The staff was awesome handling our 1 year old pup Autumn. This was her first “spa” experience. She is a nervous dog being she’s a rescue and the treated her like royalty. The pup was happy(though she hates her nails being trimmed ,Gayle and the staff did their best) and I was happy with how clean and dapper she looked and smelled. We will be going back on a regular basis.

I previously had a worrisome experience at another groomer. I decided to try Midwest Canine Choppers a few months back for the first time due to the great reviews I received from family and friends. This is now my second time seeking services with Midwest, as they have shown to do a wonderful job with my dog ♥️ He is a wiggler for sure and they never push him past his comfort zone. His temperament has not changed once like with the other facility I utilized previously. They always say “it’s not perfect” when he gets picked up, but I would honestly consider his grooming a perfect job. Thank you so greatly for your kindness and patience in the services that you provide. If anyone is worried as I was after having a negative experience elsewhere, this establishment is wonderful!

Had an okay experience when I first took my pups here, but I did not even bother making it to their second appointment. Worker who answered the phone was completely rude for no reason. I was told my pups appointments would be $75 in total and the woman on the phone said $130 cause it was their first time. When I questioned it after telling her they've been there before, she caught an attitude and said it would be $95. I clarified that it would be $95 and she goes "you heard what I said." If you can't talk to a person properly, lord knows how you would treat my puppies. Also need to get your employees to all be on the same page when it comes to pricing. Never going back again.

This was the first time our dog has been to a groomer. Liz did an amazing job. Pearl was very soft and shiny. I would recommend them to everyone.

Seems to be new owners. Did a good job on our dog's bath, but my wife asked them to trim the hair between his paws which did not happen. Did not notice until we got him home. Would have been 4 stars had they done that. We will try them again and see what happens.

This place gets high marks from me and my pet. My dog seems to enjoy going there to get pampered. He always looks professionally groomed when I pick him up. He's shampooed, has his hair cut, nails trimmed and ear hair plucked. Service is timely and competitively priced. Staff members are pleasant, professional, and very helpful in answering questions.

We have been taking our Cavapoo (Bennie) & Mini Sheepadoodle (Boba) here for 2 years now. Great cuts every time. Staff always greets us and more importantly the dogs with a smile and a big “hhheewwwwwoooooo”. Reasonably priced as well!

When I say I love them, I mean it. You can truly tell that they love what they do and they love the dogs they take care of. They are super knowledgeable and my little Marley loves going here. I highly recommend them.

I found this groomer on Google search and they are really nice and efficient. My old groomer stopped answering calls and no groomer I called was taking new pets, Midwest canine choppers took my baby in with no problems and they are really great with her.

My Pup is a rescue and has trust issues her former groomer passed away and Midwest has been a lifesaver as far as trying to work with her...I thank them so much for that hopefully in due time she will get to trust them😍

During COVID lockdown this place was recommended. The people seemed nice but they absolutely butchered my puppy. They cut her under her front leg and didn’t say anything. Her face was cut uneven, I def could have done a better job myself. Not recommended.

Our rescue Pomeranian looks beautiful!!! These folks were so kind to her and Karen did such a great clip that we almost didn't recognize the doggie. The premises are clean and the dog was very comfortable there. I cannot recommend this place enough!

My husband and I have brought our two dogs here for grooming many times. The groomers are wonderful, and the dogs always have been treated superbly. We wouldn't trust our boys with just anyone!

I just adopted a four year old, King Charles Cavalier. The ladies here all took very good care of her. Cocoa looked and smelled great and seemed very happy. We will definitely be going back there.

My 5 dogs have been going here for years. All the girls who work here are phenomenal and always very friendly and its always clean.... Just brought 4 of my dogs in for s nail trim and they took them right in... Cannot say enough good things...I highly recommend....👍👍👍👍

They are the WORST!!!! Took them forever to groom my dog then they call me to let me know he's finished then says we're closing in 15 minutes REALLY when I got there he came charging out jumping on me never did that before, since then I have a terrible time bring him to groomer. I don't think they have experience working with large dogs just be honest not greedy. Beware of this joint also not friendly at all.

Something is going on here. My grandmas dog has been here 2 times. And everytime she comes back home she has gotten sicker than ever. The first time she went and came home she was peeing blood. She formed a blood disease and her platelets were at 0. After 2 transfusions and a lot of steroids and chemo pills she is stable. She is an indoor dog who goes absolutely nowhere except to see this groomer. The veteran says she contracted poison... so not sure what they give these dogs or allow them to be around, but I will figure it out. Months later my mother brought her back sadly.. she came back just a few days ago and she is as sick as ever. She will not eat and has been sniffling and snorting and formed 2 blisters that bled on her back. Never again will she go back here.. she was 100% fine until this place. We pray she will be fine and the vet texts my mother daily on her health. Just be careful if you allow your pet to go here. This will be resolved. Promise.

This is by far, the best and most, trusted dog groomer facility that I have been so fortunate to be able to utilize for my (almost) 5 year old Morkie! Morkies tend to suffer from Separation Anxiety which I can admit that this human does also! Lol! But I have no anxiety nor an ounce of worry when I leave my little Rizzo in their very capable hands! Keep up the good work Midwest Canine Choppers! I'd be lost without you guys!🐶💙🐶💙
