The groomer wanted to change the breed of my dog to charge me more for his grooming appointment. He’s been going to pet supplies plus for all of his groooming appointments for all of his life. But because I go to a different location suddenly he’s a different breed and it’s $10 more?!? He wasn’t matted, bigger than his standard breed size, aggressive or anything that would justify an up-charge and I can prove he is the breed I booked his appointment under. The groomer even acknowledged that yes that’s his correct breed. ASININE!! And no one would tell my what specifically was atypical about his coat for his breed. And why would you change the price of my appointment without confirming with me first? I still haven’t received the email they allegedly sent to let me know. AND WHO SENDS EMAIL ANYWAY?? A medium that likely won’t be checked before I return for pickup. No call? No text? Everyone thought it was acceptable to just charge me more upon arrival and I’m just supposed to take that without warning that my appointment is based on a random range at the groomers discretion for no justifiable reason. And the only reason I drove out of my way and switched locations is because the store closest to me has amazing groomers but a wash area that is perpetually disgusting and the wash tubs are always visibly clogged. I had to have a conversation with 3 different people to get the price corrected. Clearly I just need to go elsewhere for my pet needs. Including before and after photos.

I have decreased stars because I am very disappointed with their not updated inventory they have on their website. For the past few months I get a call stating most of the items I have selected are out of stock. I even ask when their shipments arrive so they can tell me what days are best to place an order.That is definitely not working either.I might try another vendor or another location.

Went here for grooming services for the first time and they did an awesome job! They were so nice to our pup and did a nice job. They also were careful to not overcharge us on anything from our online booking, which was great. Will definitely be coming back! Charlie says thank you, Pet Supplies Plus!

The retail part of the store is clean and the cashiers are always friendly and ready to help. Can’t speak to grooming/dog wash as I never use it.

Great selection and fast delivery! Delivery is free with a modest minimum purchase price. Not everywhere carries Zignature which my sensitive pitties needs, and Pet Supplies Plus always has it in stock.

It was my first time at this store and they had just what I was looking for at the best price! As an owner of multiple turtles, not many pet shops have affordable filtering products nor all the supplies necessary for the environment of an amphibian. I was also able to find a healthy source wet cat food. The cashier Sal was the MOST HELPFUL, he offered the available discount for first time customers, he cut my typical cost at other pet shops more than half. Definitely my go to for my paw babbies!

The staff here is fantastic. They are so helpful in finding things and somehow always find my car for pickup orders in the messy Trader Joe’s parking lot. The store is always clean and well stocked. My dog likes the treat selection, and I like the rewards program that helps me buy her some extra treats!

I wish I could give zero stars. Took my dog in for grooming today for the first time at this location and when I returned home I looked at my dogs nails and noticed several of her nails had pieces of the nail dangling off and overall the nails did not look good. Decided to call the store to explain and see if there was anything to be done and the employee that I spoke with kept saying he didn't understand and talked over me while I was trying to explain. Told the employee the customer service experience we received along with my dogs nails having pieces hanging off made me uncomfortable to bring her back and have them fix the nails. The employee said I had to come back to the store to get a refund and continually questioned what I was telling him about my dogs nails and my experience-seemingly as though he didn't believe what I was saying.I have also shopped at this store multiple times and the employees are almost always cussing loudly and talking about picking up people at bars. Very unprofessional people working at this location. Highly recommend people go elsewhere.

My boyfriend always shops everything for his dog winter! The staff is always super duper friendly. It's nice they know his dogs name. The shower station is pretty neat (do it yourself)

I have been going to this store on Lincoln for a few years now with my daughters chihuahua. I have been remiss not to write a review sooner to express how the staff and the store manager Robert are very professional and provide outstanding customer service. They all go out of their way to be attentive to your needs and we have had nothing but positive experiences whether shopping for food, treats, toys or clothes. I also use their grooming services (David) to cut her nails and given no dogs really like that service.... David puts our dog at ease and has provided superior service. Overall, I have gone to other pet stores but I can't say enough about this particular store for your pets needs and for their great customer service our dog truly enjoys going there!

My sweet Maltese only has a few days left to live and I went in hoping to find food to keep him alive. Kess was so kind and helpful. She gave me one product but then recommended a McDonald's cheeseburger. My dog ate the cheeseburger. I cried. Happy tears of joy. I am so grateful for such kindness. Thank you Kess for helping and for being so wonderful, I am truly grateful!

