My neighborhood Tony’s love coming here for all my things. But don’t come in the morning. They don’t have cashiers. You have to scan all your things and bag them. The employees just look at you. The costumer scanning all things and paying. Then why you have employees? Was 20 min scanning and bagging them by my self. Need a cashier in the morning.

Great store with excellent assortment of all kind of food that's reasonably priced. Very clean and well organized space with nice and spacious layout. Associates are very kind and friendly and are providing first rate serviceOne suggestion: Sushi bar has to point out the Sushi with and without cucumbers. I'm allergic to cucumbers and it make me unable to enjoy otherwise excellent Sushi made by Tony's staff.

I go to Tony’s for the beef liver (I make my own dog food and this ingredient is very cheap here), the fresh almond croissants and chocolate hazelnut croissants. Also, their bakery rolls and breads are great. I also buy all my produce here as well as my guacamole seasoning packets (located above the packaged salads in produce); very hard to find other places.

First of all, I don’t understand why I have to do self check out before 9:30 AM on my own. Second of all I AM NOT GETTING PAID TO DO MY OWN SELF CHECKOUT. Why have workers if I’m doing their job for them? Am I gonna be paid to do do my self check out? I think not.

This place sucks. They advertise sales to lure you in, then refuse to honor the sale price that they advertised! Ridiculous! Lousy , rude "customer service". And beware the rats scurrying about by the back door and parking lot. AVOID!!

The parking lot is always full. The conversion from the former store to a Tony's waswe done well. The whole 25¢ deposit for a shopping cart is a bit outdated. Super long lines to check out. Customer service counter employees r very helpful.w 1tzr¿¥μ12￦|`©Г n3u54 tv1 h75w3. E23m hwm. G

I am disappointed with the fruit they are selling and offering 3 containers for $12.00, ( 24oz in label) before my container was full with 2 containers and it was some fruit left in the “24oz” . On this days the store change the size containers but not de weigh , of course it’s not 24 oz it’s less than that, cause my container is not even full and not fruit left from the Store’s container like before. I think this is false advertising!

The store needs at least 10 more employees, and 5 more registers. After waiting 30 minutes in the checkout line I left my full cart there and walked away. Out of four self checkouts only one was working, and two other registers were manned with dozens of people waiting.The parking lot is always full, and carts are everywhere.They don’t deserve my money. Plenty of other stores in the area.

Very upset never coming here again. unprofessional staff. Girl at the service desk named Jazmine gave me a really hard time. I just had a question regarding my app and she was very rude and unprofessional seemed like she did not want to be at work. Do better Tonys's.

Beware of expiration dates. On Tony's label packed on date is actually the date the package was put out for sale, not the actual date the manufacturer packaged the item. In this case there is a 9 day difference. The item is 9 days older than their label shows. Manager there doesn't think this is a problem. I wonder what the city inspector would say.

Tony's in Niles was a great place to shop over the years the meat department is really bad the guys that are lazy and don't want to give you or help you with anything you need very disappointing

My favorite grocery store. You can find anything from anywhere! The prices are reasonable (except bottled water, which is weirdly expensive) & the workers are so helpful! Self checkout is convenient, they have a variety of house- made options, and their selection of meat & produce is incredible.

I totally disagree that I waited more than 20 minutes to be served in the bakery, and they sent someone who was not from that department to serve me and he did not know anything to help me and even more so, being a food area, his hair was loose and any hair was misaligned. I could fall into the food and they didn't help me. I wanted to talk to the manager and he didn't want to help me either. Disastrous attention.

Your staff by the self checkout are only talking and talking by the Belmont exit you come in and the old man and the woman are talking and talking no help during checkout you should make them collect carts since there is none at the entrance

It's the best place to shop your friendly cashier and workers and supervisor there are the most one person that I will go to Tony fresh market to buy my food and anything else that I need. Do you know what you ask him for something? You already know where to take you witdoubt they getting mad? They'd never get mad they'd do smile with a smile. Can I help you? And they help you this one on Lincoln Avenue and other 20 fresh markets. Are the? Best place to buy your product

Very good store but unfortunately the frozen fruit selection is terrible only cause other Tony’s have different selection/. Otherwise everything is pronto.!! Delicious hot and ready food!

I would like to reach out to corporate as soon as possible. my dad is an older driver and was eating yesterday at this place. now many drivers eat here , but the ASSISTANT MANAGER was very discriminating and negative towards my father. It’s managers like this that don’t deserve to have power. that was completely wrong when picking and choosing who you guys allow to eat there. disgusting. i am reaching out to corporate ASAP. hoping this will make a change in this place. disgusting employees.

The short woman at the self check out registers has an awful attitude. After entering the wrong item code, she was called over for help and she had a bad attitude. I’m not trained to scan my own stuff, and she’s there to help, I don’t need an attitude telling me “that’s why they have numbers” IM NOT YOUR EMPLOYEE

Sometimes people make mistakes but each of the least 4 times I shopped here, I was overcharged by a different cashier ringing up something twice. I would find the error later after close review and have to decide if wasting my time to go back is worth it. Also quite a few times the sale price doesn't show up and when I point it out they hold up the line to go to double check the price and everytime they come back and change the price to the advertised sale price without apologizing for the inconvenience or for wasting people's time. I'll start shopping at Cermak down the street from now on since I never had such issues when shopping there.

They had *everything* here. The massive produce section was fully stocked - on a (very busy) Sunday night. By comparison, Mariano's and Jewel are always cleared out of stock on Sunday nights.Super fresh food, lots of options for takeaway hot food, and a mega-sized bakery.Don't forget to bring a quarter for the carts!

It’s extremely disappointing, not one register open in the morning but 3 cashiers standing in self checkout. I asked to see if a register can be opened bc I have $300 worth of groceries and they just said nope do everything self checkout. $300 worth and I’m standing there doing their job when it says express 15 items or less.

Good place to shop, as long as you do it before 9PM. After that, they close all but the self check, which does NOT accept the digital coupons from the ads.

This is the second time I got food poisoning at this location.Todsy I bought chicken salad with hard boiled eggs.Taste like a chemicals at first,or bleach.I wouldn't be surprised if they using bleach to refresh old expiring products. Definitely I'm done with this store chain.

Clean, well stocked, lots of associates to help, good prices, lots of products on sale. Veggies and fruits were very fresh. Check was fast and easy. Give Tony's a try, you won't be disappointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful .. still clean, well stocked, good prices and friendly staff
