Called to ask about a same day appointment for a nail trim for our dog. Got interrupted mid-sentence by person on phone with “No, I’m completely booked.” We would’ve happily made an appointment for a different day but that was rude and there are plenty of other options.

We had THE BEST experience at this location. Our dog cracked the nail on his dew claw and when I called worried about it Rosa went out of her way to squeeze us in so she could look at it. She was able to trim his nails AND saved us a visit to the vet. ROSA IS AMAZING!!!We always have a great experience at Paws & Claws, but that was one for the books!

Called on Friday and was able to get my dog a grooming appointment for Sunday! First time coming here and I’ll definitetly go back. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was glad to see my terrier not shedding as bad when I walked out. I’ll definitely be going back!

Our pups absolutely love going to Paws & Claws, and we know they’re in the best hands! They are always so excited to arrive there, and it’s clear when we get home that they had a blast while there. One of our dogs is particularly shy, and it is the only day care we’ve been to where he has actually come out of his shell and made friends! We’re so thankful to have Paws & Claws for our dogs.

In March, shortly before the pandemic, another dog at Paws & Claws bit my dog. They said no one saw it happen. No one knew how it happened. Had I maybe brought her in like this? (I'm sorry, what?!) They have cameras, but it was never mentioned that they would be reviewing the tapes to see what happened. They seemed uninterested in finding out which dog bit her. This was disconcerting to say the least. How was I supposed to be expected to feel comfortable ever bringing my dog back to that environment?The agreement I signed states that if this happens, they will contact the owner who is responsible for the medical bills. However, when this happened, I was told that P&C would not contact the owner. That they wouldn't make the other owner pay for it (as if I was terrible for suggesting it). If it were my dog that had done the biting, I'd want to know and remedy the situation.P&C said that they would pay my medical bills, which I sent to them. They said they would refund the $360 I just put down for daycare since I did not feel comfortable bringing my dog back considering the circumstances. I never heard from them again.

I needed a cat boarding hotel to board my kitty for 4 days and decided to use paws and claws. I spoke with the owner Bruce and we made arrangements. I asked Bruce to send me a text with a pic of my kitty in the duration of those 4 days to see how she's doing. And Bruce sent me a photo. She was well taken care of. I highly recommend Paws and Claws

I bring one of my dogs to Day Camp every day. She loves it and I love that her puppy energy is almost fully expended when I pick her up after work.I also use their dog walking services for my older dog. He doesn't like a lot of action and just wants to sleep all day. Jay and Juan are awesome, trustworthy and so warm with my grouchy old dachshund. I highly recommend this company for everything!

The staff at Paws and Claws is honestly the best. I've been taking my dog here for two years and they treat him like gold. He practically runs to daycare in the morning. Amazing staff, amazing value, great pups.

They have been grooming our dog for years. The service is excellent: nail clipping, hair trimming, wash, etc. Our dog seems to like it too. He just goes there and feels like at home. You do have to make an appointment in advance because they tend to be quite busy.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS! I went on a hiatus because my dogs groomer Alicia had left, and I was so disappointed. Decided to call in a week ago, and she’s BACK. She recognized who I was, and remembered my other dog who has already passed. It’s just a great feeling to have the relationship. I will continue to keep coming here. They’re my fave!! Never had issues or complaints. Alicia works on specific days, so I would call to double check what’s days.

Please be very careful of this lady. He NEVER EVER screamed like he did in this visit. I was terrified of the scream so I took him home without trimming the nails. She called my pet a brat while he is a very calm natured animal. I am very surprised and I would caution others because I also heard screams from other animals in the back in my first visit. I would rather pay more than terrify my pet

Paws & Claws does a great job taking care of our dog, Frankie. We can tell because he gets so excited when we approach the entrance and immediately walks to the back door to play with his friends. They also do a good job with grooming and baths.

I've been bringing my dog to get his nails clipped since he was very young. It's always a quick process, but the last time I was charged $15 for a clipping instead of $10. I might not consider coming back because of the price increase.

Amazing place for Doggy Day Care, grooming, and socializing your dog. Hunter has been going there for over a year, and every single employee (as well as the owner) knows my dog personally. Very reasonably priced, and even has a taxi service that can pick up and drop off your pet. Hunter will be going here for years to come!

What a bad place. I mean where do I even start?? I brought my Pomeranian dog here for a groom and they completely shave all his fur. He is now shivering and has burn marks on the back of his legs. We asked for a medium groom and the lady said that there wer knots and she had to shave him. If we would have known what the groomer did to our boy, we would not have come here, and we don’t plan on coming here any time soon in the future.horrible experience

Julie groomed our very neurotic and anxious miniature schnauzer. He usually comes home from being groomed pouting and refusing to eat for several days. This time he came home happy, hungry and looking very handsome. Julie was wonderful!

Theyre always so nice! They do great grooming and i boarded my puppy there and she loved it. Really wore her out playing with all the dogs. Love this place.
