I went in today for back to school supplies and clothing. They had two checkers and of course the lane I pick is moving slower than molasses in winter time. The checker literally takes the clothes off the hangers balls them up and puts them in a bag! I HATE big box stores, their lack of attention and inability to perform basic customer service tasks is disheartening to say the least. Reminds me why I have and will continue to avoid them as much as possible.

Love the store - though on Monday mornings they’re really light on products. With few exceptions, the employees inside are super nice and helpful The biggest gripe I have with this store is how many of their employees park right up front in the first spots.

Love the drive up service at this Target! Always has the order correct, and everything brought to the car with a smile on their face. I tip the employees when I’ve got cash, I’ve suggested to Target that they allow you to tip through the app, hopefully they’ll make that option available.

Just a generic target overall. I was rather unhappy with an experience I recently had. I collect the lego mini fig series, and the current series that has been out since January was restocked on shelves. I went to buy one and received a notice they cannot sell it until May 1st. Despite it being out for nearly 4 months now. I tried explaining this to the lead who came over to assist it. Seeing I think there was an error in their computer . He was rather dismissive of what I had to say. Instead just asked me where I found this so they could take the rest of shelves. Pretty disappointed.

I made a mistake at checkout which required a customer service rep to void my whole transaction and re-check me out. Both my original cashier and the customer service rep were so helpful and gracious during the whole process of fixing my $300 visit. They made my otherwise hectic day a little nicer. Wish I would have thought to get their names!

We recently visited the Edwardsville, IL Target and received the best customer service I have ever received. Several managers helped us with our order of 19 cases of Michelob Ultra, 8 Cases of Bud Lite and a preordered order we had to pick up. One Manager even assisted us in loading said product into out vehicle! Love this store and staff!

I like shopping here, especially since I can grab a hot cup of Starbucks at the front entrance, however it felt crowded and cramped! I don't know if the aisles are too narrow or what, but it felt like I was completely trapped in aisles while shopping either by other customers shopping or by employees stocking shelves or picking orders. This area might be due for another Target, a larger Target, or a redesigned store layout!

I honestly don't know how i lived before Target Pickup. Thank you for putting up with my multiple orders per week. You have saved me SO much time! I Love that I can get everything I need from clothes for the kids to items for dinner without getting the kids out of the car. You're all the best! :)

I like this store. Clean and staff are available to help, but will leave you alone to roam around. Food section is average. A wider selection would be great. The girls clothes section didn't have any plain shirts for our child to mess up outside. The home decor department is constantly low on stock - please figure it out. Self checkout goes quickly.

The stores are clean and the people helpful. I can generally find whatever I need in terms of basics. The selection is not always as large as another box store in my area, but the friendly people, cleanliness, organization and clientele will keep me skipping at Target!

I was so impressed with my visit today and two of the team members went well out of the way to help me. I was leaving the store and noticed my car was blocked in by the person parked next to me. I asked the customer service members if they could page the owner of the other car. A tall blonde lady (I believe the manager?) offered to page them or have one of the smaller team members climb over my passenger side and drive my car out for me so I could get in. I believe the team members name was Julie, she was working the drive up orders. I really wanted to shout out these members and make sure their exceptional customer service was recognized. They went above and beyond to help me during this busy holiday season and I cannot recommend this Target to my friends and family enough!

I've been to plenty of Targets in my life and this is one of my favorites. Everything is stocked on the shelves and the asiles are cleaned. If there's a mess and you let the employees know who are on the floor, they will take their time to clean it up. A very tidy and clean store, would recommend.

I had no time to run into the store and had 2 kids with me. I placed an order before leaving to my appointment and it was ready in no time at all. I selected I was on my way and I swear the person was walking toward my car before I even stopped my car. Super amazing that I don't have to get the kids out to stop by and grad something that I needed!! Way to go Target!
