I bring my dog here to use the self service wash and I'm always satisfied with the level of cleanliness and availability of supplies. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and excited to meet him. Great spot, glad to have it in the neighborhood.

Wide variety of items for all pets. The wet cat food aisle alone is a whole wall of different types of wet food. Every time I visit, they always have what I need no matter how random. The staff are always great too, giving out good advice and recommendations. Always my go to for a local pet store.

Only used the self service dog wash area. Service was great and the station was clean and orderly. I brought my own shampoo but they were provided. They even offer towel service.

Get the wash punch card. Def worth it, this location does amazing work keeping the wash tubs clean and working. Our go to for washing our chonk. Amazing selection of stuff too. There was even a Santa here today!!!

Thank you SO MUCH! Kayla, Lizbeth, Ivan, Ricky and Yesenia. Thank you guys. I needed to get some new harnesses for my dogs. Kayla helped me most but super more importantly the staff helped all around . Thank you for making me feel welcome. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for about a year now and I always go to this location and having adopted two dogs in two years - this staff truly helps me and doesn’t make me feel bad if my dog(s) freak out for lack of words. This staff is just truly great. I’m so glad and grateful the way I have been treated. Thank you guys!

Got my Syrian hamsters from here, they're super nice but unfortunately all the hamster enclosures are too small but I suppose they don't personally have control over that

I like this place because it’s small and you don’t get lost looking for your items! They also have a wide variety of bird toys which I like a lot.I’ve been there two times in the past few months and Adi has helped me and she’s extremely friendly, knowledgeable as she loves the animals!

Unless you've been here before, it's very cluttered but not messy. Just too much stuff close together. It's smaller than other PS+ but it's not easy to find what you're looking for. Too much going on in a small amount of space. Has a dog wash in the front of the store which is convenient. Lines can get pretty long at times. I waited about 4 minutes in line almost into the isle before another cashier came to the other register to check everyone out. I found everything I needed though, that's all that matters.

They aren't that knowledgeable on ferrets that's for sure, they had this poor baby on his own in a fish tank, with no fresh food available. Not to mention they dont even carry proper food for them considering they are strictly carnivorous animals and cant process plant materials

They don’t know what human grade dog food is. And are too lazy to find out. Tried to get an ID tag. They were out of the one I wanted so I decided on the Apple one. $36. Angelique had no idea how it worked. She ‘didn’t own one so she didn’t know’. And had no interest in helping me. She couldn’t get it out of the package because of her 3 inch nails. She got me help at the machine and the guy had to go back to her because she didn’t give me the code to turn in the machine. Then the machine didn’t work. The manager Jasmine came. She couldn’t get it to work either so she was going to refund me. I said I’d get a different one. I told her the cashier was stupid. She told me that was disrespectful. I played dumb and said yes- it was disrespectful to have employees who wouldn’t help you. She didn’t get it, and said that she meant me. She refused to write down her name for me and coyly asked if I had an issue.

This is my wife and my favorite pet store. They have a great affordable selection of pet food. Shockingly, I think they have a better selection for brands than big box pet supply places. They are a locally owned establishment that has been here since we were both young kids. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. We've never had any issues with getting parking out front.
