I find that some of their prices are higher than some but alot is comparable to other stores..they absolutely stand by their products. If you are not satisfied and have your receipt they honor your return with no questions asked. Very helpful and friendly staff.I love that I can take Rosco shopping. I bought him 3 shirts and a sweater that he loves to wear.

Got this gorgeous huge plecostomas for 30$ he would have been probably 75+ anywhere else. He was surrendered to them and I took him in. That's a 4 inch pleco above it to show you how big it is it's over a foot long. They had no bags to contain him so they gave me a XL critter keeper to put him in. Only downside of the whole thing was I got some super worms and like half were dead but I'm suspecting that's a warehouse thing not a store thing cause the guys in there were great.

They’re not patient at all with the pets and staff is unfriendly. We’ve never had any issues previously, but the last time we took our dog to be groomed I was called after 3 minutes to come get him because he “was sensitive to nail trimming.” Seems like they tried real hard… isn’t that their job.

I appreciate it so very much that they helped me fit a collar for my dog. The sales associate was so kind as was everyone that worked there. You have a wonderful store.

Okay, not layed out very well, but things are readily accessible. They are understaffed, so you will likely be waiting for help. They do not offer self checkout, which normally would make me happy, but I waited almost 15 minutes to check out while there was no one at the front of the store. Friendly staff, who obviously feel a passion for pets, but management needs to answer the call and hire some people. If that means wages, then.....that is what it means.

I love Petco. Big parking lots, lol i drive an 18 wheeler. My boy needed some chow, a harness and retractable least. I got him the best food they got. Biggest bag too. Thanks Petco, nuthin but love from Milo and I.

It was easy to find what I needed in the Glen Carbon Petco store. The people were pleasant and wanted to know if I needed help. When I explained I knew what I wanted and where the cat litter was, they left me alone to do my shopping. Check out was easy with the cashier being very cheerful, asking if I needed anything else which I responded ‘no’.

I found everything I needed and then some extras. The young lady who assisted and checked me out was very friendly and professional. This was a very pleasant visit. I am not in Edwardsville that often, but I will visit this store on my next visit.

The employees were so extremely helpful assisting in getting food and heating lamp a terrarium for Frog & moss and food for Toad. Even suggested going to Tye Dyed Iguana for upgrade terrariums for them both. Also assisted with taking care of my felines. They even got me set back up with their rewards program since I forgot my information for the other one. I highly recommend this location for all your pet needs. Also gave me information on both amphibians since it is my first time having them.

My Cocker Spaniel needs a special diet. The staff at Petco informed me of things I should not feed my dog. Their suggestion in dog food has been great and Marino loves it.

I had hoped they would have small cats or other animals to play with, but perhaps that's only certain stores or times. A good petco to walk around; I didn't buy anything

Their stock rotates pretty often, which is good for things like toys so you can always introduce new stimulus. But for food and treats I want to get over and over it's frustrating.

At the Petco in Edwardsville dealt with a lady with the name of Ratchenla. SHE WAS SUPER!!!!!! Very helpful, cordial, polite and very knowledgeable. I'm a month off from writing this, but better late than never. My wife and I were there and she was helping us with needs for our 22 yo kitty!! I always go to Petco!!!

Taking temporary care of my son’s lizard, which needs to be fed crickets. I was impressed with the health of the crickets, and an associate suggested cricket food which would provide them with moisture and nourishment.

It was ok they didn't have the snail tank set up like usual I was hoping to buy a new freshwater snail or a small pleco but the selection was pretty slim customer service was great once I got to check out there was hardly anyone working in the store other than the cashier it seemed

Purchased a 75 gallon tank. Great deal, but tank did have 2 noticeable corner chips. Had the same issue the last time I got one also. They're obviously fragile, but it'd be nice to see a bit more protection on the corners of tanks. But overall, your fish area associates are fabulous. Keep up the good work!!!
