Great customer service. I wasn't sure in my size so I ordered two sizes and they had no issue with me sending back the size that didn't fit me. The shirt I got was great quality and worth the money. I will be buying more again. What I loved the most is that the shirt I got isn't available anywhere else, so it's very unique.

This place is GREAT! We made way coming through town to pick up a few hats. The staff was incredibly helpful. There was one gentleman there that helped me dial in the historical dates on each of the cubs emblems, which was so very appreciated & valuable, as each Cub logo tells a different story because of the historical era.The place was spotless, well stocked, well staffed, friendly, very welcoming.Next time we’re at Wrigley we’ll definitely be back!Thanks Wrigleyville staff! Keep up the solid efforts and kind attitudes. :)

I’m not one to go out of my way to write a review about a business, but I honestly had the best customer service experience here. Thank you, Sean. I’m a Cubs fan from Canada and was interested in ordering two 2023 authentic Cubs jerseys. Sean was super helpful via email for close to a week. Answering all the questions I had, sending me photos of the jerseys, confirming it was 2023’s model, font and number sizing, etc. Today we had a 20 minute phone call to place my large order and Sean was incredibly diligent and made sure all my information and order was correct. It’s something I don’t experience everyday and I greatly appreciated it. I will definitely be shopping with them again, hopefully in-store next time, for anything Cubs related! This business Flys the W everyday. Thanks again man

Cool spot for Chicago gear. Up to date on all the Cubs players and different apparel. I didn’t see any real deals while i was there but maybe there are from time to time.

I ordered a Cubs jersey 3 days ago, and I already got the package, and at Christmas time? I am SO pleasantly surprised with this company's excellence, to the quick delivery, to the person who packed my Jersey so neatly. I also called the store to let them know. We usually see people receiving sub par service, so this is a refreshing opposite that there are people, and businesses committed to Quality, and excellent customer service!!!Merry Christmas to all who work here, and very abundant 2024!

This store has basically everything you would want as a Cubs fan. Men, women, kids, toddlers and baby stuff! They are open everyday and if you are from out of town and want to grab some gear it's super easy to take the CTA redline train from downtown. The store is right off the Addison stop. They have a good amount of registers to get you out quickly on game days.

This store is great. Big selection, decent pricing, random discounts or sales (items cheaper than sticker price once cashed out) and super friendly staff. So good that we went back multiple times in 2 days. This is definitely the store you want to go to for sports paraphenalia in the area.

Great customer service! Ordered a hat(got it in 2 days) but was too small so I did a mail back exchange. Had some other questions with sizing and exchanges and they answered the phones right away and were super friendly and helpful on the phone. Got my new hat in today. Bought, returned and got new one all within a week! Thank you guys!

Advertising number 7 Nike in stock but they don’t have it in web or over the phone filled out form to purchase Jersey and 3 days later no one still called back. I can’t trust if I did order it I’d get it. They know they are out of it but to get phone to ring offer creating their own which I’m not sure is allowed with players and it needs to be authentic . Poor customer services

In town for the weekend and stopped by here to get some Chi merch before the Cubs game. Decided to get a nice hat and the gentlemen that served me were great! Wanted to buy more but didn’t want to carry it to the game so I returned after the game. Bought quite a bit only to be racially profiled by this lady cashier asking me whether I had paid for the hat that was on my head! I had my hands full of merch and really am I going to steal a $30 hat when I’m checking out way more than that ? I told her that I was here earlier and she kept asking questions. Only for the guy who checked me out earlier who recognized me and told her as I was getting my receipt from earlier to prove my purchase. Really soured the experience for an otherwise nice spot.

I was trying to call this business to get some very simple information that I could not get online. I called the store and the line immediately dropped after connecting. Not being deterred I called right back thinking this was just an error or a dropped call, it happens right? Wrong. The next time I called back the phone was answered and before I could finish saying hello and the purpose of my call, they hung up on me again! I called back one last time, asking to speak to the manager, to which the person responded that they were the manager. That's when they started repeating over and over again to stop calling, talking over me and not allowing me to say even one word. They only paused to take a breath. Wrigley field is a national icon, people love this place and what goes on here, why this person was so over the top hostile I will never know. I do know however that if I am ever at Wrigley field again( and I plan to), I will NOT be stopping at Wrigleyville sports. Embarrassing and unprofesional.

Went in today. Picked out a $115 clearance Cubs jersey. One more in same size was there but another customer got it and went in line before me. I noticed my jersey had a small stain at top collar and threads coming out button. Asked the cashier nicely if there was anyway to get a further discount because of the extra flaws. He had a female come up front and she was extremely nasty and rude and said the price is what it is, you either buy it at the price or you dont. I tried to explain i would have got other perfect jersey had it still been there and she wanted nothing to do with my reasoning! Will never go back here again! Nasty and rude female worker there today!! She just presented an awful, rude attitude!

Love this store! Parking is always easy to get in and out of. They have very friendly employees and a ton of selection! I recommend this store to anyone that wants to.learn about what shoe fits your foot and needs best! You can't get that at the mall.

At todays as game, we attempted to go inside to shop. As we walked in, we were asked to leave due to not having a mask on. So we abided. Later, my family walked in, with masks, and shopped. I was standing outside because I didn’t have a mask, but I was very hot and decided to stand at the door to get cool, I was asked to leave again, I stated I was just standing at the door way and he told me I needed a mask to stand inside the door. As he said all this to me, not one, BUT MULTIPLE, employees did not have masks on. I am not opposed to a mask, but if a rule applies to one it must apply to ALL! Also, multiple customers also did not have masks on!

Great selection and friendly helpful staff. Of course a great location next to Wrigley. If you are looking for sports gear this is a great place and fair priced. They do offer more than just Cubs gear as well. I saw Bears, and Blackhawks merch as well. So something for more than the Cubbies fans.

Definitely the best place to pick up Cubs gear. Prices are descent (better than the Cubs store) and the selection is the best. Having l better selection of larger sizes would be nice though.