I LOVE this store. The employees are always to happy to help and greet my puppy and give him a treat! Of course my doggo enjoys coming in to pick out new toys from their vast selection of choices. Can't wait to try out the $5 self service dog wash!

This is my local neighborhood pet supplies plus and I always have a good experience. I shop in store and the employees are super friendly and helpful, and I also do curbside pickup on preorders and it’s easy and convenient and free. Also the manager lets me slide sometimes and lets use my coupons even though they may have expired the day before. Thanks for everything!

There are lots of pet store chains out there, but I like coming to PSP because I feel the staff really like to interact with the pets and their owners. The selection of items is always very good, and the prices are the same, if not better, than the competition. I think they skimp on the advertising and fancy store amenities in favor of lower prices, and to me that's a really good thing. I always stay on the lookout for the coupons, because they add up.

I shop here for supplies for my pup often, staff is always very friendly and the store is clean! Today’s experience warranted a review though! I asked Robert, who I believe is the store manager a question, which he was happy to answer and answered correctly. But then I was a dummy that misunderstood a coupon deal/product, but Robert and the cashier Karrie were both super understanding and gave me the deal anyways.Customer service doesn’t get any better than that, and sometimes it’s hard to find customer service like that at chain stores. If this review makes it to the eyes of someone who is higher up at PSP give Karrie and Robert a raise and please keep them around!

I called to ask if 2 items were in stock at this location. The staff member not only answered my questions but had my order ready in a very timely manner as well as picking out one of the products herself based on my conversation with her. She remembered something I said!! AWESOME staff member…SOOO helpful!! LOVE this store!!

MUCH better experience this time. I called for appointment instead of using the online, which was a disaster over the summer, so I took my fur baby elsewhere for grooming. This appointment was professional, efficient and customer- centered. The space was very clean and Covid-19 precautions were printed clearly at the door. Very pleased.

I've always had a friendly experience when I've come to this location. The cashier's always give our dog treats. They always have a good selection of food and toys and I can find what I need easily. The parking lot can get right during the weekends, it's sometimes easier to park on the street.

This location is always out of supplies, employees at the front of the store yelling and cussing. The delivery is almost always cancelled or delayed by nearly a week without notification. Probably the worst PSP location I’ve been to.

There are mostly pros and some cons to be found here. The cons as of late are that a portion of the cat section where you would find probiotic items and digestive items had bare shelves for weeks. Hoping that area has been restocked or will be soon! Apart from that, the employees here are all extremely helpful and friendly with good attitudes! The store is generally very clean and products are very easy to find. The location is very handy as I can walk from home and this store carries some products that my vet recommends that I can’t find on the shelves at Petco or Petsmart, which was a surprise. I had to order one product online as a result when they ran out, as no other store in town carried it. So I’m glad they go that extra mile to supply products that are in demand and vet recommended. They carry a special variety of the litter I need for respiratory issues that is always sold out all over town as well. Another bonus is that the store presentation seems more intelligent and logical, and everyone seems to know where everything is located or can find someone who does quickly. The colour scheme of the store is also easy on the eyes! I do not have that experience in other chain stores in town. They also offer a rewards card which is always nice. I’ve been shopping here for over a decade and will definitely continue to do so.

Always clean with friendly staff. If you sign up for their emails, they typically send you a coupon every 4 to 6 weeks for $5 or $10. It actually works out perfectly because that is how often I need to buy dog food. I haven't purchased full price food in a long time!Tip: If you need to go south on Lincoln, go between the buildings and then turn right so you can catch the light. Otherwise it is a divided road.

This corporate owned store has a wide variety of dog food brands in different package sizes including their "house" brand. The same goes for cat food and litter. Well trained staff always at hand to assist. Come back often to find rotating discounts.

If I could give negative stars I would. As a past psp employee the customer service at this location is terrible. 1st I had to call to see when my delivery was supposed to come even though I placed it way before the time window closed for same day delivery and if I wouldnt have called I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have gotten my delivery today. 2nd there was items missing from my order, so I had to go down to the store and let them know I was missing items, AFTER I spoke to the manager and he confirmed they had all my items. The cashier was rude, and so was the closing mod. I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience nor for the delay of the delivery. Overall am very disappointed.
