Went into this store this morning and realized I was being watched. Went to another section to look for something else. I spoke up, and asked if it's customary to be followed around the store. I had a bag of artisan bread in my hand. Thinking this could be the reason. As soon as the security/ "cpd" officer opened her mouth I knew. She stated she was following someone else. And then began to insult the lady she claimed to be following around. I was so disgusted that I could not willingly give my money to this location.

I visited this location at 8:15 a.m. and the cashier with the grey hair was very rude. She didn’t want to take my cash she just stared at it for a second then she announced that if I wanted a bag I would need to pay for it; in a tone that suggested I couldn’t afford it like I didn’t just pay 8.00 for two packs of wipes. I touched her hand on purpose when getting my change she had a look of disgust; she was pissed I waived have a nice day. If she can’t service all people she shouldn’t serve I’m black but my money is green and I’m human.

Can you please explain why the battery energizer 123 is literally $16.99 discounted if I have an account to $13.60 when everyone else is selling them for half the price. Amazon has them $31 for 12. Do you something wrong with this picture. I can see why there closing down

History: Used to be a huge diner at this location. Then they tore it down and built Walgreens I. This is the rebuild (Walgreens II). Big store but very drab. Slow staff. Large parking lot.

While picking up an online photo order today I was very impressed with the employee at the photo counter. An older customer was trying to print a photo of his granddaughter he had received via text. She took the time to help him save the photo correctly on his phone and then helped him get set up with the correct equipment at the kiosk so he could get the photo printed. The pharmacy is always busy but I feel they do their best between juggling walk up and drive up customers as well as a constantly ringing phone.

Be careful went to buy a product which showed a $4 coupon . When I went to check out asked if the coupon would come up and the gal said yes. Paid and there was no coupon applied seems you have to go on the app and “clip the coupon “ before it was applied . So I had to refund it and then I had issues with the app and couldn’t remember my password and the gal said it’s the only way to get the savings . After all that I ended up just having her refund it and went to CVS to buy it .

My pain medicine runs out the day it's gotta be refilled. Of course they're not open New Years day but they didn't say they'll be closed so now I'm in a lot of pain. They could've said to have it filled at a 24/7 pharmacy so I wouldn't have to suffer like I am. Not happy at all. Not a good way to start out my new year 😞😢😩💔

Walk in pick up my items in front of to the cashier and she said nothing. So I spoke, no response. After ringing my two items up she stood there waiting for the customer behind me to Recognize her before finished my transaction. I asked her can I have a bag her response, I didn't know you wanted one and began to talk to the customer whom she knew. I called the store right after I lift out an ask to speak wirh the manager twice because they took over 10mins each time to pick up the line. I have yet to speak to one. I live 20min away an still no manager picked up. Great customer service Walgreens.

This place is the WORST!!!! Tells me prescriptions are ready when they are not. They have me come back the next day to tell me they cannot fill the prescription. When I ask for an emergency amount, then they tell me they can fill it 2 days after they told me it was originally ready, mind you these are Life dependent medications. Go anywhere but here, you will die waiting on your life saving medication!!!

as a full practice authority nurse practitioner, i am thoroughly disgusted with the way the pharmacist Cheryl treated me over the phone. She refused to fill my patient's prescription because she is uneducated on the rules of controlled substance licensing and full practice licensing in illinois and hung up on me because she refused to listen to the new rules. now my poor patient is out of her medication and the pharmacist is to blame.

The old pharmacist was very helpful and polite but the newest pharmacist does not seemed too thrilled about helping or answering any questions at all. I usually pick up and handle scripts for my 85 year old Mother but it has become extremely difficult to get any assistance or answers when any issues come up with a script now.

Well they were watching me and my friend the minute we stepped foot in the store. I was not comfortable at all!!! I am not recommending you come here to look at the products here because they will follow you and stare at your every move like you are a thief. Ugh

Abysmal. This pharmacy system is beyond belief. I paid yesterday for medication. I come to pick it up and am told that I didn't pay. No one can do anything. Back to cvs for my family.

Terrible customer service. The manager Jamal is very rude and walked away while I was asking a question.They have a policy they made up that’s not stated anywhere in the store, on the receipt, nor was it mentioned before purchase. The receipt still says you can return with the original receipt, that is a lie.

Usually staff is friendly, but last winter I was looking for hand warmers with a few friends and we were rudely told to leave because "it didn't look like we were going to make a purchase." I took my business to CVS instead.

The worst possible pharmacy in my neighborhood. I always have to go back three or four times to get a simple prescription filled or refilled. I wonder how those clowns have jobs. Horrible!
