Pharmacy is not supportive . Consistently uncooperative when you try to get medicine delivered. Don't care if you have to wait days and go with out medicine. Can't imagine who runs operations this way. I feel sorry for homebound seniors and others who are unable to walk, run or drive to go get lifesaving medicine. Really sad. I made sure I had several different technicians record me as a delivery preference. I don't mind paying for delivery but each time I have to call and if done after several frustrating conversations it's days late and sloppy.

If you are prescribed a controlled substance DO NOT use this pharmacy. They will treat you like a drug addict piece of trash. They think it’s a joke and will treat you like a joke. I have been using Mariano’s pharmacy ever since and I would highly recommend moving your prescriptions there.

Came into this Walgreens for a quick stop and asked an employee under the name “nasandra” for help and right off the bat she seemed bothered and annoyed when I approached her. She was very unprofessional and had an attitude the whole time. Horrible customer service. If she doesn’t like her job that she has to let it out on customers then she should quit plain and simple. Won’t be shopping here anymore

Called in a prescription on a Friday. The phone system said it would be ready on Monday after 12 pm. Walgreens called me to tell me It was ready for pickup on Tuesday. It is now Weds. I was told at the location they dont have it and it would be ready tomorrow after 1pm. They have some very good people in the pharmacy but Walgreens is very poorly run at this location.

This review pertains to all 8,603 Walgreens locations currently in operation, rather than targeting a specific store.It's evident that Walgreens, along with its parent company Boots, consistently struggles with understaffing and inadequate wages for employees. One glaring issue is the failure to provide an acceptable living wage to its workforce.The problem extends beyond mere staffing numbers; it's about the prevalent toxic culture and work environments within Walgreens stores. Sales Associates often find themselves blindsided by their actual job responsibilities, only discovering them once they're on the floor. Moreover, mid and upper management frequently expect associates to fill multiple roles, expecting them to be team players without providing adequate compensation or recognition for their efforts. This expectation of taking on multiple job functions while being labeled as a sales associate reflects a significant disparity between workload and recognition for hard work.That concludes my review for now. There are numerous other abusive practices within Walgreens that could be discussed at length. Overall, the company operates as a conglomerate that preys on people's complacency and fosters an indoctrinated sheep mentality. It's a regrettable state of affairs that speaks to the company's overarching ethos.

This is the worst Walgreen's pharmacy for prescriptions. I asked the pharmacy technician if my child's medication was processed through insurance, and she said no health plan covers a spacer. My insurance immediately contacted this Walgreens, and said oh wow is cover we are sorry.

Dropped of a prescription for my mom and said was told it would be ready at 8. I go through the drive through at 8:45. They ask me to come inside to find out the lady who took the script never filed it and I had to show them where it was (I don’t recall working here). Told me it wouldn’t be ready till tomorrow and I said no my mom is in a ton of pain and it was supposed to be ready an hour ago. They get going on it but the pharmacy is about to close and nothing. Worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy ever.

What's wrong with this place ?they close down the pharmacy for lunch break...that's ridiculous. I have been twice today in here to pick up prescription and both times was closed....!!! They don't know rotation of break at this place

Called Rx in Saturday, they told me it would be ready Monday. Went Tuesday and waited in line 30 minutes only to find out it wasn't ready, they said it would be filled next day. It's Wednesday late and still not ready. I will be out of pills after tomorrow. Now I'm scrambling to get Rx at another pharmacy bc I cannot trust what Walgreens says and cannot afford to wait. Nice staff, but unable to help me get my meds in time.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been coming here for a few years now. First of all, the place is unkempt and dirty. Not enough staff at the pharmacy and very very long lines at the pharmacy inside and at the drive-through. Wait time to have someone pick up the phone in the pharmacy can be over 15 minutes. We went to get my daughters covid shot and they made us wait over 20 mis to get it. We have decided we are going to move our prescriptions elswhere.

My physician sent my prescription to this walgreens, and for the 3rd time, they came out and told me it's out of stock, we placed an order for it. The same thing they told me the first and second time I asked, but they never placed the order. smh!!!

They seriously need to get more staff at the pharmacy. Wait times on the phone to get a hold of someone are almost always 25 mins+ (assuming anyone answers at all). Lines in the store are always long, just simple understaffing going on for over a year at this point.

I really don't get it that why reviews are negative.when I went for shopping for to get prescription for my Mom. I had no wait time from pharmacy and I bought cookies and candy etc. When I went to the cashier, very welcoming service.Front desk have fully knowledge about outstanding service. I am very happy that Ishaq is very well professional.He knows how to run the store being manager. I recommend to visit that store

So slow! The pharmacy did not put my prescription through insurance as they usually do. My fault for not realizing until after I paid, but then had to run through insurance and then refund me. The refund process took them over 40 minutes. My apologies to the people in line behind me. Train employees so they can do the job rather than having to wait for a manager.

They deserved minus star. Horrible experience. I had some items to be returned. First lady seemingly couldn’t handle, then called someone else. Second also couldn’t handle it and told me that she can’t refund but give store credit. I asked her what the reason was. She said that I was at the store 10 minutes ago??? And??what?? ( I was at store for shopping and purchased something after I paid and asked cashier that I had some returns , she showed me other cashier and I noticed I didn’t have my phone/receipt with me. Went to the car to get my phone/receipt and dropped the items that bought. )I never had any issues for returning before. These two ladies couldn’t handle maybe didn’t know how to return however most importantly, doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Very disappointing

The absolute worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced in my life. This place is absolutely horrid! Poor customer service coupled with poor prescription fulfillment! Not uncommon to wait 20 plus mins to be seen to only find out that they didn't fill your prescription yet or that they are out of stock of life sustaining medicine...again. Do better

What started out as a routine visit to a walgreens turned into a 30 minute song and dance asking for assistance. I feel like I'm a criminal when I walk into these places where something as inexpensive as a bar of soap is behind a lock and key. Extra star for the woman who kept opening each plastic kiosk for me to purchase soap, deodorant, and medicine for my children. 85% of the inventory in this store requires you to press an "ask for assistance" button and wait patiently for someone to open the safe. Good luck stealing from this place unless you are interested in the walgreens brand/less expensive stuff. I had half a mind to just walk out without paying after getting all of my items pulled out for me. If time is important to you and you need more than one item I would suggest just going somewhere else.

The absolute worst pharmacy! I know places are short staffed at times still, but 45 mins for 4 cars to pick up prescriptions? Yeah…I’ll be switching to ANY other Walgreens after this! Not the first time I’ve experienced a wait, but this was insane!

Watch out for the cashier. They try to keep your money. I gave her 3 5 dollars and 51 cents and she only entered I gave her 13.51 and gave me 19 cents change and said the receipt will be in myEmail . No three bills will make up 13 dollars. I wanted a paper receipt and she kept my change.

If you have prescriptions here, I'd advise to switch to another location. I literally wait in the drive-thru for an hour sometimes! I'm currently writing this review waiting in line for 27min so far. I'll update with exact time when I finally get to the window.

Manager said they do NOT price match their own website or app prices. I explained I just needed 1 item and the minimum online "Pick up in store" order must be $10. She rudely whisper under her breath, no eye contact at all, "then order it online then." She shrugged her shoulders and proceeded to continue to ignore me. Do yourself the favor and take the extra 8 minute drive to the Harlem & Irving location, where they will price match and provide better customer service.
