It used to be so convenient returning an Amazon return here but now you have to walk around their setup in long lines behind people with purchases. It used to be that customer service was for this & other returns & made this easy & efficient. The older woman who tends to work at the customer service desk is usually pretty hostile almost every single time I'm in there.Also--good to read the room when your lines are long that signing people up for credit cards isn't maybe the best time.

It works in a pinch, but the selection is not great. The staff, however, are wonderful. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had great customer service at this location!

The workers here must be overworked, underpaid, understaffed or something. Every time I walk in there to do an Amazon return, it’s a different layout and different procedure to do a return. I walked in to do a return and went to the front customer service counter (as I usually do) and the lady was so rude and treated me as if I was intentionally cutting line yelling across the store to “get in line like the rest of them” there are no clear signs or any direction when it comes to Amazon returns like most stores have. Not sure what this lady’s deal was but she was rude and smug. I definitely was NOT interested in their 20% off in store purchase after that—which i am usually down for some good retail therapy. I just wanted to get the hell out of there and not feel like herded cattle going to the slaughterhouse. The customers are not at fault that you are under paid, overworked, understaffed or whatever the case may be—-being rude is NOT the way to be either way. Not interested in ever going back. Please put up clear signs for Amazon shoppers or don’t bother doing returns at all if it’s going to be such a bad experience! Sheesh

The Danville store is the worst. Talk about rude customer service. You are supposed to go to the service desk for "SERVICE" but you end up getting yelled at by the clerk behind the counter. "GET BACK IN LINE" not to mention they want you to do everything in your own. Just download the app. You can do it there. How about some damn customer service?They have specials on their by 1 get one 50% off yet they don't have 2 of 1 size. And you don't get the special price if you order online. I'm done with Kohls . I can get better service elsewhere

Store was clean with many offerings. Staff member at checkout was courteous and helpful. Staff member at checkout was indifferent. Oftentimes staff at the return desk are rude and indifferent. Sorry Danville Kohls you can do better.

Sarah the clerk was very nice and helpful. I had questioned a price that didn’t ring up with the sale price. She called the manager Angela Willhite who was ver professional and took care of the problem. Love this store!

Not everyone wants skinny jeans. So annoyed there is almost zero selection of boot cut, flare or any other style beside skinny offered it the women's/juniors etc departments. I don't want to order and have to wait. I already hate shopping and the thought of having to return things numerous times because I can't physically touch it before purchase is asinine.

I get it, workers don’t want to deal with Amazon return but that’s the company’s partnership now so it’s part of your job if you work customer service at Kohl’s. I’ve gone in twice to return Amazon items (no problem with the return side of things) and both workers were incredibly rude. First time was a young man who threw his hands in the air and yelled at a older lady who didn’t know how to process her return through Amazon. I ended up helping her get it set and the man walked away. Today, I returned a bulk item that didn't fit back in the original packaging. I mentioned to the older lady working today that I couldn’t get it back in but we just need the code from the packaging. She ignored me and tried to get it to fit. She was becoming increasingly frustrated and became angry with me. I said, “I don’t think it has to fit we can just ….” Before she shoved it all at me and yelled “you try!” I asked if we can just get the box and the product in the return bag together and she then grabbed everything back which sent my phone (which was on the counter) crashing to the ground. No apology. So unprofessional and rude. This is a service of kohl for Amazon and as an employee of kohls you need to do this job at the same level of customer service as you would if it was a kohls return.
