Big Lots in Fondulac Plaza East Peoria has the best staff. Customer service is great. They will talk to you on by phone and check for inventory in the furniture/tv section. Their food section has many international selections, more than local grocery stores. The store is always clean and organized . Overall 10 out of 10.

Tonight I was at Big Lots looking at furniture. They seem to have nice Quality Furniture and pretty good prices. I like how they just have random things throughout the store at cheaper prices than you would expect. I enjoy speaking to the cashier she was very friendly and nice! The employees here are always friendly to me when I go in! Here are a few pictures of the furniture that I looked at this evening!

Fun store. Random and strangely organized. It has an amazing array of products from sandals to pillows. (Keep an eye on the price, sometimes food products can be more than elsewhere.)However.. Check out the clearance section! Excellent prices. And with the Big Lots card you can get a lot of perks such as a 5 dollar coupon when you checkout three times.

I always love shopping Big Lots, I specifically like the grocery aisles for something different than I normally buy, they are great at that.I did notice cereal prices are cheaper than most storesBut Ollie's has even cheaper cereal

Very rude on closing. It's how you say it and body language that counts. Some people are just to old and grouchy for this type of job! My son and husband and I couldn't believe how she looked at us and spoke to us about it. At first she was nice and then, her true agenda showed. At the check out, she wasn't friendly either! A bit haughty. I'll shop elsewhere from now on!

I do like this store some what, but they are never in stock on the furniture lines, and it's a long wait list to get anything worth liking... The store is pretty good as far as keeping other items on their shelves, its maintained fairly decent, except for the restrooms "they could use a little work"! Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Overall the experience is pleasant!

Prices seem to be on the rise and not the bargain they used to be. Like it better and better as prices continue to rise above the clouds.Lots of nice things to chose from. Furniture to a candy bar. Love dropping in from time to time just to check out the new products. Usually buy something. Love the mystique.

It's your typical Big Lots. They had the special soap I had looked up online there for a great price. Atmosphere seems a little run down but it's fine.

Great place to go to stock up on pantry supplies. Today they had a one day only sale, everything in the store 20% off. We purchased 52 dollars worth of merchandise and paid only 42 dollars. The people who work here go the extra mile to see that you leave as a satisfied customer. This is what gets any business return customers. A joy shopping here.

I always enjoy visiting this store when I am in the Peoria area. It is a large store and has a great home department. They are always friendly. The store is always clean. They have a good selection of furniture as well. Their gardening supplies and decorations are adorable. This is my favorite section!

The furniture salesperson was super nice at the East Peoria store ,she made sure we got what we were looking for and helped line up a delivery personNow as far as the Peoria store both of the girls there in the furniture dept had the same vocabulary( it's out of stock and will take 6-8 weeks to get) that's itDid not Even offer to check other locations for us, that's why we went to the East Peoria store, made the purchase there, Customer Service goes a long way

Great as always. I have a list, but I always find more stuff I can use, at a great price. Today they had all kinds of soda, and they got in their Halloween candy. Great place for bargain hunters.

This location has ok prices. Some things you buy are MORE expensive than your cheaper stores, and just a few products are a tiny bit CHEAPER. In the end, you can be a continuing customer at Big Lots as long as you know what to buy at a lower price.

Big change in products, but I guess it works for them. I went there because they had a freezer section, but they took them out now. Dollar general next door expanded their section and had what I needed for a good price.
