I thought I'd give it a try, I had not read the reviews before walking in. My usual spot wasn't did not have availability and I needed my doggo trimmed.1st red flag- the lady rushed me to drop off my pet bc she had to leave at a certain time. She was rude over the phone. Poor customer service.2nd RF - she made no effort to soothe my dogs nerves who did not want to stay. No intake info was requested, which I found odd.When picking up there was a small dog roaming inside who looked wet and was limping.Paid the fee and left. There's other places in the neighborhood, you just need to plan accordingly.

I took my dogs in for a much needed haircut as a walk in. They came out great! they communicated well with me and my dogs came out with a really cute bandana/bow!

They will hurt YOUR pet. I brought my dog in and when she was picked up, everything was normal. She was excited and ready to leave. Her eyes were red but I thought that was normal since she had been there for a while and probably cried. One day that week her ear was bleeding and I was able to see that she was seriously hurt. I didn't notice it before because she never let me check her ear or she attempted to bite me when I tried to check her ear. Once I called and spoke to the owner , she was extremely rude and denied the allegations. She asked me why I decided to call after a week and I explained to her that my dog wouldn't let me check her ear. The owner said that she would have a vet check her out but I could buy a cone for that time. I asked her if she had cones and she said no and suggested that I buy one and that they were only two dollars, they were actually twenty dollars. I was shocked at how she spoke to me and said that I didn't want to take my dog to her vet and that I would make sure their customers knew that they harm their pets. So please be aware and do not bring you're pet to this Groomer.

Took my dog here and I've got to say. The woman doing the hair cuts is very rude. With me and my dog. I parked right outside the business until they gave him his cut and she was treating him like a ragdoll. To top it off the haircut was horrid. Almost like she doesn't know how a Pomeranian should look like. The guy answering the phone was also not friendly. He had the worst attitude even to give me a price. Would not recommend.

If I can give this grooming shop zero stars, I would. Last week Sunday, I took my dog to get groomed since they have a banner outside their shop that says they are open on Sundays 9-4pm. I stood outside for 30 minutes to wait until they opened. I decided to call and there was no answer. I received a text message later saying “Sorry we’re closed”.I decided to come back Saturday on Feb. 26th for them to groom my dog. I walk in and the woman working there said she is unable to take my dog in. Mind you, on Saturdays they are open from 9-4pm and I came in right before 1pm. They would’ve had enough time to groom my dog. The woman then tells me they’ll be open tomorrow (Sunday) at 9am.So I take my dog the next day expecting them to be open at the time I was told. However, they were not and I stood outside for 30 minutes, called them, and got a text message saying “Sorry we’re closed”. If you are telling your clients that you are closed on Sundays, get rid of the banner and change your store hours because it’s ridiculous to be closed on a Sunday, second time in a row.I highly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if you’re in need of a quick or even last minute grooming for your pet. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I really enjoy this place. $40 isn’t so bad of a price for getting my dog a haircut, she comes back looking cute with bows and a scarf. My dog has always been so difficult to get groomed, moving so much and biting the groomers. I haven’t had a single issue here. The lady is very nice and are always busy with dogs. I really recommend! :)

I absolutely love this place. They took extremely good care of my dog. Explained to me in detail what they needed to have done with my dogs hair. Especially considering I honestly didn’t brush his hair very well. Great service. Will continue taking my dogs. Sandra was attentive to what I would like.

Despite of all the negatives and bad review I read about this place my husband and I took the risk of taking our dog (Bailey) to get groom. I met the owner and she was very polite and nice no complains with her or her shop. My dog was very happy and so was I with the way he was treated. I will definitely will continue to take him to this location despite of the negativism... Thank you Super Can Grooming to you and all your staff for everything..

Brought my dog here a few months ago, My first time here was a good experience. I brought him back after and I had asked them to trim his hair and shorten in his face and genital area. When I picked him up he was fully shaved!! I was livid. He looked like little rat and to top it off he had fleas crawling up his leg. I would never bring my dog here again. Also, if you pay them extra they boost your pet up the waiting list. They are horrible they do not seem to care for the animals. After my terrible experience there I only take my pets to Barkin Beauties.

I have been bringing my dog in for about a year for a standard bath and nail trim. My dog is a border collie mix, so her fur does not need to be trimmed.When I first started bringing her in the owner asked if she should cut her hair to which I said no and that was understood.Today, I picked up my dog and the owner informed me that they had trimmed my dog’s hair near her hind legs and tail. Not only was this done without my permission, but her tail and hair was left horribly choppy. Since she is not a breed that requires haircuts (as any professional groomer should already know) there is a chance that her fur will not grow back to its original state. Additionally, her hair continues to fall out, making me think that there may have been an underlying mistake made that was covered up by a had haircut (which was later DENIED by the owner). Please get your story straight.I will NOT be returning and advise others to take their pets elsewhere to avoid the same costly mistake.

The service at the dog grooming sucks very rude. The cut all my dogs hair off had the nerve never trust them the abuse your dog .when I brought it to there attention they said don't come back . I took my dog to the vet she had a broken paw

While they seemed to be nice people they made some mistakes, they groomed my 2 dogs, I just asked that they not not cut certain parts of the dog, they show me a picture of a type of cut and we agreed twice as the cut it would be but it was not that, they also locked up the dogs for a few hours leashed and the dogs ate or chewed up the leashes costing me 52.00 replacing one of them. Don't think I am going to do it again with this place, something about the way they do business it is just lacking something, at least they should pay attention to the dogs in there care as it could have gone very wrong.

Poor business etiquette! I had an appointment and upon arrival was told closed due to lack of groomers! I responded “then you should have called me! Poor business service. I like to support small and minority businesses whenever possible but this was a big fail! On top of that it was my first (and last) time! If you want someone that is undependable, then this is the place for you.

First 2 visits were good, the last 2 have been bad. Upon drop off, groomer acknowledged the style requested. Pick up revealed that he either didn't comprehend or didn't care. Shaved lower than requested, tail shaved down when the request was to leave it alone, ear cut short when again requested to leave alone. Will not be returning! Suspect new owner or new management

Our dog went to Super Can Pet Grooming, located on 5434 S Archer Ave, this afternoon. To our surprise, he looked like this when we picked him up—his eyes were red and bloodshot, and he was yelping and cowering in fear. This is so alarming and sad. We will never be taking our dog back there again!! STAY AWAY

My dog came here a few years ago... twice and both times she came home razor burned and she had bloody red eyes the 2nd visit. I did let the people know but it was way too traumatizing for my dog.

The lady is so rude hang up on me when I called to check if my pet was ready. My dog was the 4th to be dropped off and she gave me an estamite time he'd be ready, I called 2 hrs later from the time given.. last time I bring him here.

I arrived to the establishment as a new customer No More then 10min and i walk in the workers and the owner look at my breed of dog and I with disgust , i felt disrepected and in rage like they didnt want to groom my dog, please never visit this place its terrible there's other establishments that are better this grooming place is unmainted and has ride service and dosent care about there customers or the pets that come in "NEVER BRING YOUR PET HERE"

Completely disappointed I put my schnauzer dog for grooming and they just cut the hair flat deep to the skin. .... quede impactado no regreso mas.
