Last time I went. The girl that took care of my little meltise pookle was very mean and rough with my baby she told me i had to leave but i stayed by the window i got so pist i went in shared words with her n took my baby. It was an awful experience. Never again!

Mia, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, absolutely loves getting groomed here. She gets visibly excited as soon as she sees where she is. It’s like her spa day away from her two annoying brothers.They do an amazing job grooming her. She comes out looking so adorable. I highly recommend bringing your pup here.

Just started coming here about 2 months ago, smaller business and more personable, you always know who will groom your pet. My dogs already like coming here and feel at home, just walk in and know where to go, they love the treats for sale, more natural and well priced. Overall, I will stay with them for a long time, give them a try, you will be as happy as I am I did.

It was great to see a 5-star rated groomer in this area, however, after seeing the place inside I must say I was surprised, because it's filthy. After chatting with the man up front I didn't feel like he was a dog-loving (nor people-friendly) person, and my dog was terrified of him. I decided to give them a shot anyway since it got 5 stars somehow. After picking up my dog: she did smell nice but was completely stressed out! Once we got home I took a better look at her and noticed she was hurt! They cut her nail way too far to the point she was bleeding! (photo attached). One good thing about them: they carry Fromm dog food. Summarizing, sadly - I do not recommend this groomer!

This family-run groomer is so nice. Their prices are reasonable, they like dogs, and they are very accommodating. They always do such a great job with my two pups. They take such good care of my pets and they groom them exactly how I want them. My two miniature poodles always caming out looking adorable and smelling delicious!!! Thank you will be back soon 😀

I have been taking my dog, Otis, to Wag Your Tail, for years now. They do a fabulous job on my little guy and he always comes home looking and smelling great! You can tell Laura really cares about the dogs she takes care of. I highly recommend Wag Your Tail for pampering your pup! They are amazing!

Wag your Tail is a fabulous find for anyone needing a beautiful Groom for their Dogs or cats..Laura the Owner is a skilled groomer with lots of Love and compassion for all the pets..They also sell health food for dogs and accessories .It's a family owned small grooming Salon..nothing fancy dancy just great dog care at Affordable Prices..terrific people who care about your pet. Be patient and make new friends while you're waiting 😁..My brothers and Sisters and Myself have taken our dogs Here for years.Be sure to tip your Groomer's working Hard!

Thank you Wag Your Tail! I waited a week to finally have a day off and Pet Supplies Plus decided to cancel my appointment because supposedly they couldn't cut my dog's hair because it was too long and they told me to go to my vet. I took my dog to my vet and they laughed and they said it was not impossible that his hair just needed to be shaved down, turns out Pet Supplies Plus was just too lazy. I found Wag Your Tail close to my home and they did an amazing job with my little guy. I picked him up he was happy and so was I because he received a great haircut for a very decent price! 5 stars will be coming back with my other pups and will be recommending to friends!

Maggie is 14 years old now and we have come to Laura since she was a year old. Maggie is one the most clam and gentle dogs ever. Wag your tail has always taken great care of her...Hats off to groomers and all the work that goes into what you do! Thank you for caring for Maggie, she is a small poodle mix, about 8-10lbs

Took my French Bulldog here for her nails to be trimmed , ear cleaning, teeth brushing & was very disappointed. She looked like she wasn’t brushed, ears were still dirty & her teeth were probably not brushed.I’ve taken my cocker spaniel here many times throughout the years & was never disappointed but the service received today was unacceptable.0/10 would not recommend.

My dog looks and smells absolutely beautiful ! I don't like taking her just anywhere, so I did my research before I decided on this place.The men who I made the appointment with was very nice and accommodating. I'm so glad I took my Lola here, this is going to be her new groomer. Ohh and the price is just right. So happy, and so is my dog. Thank you guys very much for taking care of my babie.

This place is the best. My dog, Lily, loved it here. She was a little scared at first, being a chihuahua and all, but she quickly warmed up to the workers. They gave her a free scarf and treats to take home. They care about animals in here and it really shows. I highly recommend this place over Petsmart and Petco where they're a bit rude. They were nice and gentle with my Lily. I couldn't be happier. They used an amazing shampoo on her that made her smell like fruit and flowers. The dogs that were there at the time I was were very happy too, from the big dogs to puppies. Amazing place!

Highly recommend, local few blocks away from my house, Laura the owner is an awesome person, my Pom Pom smells great., nice trimmed fur he looks great! Laura knows what she’s doing and loves the her puppy customers, they carry Fromm dog food and that’s what I feed my puppy and Petco, Pet smart don’t carry, and they are not rude like Petco on Harlem, OHH let me tell you the price is right $35 cheeper than Petco!

I've been taking all my dogs here for at least 20 years now!!! Even though I now live in the suburbs, I never take my dogs anywhere else!!!Laura, the owner and one of the groomers, is wonderful! Everyone here really cares for all dogs!!!

We were looking for a particular brand dog food that isn't found in big box stores. I was told that this tiny place may carry it. I didn't expect much, but upon entering, the lady working there knows her stuff! They not only had the food, but apparently deal with a lot of high end products that can't be found anywhere else. I ended up getting two bags instead of one, and as I was checking out, she said, 'oh, and I have a coupon around here for you to get the second bag free!' Now, there was no reason for her to do that, since I was happily purchasing, but she still did it. The product selection is great, the attention is fantastic, and the act of kindness, will all bring me back here very soon. I'm very happy that I was told about this place.

I wanted to bring my dog here because previous owners brought my dog here before so I figured ill take him to the same place. I called so many times to make an appointment and they never answered. I've even left voice-mails and never got a call back until one time they returned my call but I was at work at the moment so I called back literally 5 minutes after and once again nobody answers.
