I was trying to share with the representative about a situation recently and the representative on the phone told me that I needed to take him to a veterinarian and immediately hung up on me! I was taken aback not expecting to be treated like that when I have had no experience with this groomer. I even tried to call back, maybe it was a dropped call but to no avail. I'll never call this seemingly shifty place back. Thanks for nothing.

I called to book an appointment for my yorkie. The guy was very rude and unprofessional! He stated he could take him on a Friday, I explained to him I work and asked for a different day and that's when he became rude. If i could give zero stars I would. I honestly love supporting black owned businesses, however, if this is the way you treat people I wouldn't trust anyone like that to groom my dog!

He's pricey but his work is impeccable... my dog went in looking soo rough when she came out she had a whole new attitude! Literally! She had a lil fluffy tail.. face all rounded.. eyes was clean! Thank you...Shawn for the work youve done on coco..you rock! See you in a few months

Do NOT step a single foot in this place with your pet, it is beyond reckless untrustworthy, and negligent. We took our long haired dachshund to get a haircut. When we picked him up he looked fine but once we got him home and further examined him, we not realized that the groom downplayed the cut on his left ear that he CAUSED but our dog had to more cuts that were still bleeding, one his left ear and one his neck, to the point we had to bandage those cuts as well. We will NEVER step foot in this place ever again let alone spend a penny or recommend this place to anyone.

Upon first meet, Shawn was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! NO hint of customer service. He even had the audacity to quote me $150 a piece for two small chihuahua shitzus after he purposely riled them up. I kindly walked out the door and never returned. I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

I was just down the street and happen to see this pet salon went in there and saw one person in the place I asked him if he groom's cats and the respond that I got was very unprofessional and rude also was a bit rude to my kids. I would not recommend this place to anybody I actually found a better place they were detailed of what they needed from me and booked the appointment.

I did not go to the pet salon the other day I went next door to the full slab new barbecue shop however I have been in the pet salon so nice quaint little place and it seems like there's plenty of business there so they must do okay work I don't know about the pricing but I see people in there so they must be able to afford it off-street parking Limited

I called this self employed company of 1 person named Shawn and asked how much it was to groom my cat - he told me $100 for a bath and nail trimming- I told him that was a little pricey - this man told me "SINCE $ is a concern then try putting my cat in the tub and then call him back" - what I DID DO was make an appointment with PETSMART FOR $34 which INCLUDES an oxygen infused bath - nail trim - 15min of brushing- ear cleaning and dematting - I see this isn't the first complaint in reference to his behavior and he loves to respond- its pathetic just like those prices - a cry for help I tell u - u cant be mean and expensive and only have 1 employee-Stop it😂😂
