Tried to return an item purchased at the self check out lane which was my only option as cashier did not care to come check us out as we only had 3 items Well when I tried to return one item for a refund was told could not give refund for item purched at self checkout because it was on a different system so to bad to sad you are out of luck for a refund even though the cashier was to lazy to check out when she was actually on the payroll and I got paid nothing to check out or was even allowed a refund even though I did her job for free Done with Dollar General after being treated this way!!!

They always have everything I need and cheap go. My wife needed personal products for females only and I only had three dollars and a line full of woman and she gave me a deal for three dollars but should have been 10 dollars but they were on sale for 3dollars plus tax and she let me have them without question. Amazing. 5 star for life

I am posting a second review because it seems over time that their service is not improving I called inquiring about an item and the young lady who answered the phone says "ummm I don't think we do?" never even offered to go check but just totally clueless👎. they spend all their time stalking the aisles never up front at the register but yet they don't know the items are stocking?

I just spent almost 15 minutes standing at the register waiting to buy a bag of dog food. Could have just walked out with it and no one would have noticed. Absolutely ridiculous to stand there that long waiting for service. Shouldn't have to go hunt the employees down to be able to purchase something

They don't honor sale prices & they're just not the best place to shop. Head to save a lot!
