The manager put cheese on my sandwiches then took it off. When I confronted the the team. They as if it was ok. I am sure they want to laugh at me. But I have the right to have my food made properly. I would not have complained if they would have just let me know about the mistake. Very disappointed in the manager. Who does that specially at the management level? It is better to admit you were wrong before you serve it to the customer. What if that person was allergic to what you put on it. Anyone in their right mind would have been more gracious to wait a bit longer.

I put in a mobile order for chicken it said on the app I had to wait until 10:15am to order it so I finally got it in came here at 10:48 and they tell me they can't make it yet. Horrible customer service I had to ask them where to wait at because I shouldn't have to come in when I picked drive through. Food still ain't done they told me they working with online to fix the app again. What a joke! I am now late to an appointment because it's a hassle to get a refund!

Came through for a quick dinner to begin our trip north. Asked what the 5.99 special was and had to reason because she rang it up automatically . We ordered several items and when I asked for the specials again to pick a meal. I was given sarcasm by the young lady. We paid and pulled forward and then got our food.and headed out. We got down the road and discovered they had taken my order for a roast beef but given me a burger instead. Very disappointing service and error.

We had to wait for over 35 mins to get our food. Once received our food it was the wrong order with the wrong receipt in the bag. When I entered the store to inform the staff the manager, an older man, was rude and gave me attitude. He grabbed each sandwich one by one, opened them, told.me what they were and put them back into the food warmer. I do not appreciate being treated this way after spending my well earned money. Chillicothe Hardee's did not and does not deserve my money or business!

Food was good but we spent $88 had to pull fwd which would have been no biggie accept we pulled forward for 18 min and our fries and chicken fingers were cold and nasty.I don't mind pulling forward for a larger order (5meals and 2 extra fries) but when our food isn't fresh for the amount we just spent and fact we patiently waited almost 20 min it's unacceptable in my opinion.

This place was closed when I arrived at around 4:45 pm. There weren't any signs advertising this fact. No notes taped to the door, no nothing. I should have realized it was closed by the emptiness of the parking lot. But honestly, this isn't the first time I stopped here and there wasn't another customer in sight.I don't know what to take away from that, except perhaps that this Hardee's doesn't give a damn about its potential customers.Lesson learned.

My wife asked what was on the two for five menu and then ordered two Frisco sandwiches instead of what was on that menu. Opened our order and then discovered it was wrong and we were passing through town. I’m upset it is a biscuit as I can get a better one at our gas station in town and a frisco sandwich is a treat. I even tried calling the restaurant and got no answer.

Every time we go to Hardees, the food is hot, fast and delicious. The staff is always pleasant and courteous. We are so glad to have such a great fast food restaraunt in our town and so happy we don't and won't go to the other chain restaurant ever again.

Several visits now and simple orders are missing food such as a breakfast combo with no hash rounds. Doors were locked, unable to go in. Business was completely closed one morning about 8am but automated drive through had initial greeting. Drove around and lights were off and no one was inside. Not typical of other Hardee's locations, seems to be an issue with this location in Chillicothe.

Timmy is the best!Updated sat, 2/18/2023 went around 12n-1pm. Had issues with order when I got home with food medium fry not large. Went back and manager fixed it got me fresh large fries and was very nice. Thank you!

Stopped here for lunch and was waiting for my order to be taken. An employee was leaning against the counter and I'm wondering "Is he going to take my order?" So I asked him are you going to take it? And he said "I don't take orders." And just stands there doesn't get somebody qualified to take an order. No initiative. Went over to subway next door for lunch instead.

The last 2 times I have gone through the drive through I have had to wait over 10 minutes. The first time they were out of biscuits which wouldn’t have been a problem had I ordered a biscuit item and this morning there was no reason for the wait there was only 1 other person ahead of me. Very frustrating when you block out enough time to get food on your way to work and it wasn’t enough.

I waited for approximately 30 minutes or l9nger in the drive thru lane, I was charged more than the price on the menu board for my items. They ran out of biscuits and ended up with croissants. They food was alright it was the cost n wait time going thru the drive thru

Can never go wrong with a hot ham n cheese. But the onion rings were less then enjoyable.. even for cheaper fast food. They were sizable but the breading on them was extremely dry tasting

Got sick within a 20 minute window of eating a chicken sandwich and fries. Will never go back to this place again.Guy who took our order looked and acted as if he was on METH!!!! Rude as he'll he should be FIRED!!!!We should of known NOT to eat here when you almost never see any cars on the lot!!!!!!
