Pharmacy said my appointment did not go through for Covid testing although I got email confirmation. They said they couldn’t help me. Life threatening illness but they can’t help with a 2 minute test. 3 employees, no line and no one wanted to help. It was hard enough getting out of bed. Then they say “I’m sorry”.No you’re not. Just lazy.

Horrible staff! I precariously avoided this one considering the way they mistreat people in this community. The pharmacist was one of my favorite now her behavior has blended in with the rest and this store has declined significantly! Long lines no security people lingering it’s just not what it used to be anymore. It’s sad!

They have great deals when they put things on clearance! But you gotta be there at the right time because all the clearance was pretty much sold out when I was there. Wich was a bummer but overall clean store, terrible customer service though. Took 20 minutes almost to find help to use the bathroom. And the bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels and toilet paper.

The entire store and staff has declined. No humility no order and no respect for the customers. The pharmacy staff is hypocritical and should be ashamed for putting their customers down in a black community. Such a shame!

Disgusting manager experience around 12:40pm on Saturday, some one needs to FIRE her. She is rasicst, rude, and doesn’t want to help people with finding items. I will never shop here again I’ve already voiced my experience to a few people and I’ll be sure that I continue do that until some one takes care of that disrespectful manager, I had to publicly humiliate her for being so rude to me, and she was also rude to her cashier co worker, sad. Just sad. I’d like to speak to some one about my experience today this was insane.

manager horrible. was there toda around 9:45 am. they are racist, if you are not mexican or black they wont treat you well. they only treat black and mexixcan well. i saw tha today. they have a mexican maneger by the way he is the worst manager by far. so if you are puerto rican, dominican, or white do not go there. stay away!

I consider myself as an faithful & loyal customer. However, lately I've been unsatisfied and irritated by the service that I've received. Some of the staff members are very rude & inpatient. I feel as well as believe that when an individual (Employees) work with the public: He/She should have superb people and skills as well as decorum.

I came to pick up a prescription that should have been filled and I had to wait for the prescription to be filled. I understand that there are times when times get hectic in a business, but there need to be changes made to improve how to effectively fulfill orders. There was no sense of urgency among the staff to assist customers or fill orders.

I came in looking for a Walgreens exclusive collectible. And the assistant store manager accused me and my friend of stealing after only being in the store for 5 minutes. And swear at us I will never go here again the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment.

The store itself is fine. But what ruins it is the rude impatient employees. I've experienced several occasions where I was rushed or just treated unfriendly. Unless your in a pickle or your in the area and need a few items I wouldn't go here

This location has no customer service at all and i shop at walgreens all the time, but this location is horrible. First off i asked TWO employees about an item and received the same reply "its over there" which it was not and when the second employee seen the item was not in the location to which she said it was she just walked off no we're out nothing.....and thats not the bad part when i was asking for help a guy with a manger vest on argued with the employee about which one will help me... Like really....I've never been to another walgreens and received that kind of service. I WILL NOT EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN

The pharmacy at this location isn't very helpful often rude on the telephone as far as filling out prescriptions or checking up on them one agent put me on hold knowing she wouldn't come back to the phone I'm definitely thinking of transferring my prescriptions to another Walgreens if I have 1 more negative experience

Yesterday was my first visit to Walgreens, it is very clean, very presentable, there is everything at a reasonable cost...However, I did not like that the man who speaks Spanish did not want to help us with some information, very bad in that regard.Thank you
