I went there with very high expectations and bought some meet but guess what they sold me mostly bones and fat and on the top of tray they put some little chunks of meet so that I can see only good meet. Very clever. I won't recommend this place to anyone you will be tricked here.

I ordered off of their website as I live pretty far and this is the only site I could find in the US with Star Moutarde. It arrived just before Christmas, which is when I needed it by, and it was well wrapped/came without damages. It’s such a funny gift but a great one as it is the exact mustard they sell everywhere in Morocco. What would be a small/dumb gift to others, was a very funny and joyous one for my family. We will be eating our fries with it later.Thank you so much for beginning the shipping process during the weekend, especially when your store’s hours are so long every day of the week. I truly appreciate the effort put in to this order. I 100% recommend anyone to order from here if they find a product they can’t find anywhere else and live too far to buy it in shop themselves. Online order : they never shipped my order , when I called them after wating 2 weeks, mng said that he doesn’t have one of my items , I said ok just refund me one item ans ship the rest. 3 week: never received my order .called again for a refund,mng said ok for my refund but never refunded.At the end I had to contact Fraud department to get my money bank .Seriously!!!!!

Nice place where I tried their samplers, and they were really good. Meat was seasoned and cooked really well, and the combo meals came with salads, which were refreshing. I like to try different types of foods and I will definitely come back.

We bought a whole Lamb with EVERY organ inside. They gave us the Lamb, half a liver, no large/small Intestines, no stomach. No head Basically 1/3 of the organs are gone. And they charged us full cost. This has happened twice. This time it's worse .Extremly no correct seller.

Found everything I was looking from dry beans to olives !Its kind of a small grocery store , a bit from everything! Ever pottery kitchenware .I gave it 4 stars because its a small store.

Please do yourself a favor and find another store. EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR NO REASON. Overpriced by 1$ -2$ every item! Seriously the city needs to come and do a health inspection on the meat section because it looks really messy and smells funny. I will not be back.

I've been there several times and I think it's one of the best middle eastern market in Chicago land. They carry a lot of imported items and goodies from Northwest Africa, which I appreciate a lot. The employees are friendly and honest. Also there's a restaurant next door if you want a quick bite of middle eastern foodies. I'll definitely swing by the next time I'm in the area.

HORRIBLE experience EVERY SINGLE TIME - I’ve been there a handful of times. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The employee at the register is ALWAYS either on his phone OR talking to the other employees or person that is NOT at the register. If you ever ask a question directly, he becomes bothered and responds in an annoyed tone. I’ve personally seen a couple that was OVERcharged and when the employee was confronted, they played stupid. The receipts provided are NEVER itemized, so you never know what you’re getting charged for. JUST TERRIBLE! Plenty of other GOOD middle eastern markets in the area!

RUDE & ANGRY CHASHIER.. I'm standing there before his eyes with my stuff I put for him to bag, yet he totally ignores me because "Oh He's Watching a Soccer game on TV".. finally after me waving, he then did his job with an attitude, no smile & no thank you.Mind you,, I am returning customer just because they're the closest to me otherwise I'd never come here because it the 1st time btw, each time I go he's rude, arrogant & mad. Never greet or thank, ask for payment with attitude and just terrible stares.Staff is weird, they stare at me h other girls then if 2 are together they stare then talk to each other & look back to Make it even more obvious... they either HATE US WOMEN OR need wives because that thing is uncomfortable.I don't even know they'd read reviews since customer service is not in their book!!

I have stepped in a few times because I was in a hurry and this location was the closest. However, EVERY time I go, I absolutely REGRET the THOUGHT of ever going again. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. NONE of the employees abide by the mask mandate. At my most recent visit, an employee was vaping INSIDE the store, BEHIND the counter, NEXT TO THE MEAT! No one acknowledged me when I walked nor when I walked to the register. I left my things and walked out and that will be the LAST time I walk in or out. I rarely review any places but this place is HORRIBLE. If I could rate a negative star or stars, I would.

The employees are rude and not trustworthy I keep ending up paying extra somehow and they do not provide itemized receipts. The butcher is a douche and thinks he's funny. The only reason I came here is because of some of the products they carry, but will start looking elsewhere. I assume the owner works mornings and he was a decent guy other than that I wouldnt ever recommend this place again.

Their products are good but their service to the customer is bad. Main man in the cash is always on the phone, speaking in Arabic, gets annoyed if any question is asked. As if it is my fault that I’ve asked him something.

horrible customer servicetried to get some stuff online charged my card and didn't ship my order later surprised they refunded my money and canceled my order no explanationI write them on Facebook wondering why didn't ship my order they didn't respond even though they saw my massage . just as they always do never respond if you want to ask them something about their items.

The store didn't have exactly what I wanted, but the workers told me the neighborhood that I should go to in Chicago to find what I was looking for. That won me over. As far as food items, they would easily have everything I'm looking for.
