Jas is amazing! I have been taking my dog Snowball to her for I believe almost 2 years. She has always been PROFESSIONAL🙌🏾and so nice each time we meet. My dog always comes out looking so cute with bows or a bandana! I can definitely tell the difference in Snowball’s behavior after she leaves Jas because she stays smiling and wagging her tail. Other places I’ve taken her prior to Jas, she would come out very scared and shaken up. She is the perfect groomer for my dog and I’m sure she will be for yours too.

Jas is amazing. The customer service, the quality of care, the communication, the options, the peaceful environment for the fur babies. I love sending Duke to visit. He can be wound up by places however when leaving Royal Pawz, he's cool as a cucumber. Highly recommend anytime!

I have been getting my fur baby groomed by Jasmine since 2014, and she amazes me every time with the different looks she gives my fur baby. I refuse to take my fur baby any where else. Jasmine treats my fur baby as her own and I know she is in good hands. You will not be disappointed when you take your fur baby to Royal Pawz. I highly recommend this place!! Believe me you will not be disappointed and will never take your fur baby anywhere else.

The best groomers hands down! They have a forever client with me and my pup. They were able to help me address my puppy’s skin conditions and recommend the best options. His fur is in so much shinier! He’s also very active but they were able to keep him calm and gave him extra treats! He loved it!

We met Jas while waiting for our coffee. She was outside her shop and she saw our fur babies in the car. She spoke to them and to us and let us know about Royal Pawz. I was literally looking online for a black owned groomer and was complaining about not being able to find one and she appeared!Fast forward to appointment day: Super sweet staff! Our doggies loved them from the moment they walked in. Our bigger dog, Bruce, normally starts to smell about 2-4 days after his grooming appointment. He didn't start getting a little ripe until the TWO WEEK MARK! We also have had issues with our small dog getting her nails trimmed in the past, but they worked their magic on her. I was in a rush after the appointment, but next time I will add photos. I can't say enough good things and I am so happy to have a black groomer in the neighborhood. We will be back this month!!!

All around the board GREAT EXPERIENCE! Every since Royal Pawz came into my babies life they have been a huge part of it! Cuts? CLEAN Professional? Shoot I can’t even get my dogs to sit for a picture without cursing them out but she does it so effortlessly! Reliable? She definitely works with you communicating is key! I just love Royal Paws! I have brought my 11yr old ShiTzu Cassi to Royal Pawz for the last few months. The care and service that she has received since going to Jasmine has been short of miraculous! She takes such tender care with Cassi. Before going to Jasmine, Cassi often seemed frightened and very apprehensive about being left at the groomers. Now she practically jumps into Jasmine’s arms. And as a per owner, that makes me feel good to know I’m leaving my cherished pet in the hands of someone who will treat her as her own. That’s a rare quality to find in a groomer these days. Most make you feel like their putting your dog through an assembly line. When I pick her up, every time the quality cut and personal grooming is better than the time before. Give Royal Pawz an opportunity to service your doggie today….I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!

I’ve always loved taking My dog to be groomed by Jasmine. As life would have it, I’m busy and not always able to run Daisy to the groomer as often as I should. I made an appointment and paid the proper deposit but because I wouldn’t explain to them via text message why I waited months to bring my dog back they chose not to service me. So, the only way she’ll groom my dog is if I give an explanation of the time between appointments? What if I didn’t have the money? What if I were sick? Life happens and a business can’t dictate someone’s schedule nor their budget. It’s sad but I don’t have to explain how often I decide to use a service. I go when I can and I always pay the fees associated with the appointment without hesitation. I don’t see what the issue is but I won’t bother attempting to figure it out.Jas has always done a wonderful job with Daisy, and has always been professional which is why I still have 3 stars. It saddens me to have to find someone else but I’ll take my few dollars elsewhere.

I love how informative she was about my dog and how she help me to figure out what to give him to help with his coat. She was very friendly and my Derrick like his groomer, I was so happy to see him when I picked him up, he looked like a brand new puppy and smelled so good I was over all pleased with her work and made another appointment with her before I left. And I also even referred other people with puppies and dogs to her.

Owner, Jasmine, was rude and nasty. I Was running behind and told 8 minutes after scheduled I would be charged 20 bucks for once 15 minutes tardy. Was ok w that. During checkout, owner intervened w groomer and said my 14 lb dog was a medium sized dog though EVERY canine expert outlines differences between a toy, miniature, small, medium and large dog. She insisted my dog was a medium and said she was charging me accordingly with an attitude after I said clearly he is small and asked her for guidelines of how she categorizes. She then stated he is more work than a dog in the shop pointing to a toy dog. I thought she was kidding and chalked it up as that. Later I see that the owner actually charged me one hundred and twenty dollars. I don't know if she was having a bad day but I would not recommned her. Actual cut and grooming service was stellar however The customer service, level of ignorance and disrespect from the owner was unwarranted and very disappointing.

I was looking for a groomer to start bringing my dog (CoCo) to and since Royal Pawz was close by my house I decided to bring her here. So glad I did. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and she (Jasmine) took CoCo in her arms and made her feel welcomed. She explained to us that since it was her first cut she would get the puppy trim. Omg my dog looks so cute. She even gave her a tiny bow in her hair. I have to say I think CoCo has turned into a Diva because she wouldn’t even let me get a good picture today 😂. But overall I really would recommend bringing your puppy/dog to Royal Paws my experience was amazing. I think CoCo loved it too!!!!!! Thank you so much Jasmine we will definitely keep coming back.

This review is not based on actual services performed, but rather my interaction and the level of customer service rendered when attempting to schedule an appt for grooming. I wholeheartedly recognize that my experience could be isolated & this review is solely based on what I believe is acceptable when a business owner and/or their representative interacts with customers. That said, my review of the customer service received & the interaction I experienced is as follows. Upon referral from a friend, I went to Instagram to view examples of the groomer’s (who is the owner) work and then visited the website to book an appt. Prior to booking, as directed on the home page of the website, I carefully reviewed the “customer policy” then proceeded to book an appt for my dog for a 12:45 p.m. opening. The next morning, I received a text message from the owner’s assistant informing me that my type of dog breed would need to be scheduled for 11 a.m. due to the time needed for grooming. She also gave a starting cost based on weight range that was not extremely clear on the website (and, yes, ranges provide an estimate) & she asked for the weight. I replied with the weight & asked where I could find the scheduling requirement on the website (because I knew I read it thoroughly the evening before but did not find anything that spoke to an 11 a.m. requirement). The assistant replied with a reply that (only) addressed pricing & directed me to where I could find that information on the website. I then clarified that I sought additional information regarding the time for scheduling. Shortly there after, the owner called me. I’ll pause here to share that I acknowledge that it was & is a good practice for them to contact customers to clear up issues, & I absolutely appreciated that the owner took the time to call me herself because things can tend to become muddled via text. However, & I will get to the main point, where things took a turn for the worse is when I shared that I thoroughly read the “customer policy” & noted it was absent of the time requirement, only for the owner to say she did not feel like she had to explain the time requirement or her reason for it. To be clear, I do believe that business owners have rights to run their businesses as they see fit. However, it is adverse to post & expect customers to read a policy that they are expected to adhere to only for it to not include a very specific rule/requirement and then smugly reply saying they don’t feel like it has to be included (or explained). Therefore, & based only on the matter-of-fact response I got from the owner, I opted to not move forward & she promptly returned my deposit (I appreciated that she didn’t drag it out or attempt to press the non-refundable deposit part). I want to reiterate that Royal Pawz’s work looks really good which leads me to believe that she works hard on her craft. This review is not meant to diminish her work as I don’t know it first hand. This review is meant to share MY customer service experience with her & her business.Edited for Response:As I suspected, you replied in the same manner as you have when you’ve received other low/poor ratings. That’s unfortunate, because you should value honest opinions & seek to better understand all consumers as a way to continually grow/improve your business & practices. Your consistent response to anything other than being told you’re wonderful is met with, “Sadly…” & “…doesn’t reflect…”. News flash, you have more than one similar review so there is legitimacy in what’s being said regarding your demeanor & approach. Additionally, I can barely understand your response, but that doesn’t surprise me either. You’re far more obviously daft (look that up, for while context clue should and could help with understanding the term, you’ve demonstrated a lack of comprehension that shows otherwise) than I concluded as a result from speaking with you over the phone! All you’ve done is given a public example of exactly what my review depicts, & that’s sad. I wish you well & lots of growth.

Loveeee this place💕very reliable and great prices...I brought my brothers dog to her due to matting of the hair....(he didn't know what he was doing) she saved as much hair as she could and introduced me to color👑☺️We made her pink !!!! She looked like a brand new dog...I didn't want to give her back💃🏽to my sibling
